3.1 Preface
ThankyouforselectingtheSUPRA 2.0 wheechair.Wehavedesignedthishigh-qualitypro-
ducttomakeyourlifesaferandeasier,andwe’veincludedthismanualtohelpyouuseand
careforit.Pleasereadthefollowinginstructionstomakesureyouusethisproductasre-
commended.Ifyouhaveanyfurtherquestions,orifyouhaveanyproblems,pleasecontact
yourhealthcareprovider.
WehopethatSUPRA 2.0meetsyourexpectations.
Wereservetechnicalmodicationsregardingthespeciedmodelinthismanual.Before
usingthewheechairthersttime,thismanualhastobereadandunderstoodbypatient
andsupportpersonnelinodertoensureasafehandlingwiththewheelchair.
Regularmaintenanceisimportant-itincreasessafetyandprolongsthelifeoftheproduct.

SUPRA 2.0wheelchairisdesignedsolelyforindividualindoorandoutdoorusebychildern
andadolescentswhoareunabletowalkorwhohaveawalkingimpediment,andcanbe
operatedbythepatientorbyanotherperson.
Assistancemayberequireddueto:

SUPRA 2.0 wheelchairisabletobeusedforfurtherservice.Forfurtherservicethe
producthastobecleanedandsanitisedefciently.Afterwardstheproducthastobe
checkedconcerningcondition,wearoutanddamagebyanauthorisedtechnician.All
damagedandinapropptiatepartsneedtobechanged.Somecomponentscanbeused
again,e.g.Rearwheels,steeringwheelsorpushhandles.Pleaseseealsotheservice
manualfordetailledinformation.
3.3 Declaration of Conformity

activewheelchairmeetsthegeneralsafetyandperformancerequirementstoAnnexIof
theRegulation(EU)2017/745oftheEuropeanParliamentandoftheCouncil.Applicable
harmonizedstandardshavebeenapplied.SUPRA 2.0meetstherequirementsofISO
7176-8,DINENISO12182andDINENISO12183.

alistdealer.Incaseofproblems,contactyourresponsiblespecialistdealer.Incaseofre-
pairs,youwillonlyreceiveoriginalsparepartsthere.
Sparepartsandreplacementunitsareavailableduringtheentireservicelifeofthepro-
duct,butonlyforamaximumof2yearsafterthesaleofthelastproductinthisseries.
Thewheelchairiscustommadeforthersttimeuser.Therefore,noreplacementwheel-
chairisavailableintheinitialconguration.Inordertoensureacorrectsparepartsdelive-
rytheserialno.ofyourwheelchairisrequired.

3.7Packingandshippinginstructions
IfSUPRA 2.0hastobesentbacktothemanufacturerforrepairorexchangetheproduct
mustbethoroughlycleaned/disinfectedbeforehandandputinahygienicallysafeconditi-
on.
Packagingisdonebywrappingtheproductinacleanlm,ideallywithaircushionsand
thesubsequentuseofasufcientlylargecardboardbox,sothatnotransportdamagecan
occur.

Theactivedegreedescribestheratioofthepositionofthebackrest
relativetothedrivewheelaxis.Thefurtherthebackrestissetbehind
thethedrivewheelaxle,themoreactiveSUPRA 2.0canbedriven.
Conversely,asettingabove,orinfrontof,thedriveaxlemeansamore
stabledrivingposition.
Caution.Settingswithahighdegreeofactivityrequire
an experienced driver and the use of an anti-tippers!

nowbeloosenedandremovedonbothsides.
Loosenthescrewconnectionsfromtheaxlemounttotherearaxle
frame.
Arearaxleframecannowbepulledoutoftheclamp
Replacetheaxleframeintheneworientationandrotatetheaxleby
180°.
