Tool(s) required for assembly: Phillips screwdriver
Carefully remove all the parts from the carton and
place them individually on a soft cloth to prevent
scratches or other damage.
Carefully and strictly follow these assembly instructions
to ensure a completed product as designed.
Do not use power tools above 8 volts to assemble.

Remove handles on inside of drawers
and attach to outside of drawers with
machine screws. (See Figure 1)
Place Hutch on Student Desk.

IMPORTANT
Use a soft cloth between these parts and the floor.
Do not use power tools above 8 volts to assemble.
Do not tighten all the bolts until each part is properly assembled.
The unit must be level to work properly. Use the included adjustable levelers to level.
Keep Hex Wrench as the bolts may need to be tightened in the future.
STEP 1
Place Top (A) and Side Frames (B), (C)
on a soft cloth.
Insert Cam Lock Screws into
pre-drilled holes in Top (A) and
Side Frames (B), (C), then tighten.
(See Figure 1)

STEP 2
Attach Side Frame (C) to Top (A) with Flat Washers,
Spring Washers and Head Cap Bolts,
tightening bolts only halfway.
(See Figure 2)
Attach Back Panel (F) to unit with Flat Washers,
Spring Washers and Head Cap Bolts,
tightening bolts only halfway.

STEP 3
Attach Divider (D) to unit
with Cam Locks, Flat Washer,
Spring Washer and
Head Cap Bolt,
tightening bolt only halfway.
Attach Front Rail (E) to unit
with Head Cap Bolt,
Shaped Washer and
Head Cap Bolt (long),
tightening bolts only halfway.
(See Figure 3)

STEP 4
Attach Stretcher (G) to unit with Cam Lock.
Attach Side Frame (B) to unit
with Cam Lock, Flat Washers, Spring Washers,
Head Cap Bolts, Shaped Washer and
Head Cap Bolt (long), tightening bolts
only halfway.
Cover Cam Locks with Covers.
(See Figure 4)
Tighten all bolts
used in Step 2, 3
and 4.

Slide Drawer Bottom (H5) into groove.
Attach Support (H6) to unit
with Wood Screws.
Attach Drawer Bottom (H5) to unit
with Wood Screws (short).

Attach Drawer Front (H1) and
Drawer Back (H2) to Drawer Side (H3)
with Wood Screws.

STEP 8
Turn unit over to its’ upright position.
Slide Drawers (H) into position.
Level unit by adjusting the adjustable levelers on bottom of unit.
(See Figure 5)
Note: Unit must be level to work properly.
