CONTENTS

The Hybrex AH99-PN is a single line telephone set suitable
for business and hotel applications. The AH99-PN offers 10
programmable buttons that can be used for feature access in
business use or in the Hotel environment for service features
such as Operator, Front Desk, Room Service, Concierge, etc.
When connected to a Hybrex PABX the AH99-PN has the unique
capability to Be Paged while in the idle state. This Be Paged
capability is critical in Hotel applications when the Emergency
Evacuation feature is activated.
Please read these operating instructions carefully to familiarize
you with the operation and benets of your new Hybrex AH99-
PN Single Line Telephone Set.

Glossary and Terminology
Hook Switch -The switch that moves up and down and activates the phone line when the handset
is lifted from the base.
Off-Hook - A term used to describe the phone in its active mode when the handset is lifted off the
cradle or when the H.F button is pressed.
On-Hook -A term used to describe the phone in an inactive mode. The handset is in the cradle
and the phone is idle.
Installation
Installing the phone
Your phone should be placed on a level surface, such as a desk or table
1. Connect the handset.
2. Connect the telephone line.
Note: Lift handset to conrm dial tone.
Ringer Volume Level
The phone will ring when there is an incoming call. You can set the ringer volume to high, middle
or low (3 levels). The ringer volume switch is on the backside of phone.
Pulse Tone Setting
You can select P (PULSE) or T (TONE) dialing mode according to the requirements from the
local telephone operator. The T/P switch is on the backside of phone.
Flash Time Setting
You can use the Flash feature to access services
provided by your telephone operator.
The Flash time is dependent on the local
telephone exchange or PBX setting. You can
change the setting by using the switch on the
backside of phone.
On the backside of phone, there are 3 switches:
A- Ringer Volume Switch (High, Middle,
Low)
B- Tone/Pulse Switch
C- Flash Time Switch (100ms, 300ms,
600ms)
Operation
Making a Phone Call
Lift handset and dial the desired number to make a call.
Or you can press H.F (Handsfree) button and then dial number to make a call in Handsfree mode
without lifting handset.
Receiving a Call
To answer an incoming call, lift handset or press the H.F key to answer handsfree.

Redial
Behind PABX Operation. Lift Handset or press H.F then press RD/PAUSE.
When connected directly to PSTN line. While in the off-hook state and listening to busy tone for
example press the FLASH button and then RD/PAUSE to redial the last dialed number.
Pause
In off-hook state, the user can press RD/PAUSE button to do pause function, and it will
momentarily pause the conversation for a quick duration
Mute
During a conversation, the user can press the MUTE button to disable the transmitter on the
handset.
When MUTE is on, the MUTE indicator will light up. Press the MUTE button to deactivate the
mute function and resume normal conversation.
Storing / Editing a Telephone Number
Lift Handset, press STORE button and then dial the desired number and then press Memory
Button Mx ( x-1~10) to save this number into one of the memory button locations.
Dialing a Memory Location (Mx)
Lift Handset and press Mx to dial the stored number.
Mx Example :
M1 = House Keeping
M2 = Business Center
Be-Paged (Special Function) –
To Be Programmed by the System Administrator
This be-paged feature only works with Hybrex Hybrid IP PABX Model GDS-Series, and G1E+
and Lynx Series.
Need to set program mode 40-ext-06 of that phone to “Enable” as shown below. Enabling this
option means another telephone set can page this extension number.

Safety Precautions
Please observe the following precautions:
●Place the phone at the appropriate distance:
■from sources of heat.
■from direct sunlight.
■from other electrical appliances.
●Protect your phone from damp, dust, aggressive liquids and steam.
●Connect the cables only using the sockets provided.
●Connect only approved accessories.
●To clean the phone, use only a slightly damp cloth.
●Do not use your phone in damp rooms (for example, in the bath).

Hybrex AH99-PN adalah pesawat telepon yang cocok di gunakan
untuk kantor dan hotel. AH99-PN mempunyai 10 tombol yang
dapat di program untuk akses fitur di keperluan kantor atau di
hotel untuk fitur seperti Operator, Resepsionis, Servis Room,
concierge dan lain-lain.
Ketika di sambungkan dengan PABX Hybrex, AH99-PN
mempunyai kemampuan khusus untuk dapat di paging dalam
keadaan standby. Fungsi dapat di paging ini sangat penting di
hotel ketika ada keadaaan darurat.

