• To disconnect, turn all controls to the off position, then remove plug from outlet�

DO NOT OVERLOAD DESK: To prevent the table from tipping or collapsing, make sure the desk is not
overloaded by the weight of the worksurface and items on table� Evenly distribute load; excess loads
near edges can reduce stability and lead to tip over�
• E Float Go -Two Column Kit - Worksurfaces must be rectangular and at least 0�75” (20mm)
thick, depth 23"-35", width 46"-82"� For stability, maximum worksurface size is 35” x 82”�
• E Float Go -Two Column Kit, Beamless - Worksurfaces must be rectangular with a depth of
23"-29" and at least:
• 0�75" (19mm) thick laminate for widths 34" to 46"
• 1�1" (28mm) thick laminate for widths >46" up to 58"

• Do not exceed maximum load including weight of worksurface of 250lbs (113kg) for two
column kits and 350lbs (158kg) for three column kits�
• For loading, always put heavier items in the center and distribute the load�
• Do not sit or stand on table�
USE CARE WHEN OPERATING DESK:
• Before using the table check for any visible signs of damage� Do not use a damaged product�
• Make sure no obstacles are in the desk’s path and that the desk is not touching walls or
neighboring objects�
• Items taller than 20” in height should not be placed or stored under the desk�
• Keep Table Frame dry� Keep all electrical components away from water and high humidity� Do
not spray cleaning solutions directly onto table frame�
• Working Temperature for table is 5 - 40OC
• Make sure all the cords are the appropriate length to accommodate the change in height�
• Although this product comes with anti-collision function, in order to avoid any pinching, please
ensure that hands or other body parts are in a safe position during the operation�
• Unplug power cord during a thunderstorm or if you do not intend to use the desk for a long
time�
• Never use the table if it has a damaged cords or plugs�
• Keep cords away from heated surfaces�
• Over time grease might start to accumulate on the inner columns of the table legs, if this
occurs wipe columns with a soft cloth�
DO NOT OPEN ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS: Do not attempt to service the table's components�
There are no user-serviceable components within the motor control box, hand switch, or table legs� If
your table needs service or you are having issues with your table, please contact customer service�
GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS: This product is for use on a nominal 120-volt circuit and has a
grounding plug that looks like the plug illustrated below� Make sure that the product is connected to an
outlet having the same conguration as the plug� No adapter should be used with this product�
Do not modify the plug provided with the product - it will not t the outlets, have a proper outlet
installed by a qualied electrician�

• 2 or more people may be required to maneuver the table�
• After assembly, the table will need to have an initial set up/reset performed before table can be
used�

Ensure the buckle is raised� Raise the Leg perpendicular to the frame, placing steadily into pocket�

Insert the Assembly Handle into the buckle and rotate until handle is in line with frame� Ensure
cables are clear of any moving parts� Push down hard on the handle until the buckle snaps into
place� Remove the handle and repeat on the opposite leg�

Insert the 2 Wing Brackets into either side of the Frame�

Using the (8) M6 X 14 Machine screws secure the feet to the legs with the 4mm Allen Key�
Place your worksurface upside down on a protective surface� Lift and place the frame on top of
the worksurface� Adjust the width and position the frame on the worksurface per the following
sections:
A - Humanscale Universal Worksurface
B - Using Your Own Work-surface�

A - Humanscale Universal Worksurface
If using one of our Universal Worksurfaces, align the frame to the following pilot holes highlighted
below� Note: Only the four outer corner pilot holes are included for alignment�
Please note different size tops come with different pilot hole options� More or less pilot holes may be present depending on size ordered�

If using your own top, locate the Table Frame using the measurements listed below� Do not use tops
larger than the size noted in the Important Safety Instructions section�

Once the frame is adjusted to the width of the worksurface, tighten the 8 set screws on the
frame with the 4mm Allen key�
Using the (9) ST5 X 20 Wood screws secure the frame to the work surface� If using a power drill
ensure it is set to low torque� If using a Humanscale Universal Worksurface please note only the
four outer pilot holes are included to assist in aligning your worksurface to table base�

Slide the Control Box onto the frame, orientated with the (AC) Port for the power cord facing the
center of the table�
Secure the hand switch to the worksurface in your desired location using the (2) ST4 X 16, screw
along the front edge of worksurface� If using a Humanscale Universal Worksurface, Pilot holes are
positioned on the left/right hand side of the worksurface in our recommended location(s)�
Plug the hand switch into the control box� Connect the two legs to the control box, using the
connecting cable for the leg furthest away from the control box� Plug the power cord into the
control box� Use the provided (10) Cable Ties to secure cables to underside of worksurface (not
pictured), with either double sided tape or the (10) ST5 X 16 Screws�
Flip your Table right side up and plug into outlet� Reset the desk per instructions in following
section�

Using the (8) M6 x 10 Machine Screw Screws secure the brackets to each leg, using the 4mm
Allen Key�
Secure the (10) adhesive pads to the (2) Brackets
Place your worksurface upside down on a protective surface� Lift and place the legs on top of the
worksurface� Position the leg assembly on the worksurface per the following sections:
A - Humanscale Universal Worksurface�
B - Using Your Own Work-surface� Lift and place the legs on top of the worksurface� Position

