The switch is powered on properly.
The switch is not powered on, or not powered on properly.
In this mode, ports 1 to 14 of the switch cannot
communicate with each other, but can communicate with
ports 15 and 16. You can enable this mode to isolate DHCP
broadcast and reduce broadcast storms.
On Default mode of the switch. In this mode, all ports can
communicate with each other.
