on some parts that will even out as the moisture contents stabilize.

- This product must be built on a solid level base.
- Important Note : Do not lean or stand on roof during assembly. The roof is not load bearing.

hydroxide carbonate, oxyethyl,
ammoniumpropionate, Copper HDO,
Propiconazole, Tebuconazole, Boric acid,
Benzalkonium chloride.
Wear gloves when handling freshly treated
wood. Avoid breathing dust when cutting
treated or untreated wood. Dispose of off-
cuts responsibly – do not burn.

Position three of the floor section
together, face down, as shown
and fix together using 6 x 70mm
screws. Repeat for the other
sections and turn them over.

Fix the post to the panels by
screwing through the side
panels framing into the
posts using 4x70mm screws
for each side.
Hint:
Line up the posts on
the floor, making sure
that the notches are
all pointing the same
place and are in line
before fixing to the
panels.
Place the assembly in
position so that the baluster
assembly butts the other
post. Make sure this is flush
and secure using another 3
x 70mm screws.

Secure the panels to the
floor by screwing through
the bottom of the panel
framing into the floor using
4 x 70mm screws
Secure the baluster panels
to the left and right hand
posts using 3 x 70mm
screws for each as shown.
Secure the baluster panels
to the floor using 4 x 70mm

Position the floor sections as shown and place the floor plug into the centre. Fix the
floor plug in place using 45mm screws into each floor section.

Link the two finials together by
slotting the apex rafter at either
end to the finials. Secure in
place using 2 x 120mm screws.
Place the roof sections so that they
sit in the grooves/channels of the
rafters and push them up to the
finial so that they are tight on all
sides. Fix the roof sections in place
from the underside of the roof
screwing through the battens into
the rafters using 4 x 45mm screws
for each side and 4 x 45mm screws
on the top as shown. (Pre-drill)

Notch
Fix the rafters to the finial by
screwing diagonally through the
rafter into the finial using 120mm
screws. Lift the each rafter
section into place.
Further secure the rafters to the
posts using 70mm screws as
shown.
Place arches above the
baluster assemblies and the
entrance as shown. Fix into
place, screwing at an angle,
using the pre drilled holes
and 70mm screws.

Place the roof sections so that
they sit in the

rafters and push them up to
the finial so that they are tight
on all sides. Fix the roof
sections in place from the
underside of the roof screwing
through the battens into the
rafters using 4 x 45mm screws
for each side. (Pre-drill)
Fix the loose roof board into position by
screwing through the board into the rafters
using 45mm screws. Trim off any excess
rubber seal that may be sticking out.
Seal each roof section with the silicon

Place the seat slats on top of
the frame so that they are
flush on all sides. Fix each
slat in place using 4 x 45mm
screws.
Connect the two frames you have
just assembled using a back brace
and a front brace using 4 x 45mm
screws for each
Fix the bench brace to the bottom
side braces as shown using 2 x
45mm screws.
Repeat the step for the
straight bench assembly

to the legs using 4 x