Daftar Kata-Kata Dan Istilah
Saklar gagang telepon (Hook Switch) –
saklar yang dapat bergerak ke atas dan ke bawah dan mengaktifkan saluran telepon ketika gagang
telepon di angkat dari tempatnya.
Keadaan gagang di angkat (Off-Hook) –
Istilah yang digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan telepon dalam keadaan aktif, ketika di angkat
gagang dari tempatnya atau ketika tombol HF di tekan.
Keadaan gagang di tutup (On-Hook) –
Istilah yang digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan telepon dalam keadaan tidak aktif. Gagang telepon
berada di tempatnya dan pesawat telepon sedang dalam keadaan standby.
Instalasi
Instalasi telepon
Telepon Anda harus ditempatkan pada permukaan yang datar, seperti meja.
1. Hubungkan gagang telepon.
2. Hubungkan saluran telepon.
Catatan: Segera ubah pengaturan dari pabrik seperti berikut ini.
Tingkat Volume Dering
Telepon akan berdering bila ada panggilan masuk. Anda dapat mengatur volume dering untuk
tinggi, menengah atau rendah (3 tingkat). Saklar volume dering ada pada bagian belakang
telepon.
Pengaturan Pulse/Tone
Anda dapat memilih modus panggilan P (PULSE) atau T (TONE) sesuai dengan pengaturan dari
operator telepon lokal. Saklar T / P ada pada bagian belakang telepon.
Pengaturan Flash Time
Anda dapat menggunakan fitur Flash untuk
mengakses layanan yang disediakan oleh
operator telepon Anda atau PABX. Flash
Time tergantung pada sentral telepon lokal.
Anda dapat mengubah pengaturan dengan
menggunakan saklar di bagian belakang
telepon.
Pada bagian belakang telepon, ada 3 saklar :
A- Saklar Volume Dering (Tinggi, Sedang,
Rendah)
B- Saklar Tone/Pulse
C- Saklar waktu flash (100ms, 300ms,
600ms)

Operasional
Membuat Panggilan Telepon
Angkat handset dan hubungi nomor yang diinginkan untuk membuat panggilan.
Atau Anda dapat menekan tombol H.F dan kemudian memanggil nomor untuk membuat
panggilan dengan cara H.F.
Menerima Panggilan
Bila ada panggilan masuk, indikator LED akan berkedip dan telepon akan berdering, ambil
handset sekarang untuk menjawab panggilan.
(Atau tekan tombol H.F untuk menjawab dengan cara H.F)
Panggilan Ulang
Ketika di sambungkan langsung ke Line PSTN. Pada keadaan handset di angkat, untuk
memanggil ulang nomor, cukup tekan tombol FLASH dan kemudian RD/PAUSE untuk
memanggil ulang nomor panggilan terakhir.
Ketika di sambungkan ke PABX. Pada keadaan handset di angkat, untuk memanggil ulang
nomor, cukup tekan tombol hook sekali, dan kemudian RD/PAUSE untuk memanggil ulang
nomor panggilan terakhir.
Pause
Pada keadaan handset di angkat dan ada percakapan, pengguna dapat menekan tombol RD/
PAUSE untuk mengaktifkan tur Pause. Ini akan memberhentikan percakapan untuk sementara.
Diam
Pada keadaan handset di angkat dan ada percakapan, pengguna dapat menekan tombol MUTE
untuk mengaktifkan fungsi diam.
Ketika MUTE aktif, indikator MUTE akan menyala. Tekan tombol MUTE untuk menonaktifkan
fungsi diam dan melanjutkan percakapan normal.
Menyimpan / Mengedit Nomor Telepon
Pada keadaan handset di angkat, tekan tombol STORE dan kemudian hubungi nomor yang
diinginkan lalu kemudian tekan Mx (x-1 ~ 10) untuk menyimpan nomor ini ke Mx.
Memanggil Satu Lokasi Memori (Mx)
Pada keadaan handset di angkat, cukup tekan Mx untuk menghubungi nomor yang tersimpan.

