Remove the plastic protection at the front right.
Loosen the 2 fastening screws and remove the plastic protection.
Plastic protection and fastening screws are obsolete.
The two rubber buffers are inserted into the holes provided for this
purpose in the aluminium skid plate.

Stick the clamping nuts to the shackles at the frame.
Notice correct direction!
The thread of the clamping nuts points upwards to ensure a secure
hold of the skid plate.

Of course, the assembly requires a certain technical experience. If you are not sure how to execute a determined action,
you should ask your local distributor to do it. First, tighten all screws only loosely. After mounting all parts, the screws
should be tightened to the torque specified. This guarantees, that the product is mounted without tension. Observe
the tightening torques of the manufacturer! Control all screw connections after the assembling for tightness!
To mount this guard, a second person is helpful.
Die Voraussetzung für die Montage ist natürlich eine gewisse technische Erfahrung. Wenn Sie sich nicht sicher sind,
wie man eine bestimmte Arbeit ausführt, sollten Sie diese Ihrer Fachwerkstatt überlassen. Ziehen sie alle zugänglichen
Schrauben zuerst nur locker an. Nachdem alles montiert ist, werden die Schrauben dann auf das entsprechende
Anzugsmoment festgezogen. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass das Produkt spannungsfrei angebaut ist. Anzugsmomente
beachten! Nach der Montage alle Verschraubungen auf festen Sitz kontrollieren!
Zur Montage ist eine zweite Person hilfreich.
Beachten Sie die in Ihrem Land geltenden Zulassungsbestimmungen.
Für den Bereich der BRD gilt: Ein Eintrag in die Fahrzeugpapiere ist nicht erforderlich.
Den Kunststoffschutz vorne rechts demontieren.
Dazu die 2 Befestigungsschrauben lösen und Kunststoffschutz
abziehen. Kunststoffschutz und Befestigungsschrauben entfallen.
Die beiden Gummipuffer werden in die dafür vorgesehenen Bohrungen
der Alu-Motorschutzplatte gesteckt.
Die 2 x Klemm-Muttern M6 werden auf die beiden Laschen am
Rahmenunterzug gesteckt. Achtung ! Einbaurichtung beachten.
Das Gewinde der Klemm-Muttern zeigt nach oben, damit der sichere
Halt der Motorschutzplatte gewährleistet ist.

Fastening of the engine protection front:
Use countersunk head screw M6x50 and countersunk washer Ø6,4.
Add alu spacer Ø25 x Ø9 x 25 mm betwen frame and protection plate.

Montage des Motorschutzes unten:
2 x Distanzbuchsen Ø25 x Ø9 x 25 mm auf die Motorschutzplatte
aufsetzen. Motorschutzplatte mit 2 x Senkschrauben M6 x 50 und 2
x Senkscheiben M6 an den Laschen (mit den vorher montierten
Klemm-Muttern) am Rahmenunterzug anschrauben.

Fastening of the engine protection bottom:
position aluspacers Ø25 x Ø9 x 25 mm on the borings of the protection
plate. Fix the protection plate with countersunk head screws M6x50
and countersunk washers Ø6,4 at the clamping nuts.

Distanzbuchse Ø25 x Ø9 x 25 mm am vorderen Anschraubpunkt
zwischen Motorschutzplatte und Rahmen stecken. Motorschutzplatte
mit Senkschraube M6 x 50 und Senkscheibe M6 am Rahmen
verschrauben.
