facepack. Press the spring-loaded button and pull

4. Slide the new A2C-LAN module in until the lock clicks.
LAN ETHERNET CONNECTION
1. Insert the network cable into the enclosure. Route the cable
through the cable channel on the back of the facepack.
2. Connect the network jack (RJ-45 or 8P8C) into the receiver

cable channel on the back of the facepack. Leave enough

reboots, the networking icon should appear on the
bottom of the Home screen.
NETWORKING
Once the LAN cable is connected to the network and the
networking icon appears with a green light on the Home
screen, proceed directly to the Soware Setup section.

Verication.
4. Enter the code number that appears at the Controller
Verication screen into the soware setup screen.

added to the soware and the map.
6. The networking icon on the Home screen of the controller
should now have a green status icon.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Network Test
The Network Test function will check all connections from the
controller, through the router, to the server. If the controller is
not communicating, this will indicate which functions are not
performing.
Note: Sometimes, turning the controller power o and back on
can restore or x network connections.
STATIC IP
We don’t recommend assigning a static IP address to a LAN
module, but some networks may require this. Consult with the
host network information service administrator for the exact
settings to enter, if this is required.
