TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE CORRECTIVE ACTION
When using electric products, basic precautions should always be followed including the following:
a) READANDFOLLOWALLSAFETYINSTRUCTIONS.
b) Do not use seasonal products outdoors unless marked suitable for indoor and outdooruse. When
products are used in outdoor applications, connect the product to aGround Fault Circuit Interrupting
(GFCI) outlet.If one is not provided, contact a qualified electrician for proper installation.
c) This seasonal use product is notintended for permanent installation or use.
d) Do not mount or place near gas or electric heaters, fireplaces, candles or other similar sources ofheat.
e) Do not secure the wiring of the product with staples or nails, or place on sharp hooks or nails.
f) Do not let lamps rest on the supply cord oron any wire.
g) Unplug the product whenleaving the house, when retiring forthe night, or ifleft unattended.
h) This is anelectric product-not a toy! To avoid risk of fire, burns, personalinjury and electric shock it
should not be played with or placed where small children can reachit.
i) Do not use this product for other thanits intended use.
j) Do not hang ornaments or other objects from cord, wire, or lightstring.
k) Do not closedoors orwindows ontheproduct orextension cordsas this maydamagethe wireinsulation.
l) Do not cover the product with cloth, paperor any material not part of the productwhen in use.

USE AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS
a) When the product is placedon a live tree, thetree should be well maintained and fresh.Do not place on
live trees in whichthe needles are brown or break off easily. Keep the tree holder filled with water.
b) If the product is placed on a tree, the tree should be well secured and stable.
c) Before using or reusing, inspect product carefully. Discard any products that have cut, damaged, or
frayed wire insulation or cords, cracks in the lampholders or enclosures, loose connections, or
exposed copper wire.
d) Whenstoring theproduct,carefully removethe productfromwherever itisplaced, includingtree,branches,
orbushes, toavoidany unduestrain orstresson theproductconductors,connections, andwires.
e) When not in use, store neatly in a cool, dry location protected from sunlight.
USER SERVICING INSTRUCTIONS
Replace the lamp.
1. Grasp plug and remove from the receptacle or other outlet device.
Do not unplug by pulling cord.
2. Pull lamp and plastic base straight out of lampholder.
3. Replace lamp with only 3.3 Volt, 0.066 Watt,
LED type lamp (provided with product).
If the new lamp base does not fit in lampholder, follow the steps below step 3.
a) Remove the base of burned out lamp by straighteninglamp leads and gently pull lamp out.
b) Thread leads of new lamp through holes in old base with one lead in each hole.
c) After lamp is fully inserted into base, bend each lead up, like other lamps in the
light set so that the leads will touch the contacts inside the lampholder.
If the product
does not light One or more of the based LEDs may have loosened fromthe socket during
transporting. Thereis a break in the
circuit between theLED leads and the
socket terminals. Male/female
connectors not fully insertedtogether.
Non working control box. Foot pedal
in off position.
Unplug the set atthe outlet. Starting with the
first unlitLED, gently push (don'ttwist) each
LED base firmlyinto the socket. If still does not
light, then remove each based LED and check
for out of place lead wires. Make certain
connectors fully inserted and securing cap fully
tightened. Step onfoot pedal to turnLEDs on.
If a based LED
is missing One or more of the based bulbs may have come out of the socketwhen
transporting.
Mark socket(s) with a piece of tape and unplug
the set. Replace the based LED or use one of
the spare based LEDsincluded with product.
If an LED failsto
light (shorts or
opens)
Incorrect LED, premature LED failure
or voltage istoo high. The LED may be out or dimly lit. Replace bad LEDs as soon as you findthem.
LEDs fail to
switchfrom
white to multi
If applicable, then a defective control
box or color change foot pedal. Contact Customer Support.

