Ultra-Glo™Ceramic Infrared Foodwarmers.
The increased height of this heat source
improves operational working clearances,
giving the chef and server an improved
ergonomic environment in which to work.
The food heat zone blankets the entire food
holding area, eliminating cold spots. Plus the
risk of food-borne illnesses is minimized.
These ceramic warmers produce an extremely
even amount of heat that does not dry out
the food product, helping to retain the internal
moisture, thereby improving holding times.
Cool-touch wire guards over the emitters
help prevent incidental contact.
Ultra-Glo models come with
a clear anodized finish and are
available in optional glossy
translucent colors.

The Ultimate in Flexibility
With a variety of widths and
options, Ultra-Glo Foodwarmers are
adaptable to any location and configuration.
Back- or front-of-the-house use, open kitchen
concepts, or buffet lines, Ultra-Glo is available
in continuous single or dual aluminum housings
up to 6' (1829 mm), with or without lights, and
with attached or remote control box. Angle
brackets come standard, non-adjustable tubular
stands or hanger legs are optional.

The Ultimate in Portable Heat
As portable foodwarmers with fixed
heights, these Ultra-Glo models are
ideal for use next to fry stations,
drive-through windows, and service
areas that require frequent and easy access.
The UGFF model has a specially designed
stand to keep food holding pans off the work
area, providing an effective insulation to prolong
serving times. Model UGFFB has a preset heated
base to conduct heat from the bottom, and
a chrome pan rail. Both units are available with or
without lights and come with a 6' (1829 mm) cord
and plug. A selection of accessories including
food pans, trivets, and hardcoated fry ribbons
offer customization to meet any application.
