Preparation: Lay out a clean cloth or sheet on which to place the sunshade
Tools: Cross-head screwdriver or battery screwdriver / pin spanner (3mm)
1. Changing the top
Proceed as follows with the sunshade erect or on its side:
·Unscrew the top and screw on new top
2. Changing the cover
·Unscrew the top and loosen the screws on rod ends. Remove the cover.

3. Changing the rod, tension lever, crown, slide
·Loosen the crown screws and remove the rods (2- and 3-piece rods).

·tension lever:
Loosen the screws on the crown and pull out the tension lever by picking out the
bolt.
·Slide:
Loosen the screws on the slide and remove the rod.

4. Changing the rod extension
Pull out the extension and insert a new extension into the rod.
5. Changing the lower pole
·You must be careful when fitting together the two sections of pole. The upper
section has an internal tongue. This should be positioned so that it fits into
the groove in the lower pole.
·It is correctly positioned if the hole in the upper pole is flush with the hole in
the neck of the lower pole.
Screw the two sections of pole together.