Using the M6x14 Machine screws secure the feet to the legs�
Using the (12) ST5 X 20 Wood screws secure the frame to the work surface� If using a power drill
ensure it is set to low torque�

Using the (2) ST5 X 16 Screws� Align the control box with the pilot holes included if using a
Humanscale universal worksurface� Alternatively, place the Control box at your desired location on
the worksurface, ensuring it is within reach of the cable from one of the legs�
Secure the hand switch to the worksurface in your desired location using the (2) ST4 X 16, screw
along the front edge of worksurface� If using a Humanscale Universal Worksurface, Pilot holes are
positioned on the left/right hand side of the worksurface in our recommended location(s)�
Plug the hand switch into the control box� Connect the two legs to the control box, using the
connecting cable for the leg furthest away from the control box� Plug the power cord into the
control box� Use the provided Cable ties to secure cables to underside of worksurface (not
pictured), with either double sided tape or the (10) ST5 X 16 Screws�

Flip your Table right side up and plug into outlet� Reset the desk per instructions in following

Hand Switch
Initial Setup / Reset
IMPORTANT: You must RESET the desk before use�
1� Press the DOWN button, moving the desk to its lowest position, then release�
2� Hold the DOWN button until again, the LED display reads “ “�
3� Hold the DOWN button while the desk clicks lower, slightly rises and stops�
Your desk is now ready to use� The desk can be adjusted by pressing and holding either the UP/DOWN
button until the desired height is reached�
Setting Presets
Use the up/down buttons to nd a desired height, then press “M” followed by a number 1 - 3, to set
the three presets�
CAUTION: Once a preset button is pushed, the desk will move to the programmed height�
Programming
Changing Units of Measurement
1� Press the DOWN button, moving the desk to its lowest position, then release�
2� Hold the DOWN button until again, the LED display reads “ “�
3� Hold the 2 button (about 5 seconds) to switch settings� Repeat until desired setting is
displayed�
10�3 = Metric (cm)
10�4 = Imperial (IN)
4� Once the chosen setting is displayed, wait 5 seconds for the display to return to “ “�

5� Hold the DOWN button down while the desk lowers a little bit more, slightly rises and stops�
One-Touch / Constant-Touch
Follow the steps below to change between One-Touch and Constant - Touch� One-Touch requires only
a single touch of the “1, 2 or 3” button to move the worksurface to a preset memory location� One-
Touch is the default setting. Constant-Touch requires a continuous touch of the “1, 2, or 3,” button to
move the worksurface to a preset memory location�
1� Press the DOWN button, moving the desk to its lowest position, then release�
2� Hold the DOWN button again, until the LED display reads “ “�
3� Hold the 1 button (about 5 seconds) to switch settings� Repeat until desired setting is
displayed�
10�1 = One-Touch
10�2 = Constant-Touch
4� Once the chosen setting is displayed, wait 5 seconds for the display to return to “ “�
5� Hold the DOWN button while the desk clicks lower, slightly rises and stops�
Setting LED Retracted Height
Press and hold the DOWN button until the worksurface reaches its lowest position� Measure the
distance from the oor to the top surface of the desktop� If the number on the LED display does NOT
match your measurement, follow these steps:
1� Hold the DOWN button again, until the LED display reads “ “�
2� Hold the M button (about 5 seconds) until the display starts ashing the height�
3� Use the UP/DOWN button to match your measurement�
4� Wait 5 seconds for the display to return to “ “�
5� Hold the DOWN button while the desk clicks lower, slightly rises and stops�
Setting Upper and Lower Limits
This desk is designed to go to its minimum and maximum heights, allowing for the longest possible
range� If you prefer to change the settings to a more shorter range, follow these steps:
To Set the Upper-Limit Position:
1� Use the UP /DOWN buttons to move the base to the desired maximum-height position�
2� Press the “M” button�
3� Press the UP button� The LED display will ash “S -”�
4� Hold the “M” button (about 2 seconds) until the LED display changes to “999”� The display will

automatically return to the selected height� The new upper limit is now set�
To Set the LOWER-Limit Position:
1� Use the UP /DOWN buttons to move the base to the desired minimum-height position�
2� Press the “M” button�
3� Press the DOWN button and release� The LED display will ash “S -”�
4� Hold the “M” button (about 2 seconds) until the LED display changes to “000”� The display will
automatically return to the selected height� The new lower limit is now set�
To Remove the Upper/Lower Limit Positions:
1� Press the “M” button� The LED display will ash “S -”�
2� Press the “M” button again and hold for 2 seconds� The LED display will change to “555” and
then automatically return to the height display� The upper and lower limits are now removed�
Handset Lock
To lock the handset:
Press and hold the “M” button (about 8 seconds) until the LED display switches to “S -” and then to
“LOC�” Release the button�
To unlock the handset:
Press and hold the “M” button (about 8 seconds) until the LED switches from “LOC” to the height
display� Release the button�
