AUTOMATIC HOSE REELINSTRUCTION MANUAL
1.Attention points before use
1. Please note the hose can’t be used for drinkable water except additional indication.
2. Only professional staff can open the cover.
◆NOTE: Please CAREFULLY read this instruction and keep the paper well.
2. Introduction
This is a kind of auto-rewind mechanical hose reel, which is used for liquid transmission. The
reel is a perfect tool for garden watering or car cleaning. The reel is equipped with stop
anywhere and slow return mechanism. Stop anywhere mechanism enables the hose stop
anywhere when being pulled out or retracted. It is operated easily. And users can adjust the
length of the hose needed conveniently. Slow return mechanism prevents the hose retracting at
a high speed, and prevents the hose swinging at random, which perfectly avoid the inherent
danger resulted from high retractable speed.

5. Installation
When installed to a wall or post horizontally,follow the below steps：
1．Assemble the quick connector and spray nozzle (Fig.2)
2．Choose a suitable place near source of water
3．Install mounting bracket to the wall or post horizontally(Fig.3-Fig.5)
◆NOTE：when installing the mounting bracket, gradient of the bracket should not excess 5º。
4．Connect the reel to the mounting bracket with metal tube (Fig. 6)
5．Connect the inlet hose with the water tap (Fig.7)
Here the reel is fully installed and can swivel 180°(Fig. 8)

6.How to use the reel
When pull out the hose to the length needed, stop pulling, and the hose can be locked
automatically. Then we continue to pull the hose and stop pulling, the hose can be retracted
automatically. If we pull out the hose and stop pulling again, the hose will be locked again. To
have best retraction, it is suggested to have a minimum of 25% of the hose extended. When
necessary, pull out the hose to the yellow warning mark, and then have it retracted, which can
smooth the hose and let it evenly retract back to the reel.
Warning ◆Always hold the hose until it is completely retract back to the reel.
◆When the hose is pulled out to the warning mark (1 meter far away the end), do not
pull the hose with great strength. And do not give strength to the retracting
direction when retracting the hose.
7. Care and Maintenance
1. Shut off the faucet after every use and disassemble the nozzle to release water pressure.
2. Don’t transmit any chemical or solid substance that will damage the hose.
3. Store the item indoor when it is not used for a long time.
8. Trouble Shooting
The most common malfunction is: The hose cannot be retracted
automatically after fully extending the hose.
The reason may be that: The hose end is locked as the stop anywhere
mechanism stays in the locking point, and there’s no extra hose to be
pulled out for a release. There are two ways to solve this:
1, Hold the hose at the yellow warning mark and pull with a jerking motion
until the hose retracts.
2, Place the item with its right side down, pull on the hose until it
retracts.（Fig. 9）
