Getting to know your phone
Welcome to the brand new world of your HUAWEI
Ascend P6 smartphone! Before we begin, let's take a
quick look at the P6 and its external features.

Installing the micro-SIM and microSD
cards
Only micro-SIM cards are compatible with your P6. To
purchase or replace a micro-SIM card, contact your
service provider.
Before installing the micro-SIM or microSD card, take out
the eject tool from the headset jack. Insert the end of the
eject tool into the hole next to the micro-SIM or microSD
card tray to release it. Then, follow the directions on the
card tray to install the micro-SIM or microSD card.
After you complete these steps, you are ready to use P6.
Press and hold the power button for a few seconds until
P6 vibrates to power it on.
Be careful when using the eject tool to avoid hurting
yourself or damaging the phone. Keep the eject tool away
from children.
Don't insert or remove the micro-SIM card when your
phone is powered on.

Inserting the SIM card

Apply pressure to the front end of the SIM card
to make sure it's not portruding out as you insert
the tray into the card slot.

Once the front end of the card has been
inserted, apply pressure to the rear end of the
card and fully insert the tray into the slot.

Charging the battery
Use the provided USB cable and power adapter to
connect your phone to a power outlet, or use the USB
cable to connect your phone to a computer.
Your phone's built-in battery is not user-removable. To
replace the battery, contact an authorized service center.
Do not attempt to remove it yourself.

Using the buttons
From any screen, you can:
• Touch to return to the previous screen or exit an
application.
• Touch to return to the home screen.
• Touch to display recently used applications.
• Press the power button once to turn the screen on or
off. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds or
more to restart your phone.
• Press the power and volume down buttons at the same
time to take a screenshot.

Installation des cartes micro-SIM et
microSD
Votre P6 est uniquement compatible avec les cartes
micro-SIM. Pour acheter ou remplacer une carte micro-
SIM, contactez votre fournisseur de service. Insérez la
carte micro-SIM comme indiqué dans l'illustration
suivante.
Avant d'installer la carte micro-SIM ou microSD, prenez
l'outil d'éjection du jack du casque. Insérez l'extrémité de
l'outil d'éjection dans le trou à côté du porte-carte micro-
SIM ou microSD pour l'éjecter. Ensuite, suivez les
instructions sur le porte-carte pour installer la carte micro-
SIM ou microSD.
Une fois ces étapes terminées, P6 est prêt à l'emploi.
Pour activer P6, maintenez le bouton d'alimentation
pendant quelques secondes jusqu'à ce qu'il vibre.
Utilisez l'outil d'éjection avec précaution pour éviter de
vous blesser ou d'endommager le téléphone. Ne laissez
pas l'outil d'éjection à portée des enfants.
N'insérez pas ou ne retirez pas la carte micro-SIM si le
téléphone est allumé.

Insertion de la carte SIM

Chargement de la batterie
Utiliser le câble USB et l'adaptateur électrique fournis
pour brancher le téléphone à une prise de courant ou
connecter le téléphone à un ordinateur à l'aide du câble
USB.
La batterie intégrée du téléphone ne peut pas être retirée
par l'utilisateur. Pour la remplacer, il est nécessaire de
contacter un centre de service agréé. Ne pas essayer de
la retirer soi-même.

Utilisation des boutons
Opérations possibles de tous les écrans :
• Touchez pour revenir à l'écran précédent ou quitter
une application.
• Touchez pour revenir à l'écran d'accueil.
• Touchez pour afficher les applications récentes.
• Appuyez une fois sur le bouton d'alimentation pour
allumer ou éteindre l'écran. Maintenez le bouton
d'alimentation pendant 10 secondes ou plus pour
redémarrer le téléphone.
• Appuyez simultanément sur le bouton d'alimentation et
le bouton de volume vers le bas pour effectuer une
capture d'écran.

安裝微型 SIM 及microSD 卡
只有微型 SIM 卡與您的 P6 相容。若要購買或更換微型
SIM 卡，請聯絡您的服務供應商。按照以下圖解插入微
型SIM 卡。
安裝微型 SIM 或microSD 卡時，請從耳機插孔取出退
出工具。將退出工具端插入微型 SIM 或microSD 匣側
的孔即可將它鬆開。然後，按照卡匣上的方向以安裝
微型 SIM 或microSD 卡。

電池充電
使用所提供的 USB 纜器及電源轉接器以連接您的手機
至電源插座，或使用 USB 纜線以連接您的手機至電腦。
您的手機內置電池無法由使用者拆除。若要更換電
池，請聯絡授權服務中心。請勿嘗試自己拆除。

Memasang kartu SIM mikro dan
microSD
Hanya kartu SIM mikro yang kompatibel dengan P6Anda.
Untuk membeli atau mengganti kartu SIM mikro, hubungi
penyedia layanan. Masukkan kartu SIM mikro seperti
terlihat dalam gambar berikut.
Sebelum memasang kartu SIM mikro atau microSD, tarik
alat pendorong dari lubang headset. Masukkan alat
pendorong ke dalam lubang di sebelah baki kartu SIM
mikro atau microSD untuk melepasnya. Kemudian, ikuti
petunjuk pada baki kartu untuk memasang kartu SIM-
mikro atau microSD.
Setelah menyelesaikan semua langkah tersebut, Anda
pun siap menggunakan P6. Tekan dan tahan tombol
daya selama beberapa detik sampai P6 bergetar untuk
menghidupkannya.
Berhati-hatilah ketika menggunakan alat pendorong
jangan sampai melukai Anda atau merusak ponsel.
Jauhkan alat pendorong dari jangkauan anak-anak.
Jangan masukkan atau pun lepas kartu SIM mikro saat
telepon hidup.

Memasukkan kartu SIM

Tekan tepi depan kartu SIM untuk memastikan
kartu tidak akan menyembul keluar ketika Anda
memasukkan baki ke dalam slot kartu.

Setelah tepi depan kartu dimasukkan, tekan
tepi belakang kartu lalu masukkan seluruh baki
ke dalam slotnya.

Mengisi baterai
Gunakan kabel USB dan adaptor daya yang tersedia
untuk menyambungkan ponsel ke stopkontak, atau
gunakan kabel USB untuk menyambungkan ponsel ke
komputer.
Baterai internal ponsel tidak boleh dilepas oleh
pengguna. Untuk mengganti baterai, hubungi pusat
layanan resmi. Jangan coba melepasnya sendiri.
