6.1 Install Caster Wheels
The folloing procedre is for Recirclaing Venilaion, hereb filered air is
discharged from he boom of he ni and reinrodced ino he facili.
For Oside Venilaion applicaions, here filered air is ened o of he
facili, skip Secion 6.1 and refer o he Oside Ven Adapor insallaion
insrcions in Secion 6.2.
6.1.1 Place he ni on is side on a fla srface, as shon in Fig. 1.
6.1.2 Locae he for (4) Caser Wheels and he Scredrier.
6.1.3 Unscre and remoe he scres ha are pre-moned ono he Base
Plae, on he boom of he ni. There are for (4) scres per heel,
for a oal of sieen (16) scres.
6.1.4 Align he holes of he Caser Wheel Mon ih he holes on he Base
Plae and se for (4) scres o secrel mon each Caser Wheel
o he Base Plae one b one.

VI. Installation Instructions
6.2 Install Outside Vent Adapter (Optional)
Noe, Oside Venilaion is an opional feare and reqires insallaion of he
oside en componens o reconfigre he ole for discharge of filered air.
The oside en componens consis of one (1) Ole Flange and one (1)
Base Blank-Off Plae.
6.2.1 Unscre and remoe he scres ha are pre-moned ono he Base
Plae, on he boom of he ni. There are for (4) scres per heel,
for a oal of sieen (16) scres.
6.2.2 Posiion he Base Blank-Off Plae on he Base Plae, sch ha he
scre holes of he Base Blank-Off Plae align ih he scre holes on
he Base Plae, as shon in Fig. 2.

ehas air from he back or side depending on hich configraion is
preferred. Each Ole Por is sealed ih an Ole Por Coer Plae,
as shon in Fig. 3.

VII. Operation Guidelines
7.1 System Positioning
Place he HealhAirAir Prificaion Ssem in he desired locaion and place he
Acosic Ma nder he ni o dampen is sond.
7.2 System Activation
7.2.1 Plg he Poer Cord ino he Poer Socke, locaed on he boom of he
side panel of he ni, and hen plg he oher end of he cord ino a all
poer socke.
Once plgged in, he Poer indicaor ligh [ ill rn on and displa
aredligh.
7.2.2 Aciae he ni b pressing he Poer bon locaed on he Conrol
Panel, shon in Fig. 6, or on he Remoe Conrol.
Once he ni is poered, he moor ill sar ih he Fan Speed se o
he Mid-Speed and he eHEPA indicaor ill ligh p and displa a green
ligh, hich indicaes ha he eHEPA ssem is aciae.
7.3 System Controls
Each of he respecie conrol elemens shon on he Conrol Panel Displa in
Fig. 6 ork as follos:
SPEED bon, on he Conrol Panel and Remoe Conrol, adjss he
olme of airflo being aken in hrogh he hood. Airflo speed can be
adjsed o one of hree seings: Lo  Mid  High Speed.
eHEPA bon, on he Conrol Panel and Remoe Conrol, rns he eGrid
on and off. When he eGrid is poered he smbol aboe he eHEPA
bon, as ell as he eGrid Acie ligh, ill rn green. Pressing he
eHEPA bon once more ill sh off he eGrid and rn off he indicaor
ligh.

VII. Operation Guidelines
7.3 System Controls
TIMER bon, on he Conrol Panel and Remoe Conrol, is for operaion
of he iming clock. When his feare is in se he ni ill aomaicall
sh off afer he se ime epires. The ssems defal iming is 4 hors of
operaion.
To se he imer manall, press he TIMER bon once for eer hor o
ish o rn he machine (i.e. press TIMER once for 1-hor of rn ime,
press TIMER ice for 2-hors of rn ime, press TIMER hree imes for
3-hors of rn ime, and press TIMER for imes for 4-hors of rn ime).
If he TIMER bon is pressed fie (5) imes, sch ha i passes hrogh
he complee iming schedle, i ill rn coninosl nil he ni is
manall rned off.
LIGHT bon, on he Conrol Panel and Remoe Conrol, is inacie.
eGrid Active indicaor ligh, on he Conrol Panel, indicaes he sas of
he eHEPA and eGrid ssem. When he eGrid Acie indicaor ligh is on,
hile he eHEPA bon is on, he eGrid is fncioning properl. If he eGrid
Acie indicaor ligh is off, hile he eHEPA bon is on, i signals ha he
eGrid is malfncioning and he ni reqires serice.