Dapat Dipaging
Fitur dapat di paging ini hanya dapat di gunakan dengan Sistem PABX Hybrid IP model GDS-
Series.
Perlu di set program mode 40-ext-06 ke nilai “enable” sesuai gambar di bawah. Kemudian dari
ekstensi mana saja dapat melakukan paging ke telepon ini dengan mengakses kode paging.
Instruksi Keselamatan
Perhatikanlah instruksi berikut:
●Tempatkan telepon pada jarak yang sesuai:
■Dari sumber panas,
■Dari sinar matahari langsung,
■Dari peralatan listrik lainnya.
●Lindungi telepon Anda dari lembab, debu, cairan dan uap.
●Hubungkan kabel hanya menggunakan soket disediakan.
●Hubungkan hanya dengan aksesoris yang disetujui.
●Untuk membersihkan telepon, gunakan kain yang agak lembab.
●Jangan menggunakan telepon di kamar lembab (misalnya, di kamar mandi).

การติดตั้งโทรศัพท์
โทรศัพท์ของคุณควรจะวางบนพื้นผิว เช่นโต๊ะต่างๆ

หมายเหตุ: เปลี่ยนการตั้งค่าจากโรงงานทันทีดังต่อไปนี้
Ringer Volume Level

แล้วกดหมายเลขเพื่อโทรออกในทาง H.F
รับสายโทรศัพท์
เมื่อมีสายโทรเข้ามา ไฟ LED จะกะพริบและโทรศัพท์จะดังขึ้น
และตอนนี้ให้ยกหูฟังโทรศัพท์ขึ้นเพื่อรับสาย(หรือกดปุ่ม H.F เพื่อตอบรับทาง H.F)
โทรซ้ำา
เมื่อเชื่อมต่อกับสาย PSTN โดยตรง ยกหูโทรศัพท์ โทรซ้ำาหมายเลข เพียงแค่กดปุ่ม FLASH แล้วก็
RD / Pause เพื่อโทรซ้ำาหมายเลขที่โทรออกล่าสุด
เมื่อเชื่อมต่อกับตู้สาขา ยกยกหูโทรศัพท์ โทรซ้ำาหมายเลข เพียงแค่กดปุ่ม hook เพียงครั้งเดียวแล้ว
แล้วก็ RD / Pause เพื่อโทรซ้ำาหมายเลขที่โทรออกล่าสุด
ปุ่ม Pause(หยุด)
ในขนาดที่ยกหูโทรศัพท์นั้น ผู้ใช้สามารถกดปุ่ม RD/PAUSE เพื่อใช้ฟังก์ชั่นหยุด
ทำาให้หยุดการสนทนาได้ชั่วคราวในระยะเวลาสั้นๆ

ในขนาดที่ยกหูโทรศัพท์นั้น ผู้ใช้สามารถกดปุ่ม MUTE เพื่อเปิดใช้งานฟังก์ชั่นปิดเสียง เมื่อ MUTE
เปิดอยู่ จะมีไฟสว่างเพื่อบ่งชี้ว่าเปิด MUTE อยู่ กดปุ่ม MUTE
ยกเลิกการใช้งานฟังก์ชั่นปิดเสียงและเริ่มการสนทนาปกติิ
การจัดเก็บ / การแก้ไขหมายเลขโทรศัพท์
ในขนาดที่ยกหูโทรศัพท์นั้น กดปุ่ม STORE แล้วกดหมายเลขที่ต้องการ แล้วกด Mx (x-1 ~ 10) เพื่อบันทึกหมายเลขนี้ใน Mx
การเรียกหมายเลขในหน่วยความจำา(Mx)
ในขนาดที่ยกหูโทรศัพท์นั้น กดปุ่ม Mx เพียงแค่กด Mx เพื่อกดหมายเลขที่เก็บไว้
ตัวอย่าง Mx :
M1 = ภายใน
M2 = ศูนย์ติดต่อธุรกิจ
Be-Paged (ฟังก์ชั่นพิเศษ)

