SR-400 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
BEFORE ASSEMBLING THE WORKBENCH
Read through the assembly instructions to familiarize
yourself with the order in which the parts are assembled.
We suggest that you clear & vacuum the area where
the bench is to be assembled.
**It is important that the bench is assembled in
the same sequence as instructed**
HARDWARE
All assembly hardware is provided.
Attach the round uprights to the laminate surface.
Use 5/16 x 2" Bolts with a washer & lock washer. This will
thread into welded in nuts on the bottom of the uprights.

Center the caster base on the bottom side
of the work surface. Attach with (24) #10 x 5/8”
SPAX Wood screws. Not every hole will need
to be used.

STEP 3
Attach the cabinet to the base. First install the 4
threaded wood nut inserts into the surface of the
base by screwing them in.
Next lower the cabinet down and attach to the base
using 1/4” x 3/4” flange head bolts. Thread the bolts
into the inserts.
Once attached insert the bottom filler pan into the
right side door compartment
STEP 4
Attach the LH privacy panel to the top of the LH worksurface.
Use 5/16 x 2" Bolts with a washer & lock washer.
This will thread into welded in nuts on the
bottom of the privacy panels uprights.
STEP 6
Attach the casters to the caster rail. Thread
the caster into the pre-installed nuts on the rail.

Flip the LH work surface over on its top and
install the 4 threaded wood nut inserts into
the bottom surface of the base by screwing
them in.
STEP 5

STEP 7
Next lower the LH worksurface down and attach to the
cabinet using 1/4” x 3/4” flange head bolts. The bolts
will insert through holes in the top of that cabinet
and thread into the threaded wood inserts of the top.
STEP 8
Attach the RH surface filler support to the edge of the
LH surface. Attach using 3 spax screws by inserting through
the pass through holes on the top side of the support.

Attach the RH privacy panel to the top of the RH worksurface.
Use 5/16 x 2" Bolts with a washer & lock washer.
This will thread into welded in nuts on the
bottom of the privacy panels uprights.
STEP 9

STEP 10
Attach the RH surface to the fiiller support and legs.
Use 3 spax screws for the support and 5 Spax screws
for each leg.

STEP 11
Attach the angled supports to the bottom side of the
lectern surface. There will be prick marks on the bottom
surface to align the screws with. Attach using 4 Spax
wood screws.

STEP 12
Attach the angled surface to the RH top. 1/4-20 x 1-3/4”
flange head bolts will insert from the bottom side and thread
into the pre-installed nuts on the bottom of the angled surface
supports risers.
