Before installing this product, check the contents of the
kit. If anything is missing, please contact an Öhlins dealer.

Installation
On the Öhlins wiring harness, nd the white
diagnostic socket with the squared cap. Usu-
ally located on the left side of the bike, see
image. (Marked “D” on the wiring harness).

Gently disconnect the squared cover on the
socket.

Connect the Dashboard.

Use the 3M Dual Lock tape provided in this kit
to mount the dashboard on the bike. Cut the
tape to desired length, place one part on the
back of the Dashboard and the other on the
desired Dashboard location, we recommend
to place the Dashboard on the fuel tank.
Note!
The adhesive tape is very strong, once mounted it will be
hard to change place.
Warning!
Before riding the bike, ensure that the Dashboard is
securely placed.

The Öhlins SCU is located under the front
seat. Replace the original SCU with the SCU
provided in this kit.
Note!
The original SCU does not work with the Dashboard
software.
Note!
Once the new SCU and the Dashboard are mounted on
the bike, the ESA button can not be used to maneuver the
Öhlins mechatronics suspension.

Calibration
After installation; Calibrate the system.
To reach the settings menu, turn ignition on
and at the same time hold a nger on the
dashboard. The dashboard will light up.

Operate the menu by the arrow buttons.
Choose CAL SPRING PRELOAD by pressing
the arrow pointing right, see image.

After calibration, press the return arrow button
to go back to the standard menu.
