Fisher-Price BMF06 User manual

Please keep this instruction sheet for future reference,
as it contains important information.
Requires two AAA batteries (included) for operation.
Adult assembly is required for battery replacement.
Tool required for battery replacement: Phillips screwdriver (not included).
Imaginext®figure and castle shown in this sheet sold separately
and subject to availability.

Battery Replacement
For best performance, we recommend
replacing the batteries that came with
this toy with two, new AAA (LR03)
alkaline batteries.
• Locate the battery compartment on
ogre’s foot.
• Loosen the screw in the battery
compartment door with a Phillips
screwdriver and remove the door.
Remove the exhausted batteries and
dispose of them properly.
• Insert two AAA (LR03)
alkaline batteries.
• Replace the battery compartment door
and tighten the screw.
• If this product begins to operate
erratically, you may need to reset the
electronics. Slide the power switch off
and back on.
• When sounds from this toy become
faint or stop, it’s time for an adult to
change the batteries.

Care
In exceptional circumstances,
batteries may leak fluids that can cause
a chemical burn injury or ruin your
product. To avoid battery leakage:
• Do not mix old and new batteries or
batteries of different types: alkaline,
standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable
(nickel-cadmium).
• Insert batteries as indicated inside the
battery compartment.
• Remove batteries during long periods
of non-use. Always remove exhausted
batteries from the product. Dispose of
batteries safely. Do not dispose of this
product in a fire. The batteries inside
may explode or leak.
• Never short-circuit the battery terminals.
• Use only batteries of the same or
equivalent type as recommended.
• Do not charge non-rechargeable
batteries.
• Remove rechargeable batteries from
the product before charging.
• If removable, rechargeable batteries
are used, they are only to be charged
under adult supervision.

• Protect the environment
by not disposing of this
product with household waste
(2002/96/EC). Check your
local authority for recycling
advice and facilities.
• Wipe this toy with a clean cloth
dampened with a mild soap and water
solution. Do not immerse.
• This toy has no consumer serviceable
parts. Do not take apart.
• Slide the power switch on ogre’s foot
to ON or OFF .
• Squeeze the handle on ogre’s back to
open and close ogre’s arms and
hear sounds. Or, grasp the handle and
walk ogre along for stomping sounds.
• Press ogre’s tongue for chomping sounds!
• Stomp on an Imaginext®figure (sold
separately) and it will “stick” to
ogre’s foot!
• Take ogre to the castle (sold
separately and subject to availability).
The castle will recognize and respond
to him!
Recognition Tips:
• The maximum range between the
castle and ogre is 12 feet (3,7 m).
• Bright sunlight or fluorescent lights
may affect this range. Try dimming the
light in the room you are playing in.
• Make sure there is a clear path
between ogre and the castle and there
are no obstructions between them.