El AH99-PN de Hybrex es un teléfono
adecuado para los negocios y las aplicaciones
hoteleras. El AH99-PN ofrece 10 botones
programables, que se pueden utilizar para el
acceso en función de su uso de negocios o en
el entorno del hotel, para las características de
servicios como Operador, recepción, servicio

Glosario y Terminología
Hook Switch – El interruptor que se mueve hacia arriba y hacia abajo y se activa la línea
telefónica cuando el auricular se levanta de la base.
Off-Hook – Un término usado para describir el teléfono en su modo activo cuando el auricular se
levanta fuera de la base o cuando se presiona el botón de H.F.
On-Hook – Un término usado para describir el teléfono en modo inactivo. El auricular está en la
base y el teléfono está inactivo.
Instalación
Instalación del teléfono
Su teléfono debe ser colocado sobre una supercie plana, como un escritorio o una mesa
1. Conecte el auricular.
2. Conecte la línea telefónica.
Nota: Levante el auricular para conrmar el tono de marcar.
Nivel De Volumen Del Timbre
El teléfono sonará cuando hay una llamada entrante. Es posible ajustar el volumen del timbre en
alta, media o baja (3 niveles). El interruptor de volumen del timbre está en la parte trasera del
teléfono.
Ajuste Tono - Pulsos
Puede seleccionar P (PULSOS) o T (TONO) Modo de marcar de acuerdo con los requisitos del
operador de telefonía local. El interruptor T / P está en la parte posterior del teléfono.
Ajuste tiempo del Flash
Usted puede utilizar la función de Flash para acceder a los servicios proporcionados por su
operador de telefonía.
El tiempo de flash depende de la central
telefónica local o establecimiento PBX.
Puede cambiar la configuración utilizando
el interruptor situado en la parte trasera del
teléfono.
En la parte trasera del teléfono, hay 3
interruptores:
A- Interruptor de volumen del timbre (alto,
medio, bajo)
B- Tono / Interruptor de Pulso
C- Interruptor de tiempo de Flash (100ms,
300ms, 600ms)
Funcionamiento
Hacer Una Llamada
Levante el auricular y marque el número deseado para hacer una llamada.
O puede pulsar el botón de H.F (manos libres) y luego marcar el número para hacer una llamada
en modo manos libres y sin levantar el microteléfono.

Recibir Una Llamada
Para responder a una llamada entrante, descuelgue el auricular o pulse la tecla H.F para contestar
con manos libres.
Redial
Detrás de PABX Operación. Levante el auricular o presione H.F después pulse RD/PAUSE.
Cuando está conectado directamente a la línea PSTN. Mientras que en el modo apagado y
escucha el tono de ocupado, por ejemplo, pulse el botón FLASH y luego RD/PAUSE para volver
a marcar el último número marcado.
Pausa
En el estado de descolgado, el usuario puede presionar el botón RD/PAUSE para hacer la función
de pausa, será momentáneamente pausa en la conversación para una duración rápida.
Silencio
Durante una conversación, el usuario puede presionar el botón MUTE para desactivar el
transmisor en el auricular.
Cuando MUTE está activado, el indicador se encenderá. Pulse el botón MUTE para desactivar la
función de silencio y reanudar una conversación normal.
Almacenamiento / Edición De Un Número De Teléfono
Levante el auricular, pulse el botón STORE y luego marque el número deseado y pulse el botón
de memoria Mx (x-1 ~ 10) para guardar este número en una de las ubicaciones de los botones de
memoria.
Marcación De Una Posición De Memoria (Mx)
Levante el auricular y presione Mx para marcar el número almacenado.
Mx Ejemplo:
M1 = Servicio de Limpieza
M2 = Centro de Negocios
Voceo (Función Especial) –
Debe Ser Programado Por El Administrador Del Sistema
Esta característica de Voceo, únicamente trabaja con Hybrex Hybrid IP PBX modelo GDS.
Es necesario ajustar el modo 40-ext-06 de ese teléfono a “Enable” como se muestra a
continuación. Activar esta opción significa que otro teléfono, establecer la aplicación a este
número de extensión.

Precauciones De Seguridad