SOLUCI Ó N DE PROBLEMAS
Cuando se usan productos eléctricos se deben seguir siempre precauciones básicasincluyendo lassiguientes:
a) LEAY SIGATODAS LASINSTRUCCIONES SOBRE SEGURIDAD
b) No use productos de temporadaen exteriores a menos quesean adecuados para el uso en interiores y
exteriores.Cuando los productos seusen en aplicaciones en exteriores, conéctelos a un tomacorriente
con interruptor de circuito de falla conectado atierra (GFCI). De no existir,comuníquese con un
electricistacalificadopara su instalaciónadecuada.
c) Este productode temporada no está concebido parala instalación ni el uso permanentes.
d) No lo instaleni coloque cerca decalentadores a gas o eléctricos, chimeneas,velas ni ninguna otra

INSTRUCCIONES DE USO Y CUIDADO
a) Cuando coloque el producto en un árbol vivo, el árbol debe estar bien conservado yfresco. No lo
coloque en árbolesvivos cuyas agujas tengan un color marrón ose rompan fácilmente. Mantenga el
recipiente del árbol lleno de agua.
b) Si el producto se coloca sobreun árbol, dicho árbol debe estar bien fijo y estable.
c) Antes deusar o reusar, inspeccione el producto cuidadosamente. Deseche todo productoque tenga
cables o alambrescortados, dañados o conel aislamiento raído, grietas en los portalámparas o
soportes, conexiones sueltas o alambres de cobre expuestos.
d) Cuandovayaaguardarelproducto,retíreloconcuidadodedondesehayacolocado,yaseanramasdeárboles
oarbustos,paraevitarcualquiertensiónexcesivaenlosconductores,conexionesyalambresdelproducto.
e) Cuando noesté enuso, guárdelode manera organizadaenun lugarseco, fresco yprotegido de laluzsolar.
INSTRUCCIONES DE SERVICIO PARA EL USUARIO
Reemplazo de los focos :
1. Tome el enchufey retírelo del tomacorriente o de la toma del otroaparato.
No jale el cable para desenchufarlo.
2. Jaleel
foco y la base Plástica hacia afuera del portalámpara.
3. Reemplace el foco con focos LED de 3,3 Volts
y 0
,066
Watts solamente (se incluye con el producto).
Si la base del
foco nuevo no entra en el portalámpara, siga los pasos siguientes al paso 3.
a) Retire la basedel focoquemado estirando losconductoresdel focoy jalándolosuavemente haciaafuera.
b)Inserte losconductores del
foco nuevo a través de losorificios de la basevieja,uno porcada orificio.
c) Después deinsertarlocompletamente enla base, doble cadaconductor hacia arriba, como los de los
otros
focos del juego para que los conductores toquen loscontactos en el interior del portalámpara.
PROBLEMA CAUSAPOSIBLE ACCIÓN CORRECTIVA
Si el producto no
enciende Uno omás LED con base pueden haberse soltado del portalámpara
durante el transporte. Hay una
interrupción en el circuito entre los
conductores del LED y los
terminales del portalámpara. Los
conectores macho y hembra no
estáncompletamente enchufados.
La caja de control no funciona. El
pedal está enla posición de
apagado.
Desenchufe el juego deltomacorriente.
Presione firme perosuavemente el primer
LED (sin girar) en elportalámparas; repita el
procedimiento paralos otros LED. Si aún no
se enciende, retire los LEDcon base y
compruebe que no haya cables conductores
sueltos. Asegúrese de que ciertos conectores
estén completamenteenchufados y de quela
tapa de seguridad esté completamente
ajustada. Pise elpedal para encenderlas
luces de LED.
Si falta unLED con
base Una o más delos
focos con base
pueden haberse salido del
portalámpara durante eltransporte.
Marque los portalámparas con un pedazo de
cinta y desenchufe el juego. Reemplace el
LED con base o useuno de los repuestos que
incluye el producto.
Si un foco de LED
no enciende (hace
cortocircuito o se
abre)
LEDincorrecto, falla prematuradel
LED o el voltaje es muy alto. El LED puede no encenderse o encenderse muy débilmente. Reemplacelos LED en mal
estado a medida quelos encuentre.
Los focos de LED
no cambian de
blanco a multicolor.
Si corresponde, será entonces una
caja de control o pedal de cambio
de color defectuosos.
Comuníquese con elservicio de atención al
cliente.