VIII. Filter Replacement
8.1 Replacement Filter
The HealhAirPorable Air Prificaion Ssem (HA-PAP-G3) ilies he
HealthyAir® Series 1111 Integrated Filter Module (HA-IFM-1111).
Noe ha, onl manfacrer spplied HealhAir Replacemen Filers are
compaible ih HealhAir Sorce Capre Ssems. No oher replacemen
filers are o be sed ih his ni. The improper se of non-manfacrer
spplied filers ill oid an poenial arran claim.
8.2 Filter Change
When he ni has been in operaion for 400-hors, he Filer Change indicaor
ligh, on he Conrol Panel, ill begin o flash indicaing ha he filers ms be
replaced as follos:
Note: Depending on sage and conaminaes in he enironmen, he filer ma
need o be replaced before he 400-hor defal ccle epires. Conac a
represenaie o deermine if o need o replace he filer more freqenl.
8.2.1 Trn he Poer Off and nplg he Poer Cord from he Poer Socke.

8.2 Filter Change
8.2.3 Remoe he sed Inegraed Filer Modle.
Caution: The HV Conac Spring ma sore a sligh charge een afer
he ni is poered off. Aoid direc conac ih he HV Conac Spring.
8.2.4 Insall a ne Inegraed Filer Modle (HA-IFM-1111) ino he Filer
Comparmen, as shon in Fig. 8. Ensre ha he plasic rap is
remoed prior o insalling he replacemen filer.
8.2.5 Reinsall he Access Door, ensring ha he Access Door is properl
insered back ino is rack. Once he Access Door is properl aligned
and se in place, secre i b screing in he Thmb Scres.
Noe ha, if he Access Door ms be properl insalled o engage he
Safe Sich. If he Safe Sich is no engaged, he ni ill no
poer on.
8.2.6 Plg he Poer Cord back ino he Poer Socke and all socke.

VIII. Filter Replacement
8.3 Filter Change Indicator Light Reset
Once he filer has been replaced and he ni is poered on, he Filer Change
indicaor ligh ma conine o flash. To rese he filer change imer and
deaciae he flashing ligh, go hrogh he folloing rese procedre:
8.3.1 Unplg he Poer Cord from he Poer Socke, ai a cople seconds
and plg he Poer Cord back ino he Poer Socke.
8.3.2 Press and hold don he Poer Bon [ ]onheConrolPanel(no
he Remoe Conrol) for fie (5) seconds.
8.3.3 Afer fie (5) seconds, release he Poer Bon. The filer change imer
ill rese o 400-hors, afer hich he Filer Change indicaor ligh ill
sh off.

IX. Maintenance

9.1 Cleaning The Filter
To eend he effecie life of he Inegraed Filer Modle, remoe he filer
from he ni and se a sandard acm o remoe colleced pariclae from
he Pre-Filer secion.
9.2 Cleaning Filter Compartment
Visall inspec he inerior of he Filer Comparmen hen he filer is
remoed from he ni dring he filer replacemen process. If pariclae has
accmlaed in he Filer Comparmen, clean he inerior of he ni as follos:
9.2.1 Trn he Poer Off, nplg he Poer Cord from he Poer Socke,
remoe he Access Door, and remoe he filer from he ni.
9.2.2 Vacm and remoe an debris ha has accmlaed in he filer
comparmen and adjacen accessible areas of he inerior of he ni.
9.2.3 Properl replace he Access Door, as described in Secion 8.2.
