Specications:
• Size: 39.5” x 30.5” x 9”
• Weight: 39 lbs.
• Professionally engineered and designed German 95% reectivity hammertone aluminum.
• Four-sided full specular interior coverage for maximum reector efciency.
• Strong, uniform light pattern-ideal for low clearance mounting with optimum light delivery.
• Fully air sealed reector using high quality silicon based foam.
Installation
1. Carefully remove the reector unit from the box, set it aside and prepare the hanging
location with the appropriate light hanger materials. Use caution when installing the Rap-
tor reector. Due to its large size and weight, Hydrofarm recommends hanging the raptor
using heavy duty light hangers or rope ratchets only.
2. To install, remove, or change the grow lamp, allow the lamp and reector to cool com-
pletely, detach any ducting from the ange opposite the socket, and reach through the
opening to access the bulb.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REMOVE OR LOOSEN THE LENS FRAME WHEN THE
REFLECTOR IS HANGING
Cleaning the Lens
1. To clean the lens, unplug your ballast from the power source and disconnect the reec-
tor. Wait until your reector has cooled down completely, carefully remove it from the
hanging location and set it lens side up on a stable surface. It is highly recommended to
place a soft towel or cloth between the surface of placement and the reector to prevent
cosmetic damage.
2. Remove the lens frame mounting screws. Clean the lens using an appropriate glass
cleaning solution. Use a warm, mild soap and water solution to clean the surface of the
specular and outside housing of the reector if desired. Dry with a soft towel and/or com-
pressed air. Ensure the reector unit is completely dry before reconnecting to the ballast
and turning on the lamp.
