Please read this manual carefully before use
Information & Safety Warnings
1. Required: Phillips screwdriver and 4 AA batteries.
2. Keep your fingers clean before using this product.
3. In original settings, the door can be unlocked with any fingerprint, any card, or the default
password ‘1234567890#’.
4. To Unlock, press the registered fingerprint on the front handle sensor, tap card close to lock
pad, or enter password ending with ’#’.
5. If the power is insufficient, there will be an alarm prompt. The lock can only be unlocked
around 50 times and then batteries need to be replaced. When power is low, connect to a
power bank with Micro USB line, using the Emergency Power Port to unlock. The App will be
offline in the meantime.
6. Please do not use corrosive material to clean the surface.
7. When you cannot unlock the door with password/fingerprint/card/APP, please use the key to
unlock the door. Please keep the emergency key with you or put it in outdoor safe place.
8. Waking up the lock requires around 3 seconds, especially when it not been used in a while.
9. The lock is suitable for 1.57-3.94 inch thick doors.
10. Outside of temperature Range: -22°C – 55°C.
Quick Setting
Adding the Administrator
1. Hold ‘*’ for 3 seconds or remove the battery cover, press 'Set'(back panel). The following voice
prompt will be heard: 'Please add administrator’.
2. Add administrator's fingerprint, card, or password.
a. Fingerprint (3 Times)
i. Place the fingerprint on the fingerprint induction area
ii. Voice prompt ‘Please put the same fingerprint again’
iii. Lift your finger and rest your fingerprint again
iv. Voice prompt ‘Please put the same fingerprint again’
v. Lift your finger and rest your fingerprint again for final verification
b. Smart Card: Place the card to the key pad.
c. Password (Twice)
i. Insert the password ending with ‘#’
ii. Voice prompt ‘Please input again’
iii. Insert the password again ending with ‘#’
3. The following voice prompt will be heard: 'add successfully'.
Notes:
• The first three registered users are administrator.
• To improve fingerprint identification rate, adjust finger position accordingly.
• ‘*’: Back, Sign out button, '#': Confirm button.

APP Instruction
APP Download/Register/Login
1. Search ‘iNNi Home’ in Google Play / App Store,
download APP.
2. Once downloaded, open APP, register and
login with mobile phone.
Further Setting
Adding User
1. Hold ‘*’ for 3 seconds or remove the battery cover, press 'Set'(back panel). The following voice
prompt will be heard: 'Please verify the administrator'.
2. Verify the administrator.
3. Add user’s fingerprint (3 times), card, or password (6-8 numbers) ending with '#'. Enter the
password twice.
4. The following voice prompt will be heard: 'add successfully'.
Deleting Users
1. Remove the battery cover, press 'Set'(back panel) or hold ‘*’. The following voice prompt will
be heard: 'Please verify the administrator'.
2. Verify the administrator.
3. Press Set(back panel) or hold '*’ again.
4. Press ‘1’ to remove all user fingerprints, press ‘2’ to remove all user passwords, press '3' to
remove all user cards, press ‘4’ to remove all users.
5. The following voice prompt will be heard: ‘successful'.
Note: The administrator can't be removed by doing this.
Resetting the Lock
1. Remove the battery cover, hold “set” for 3 seconds, verify the administrator.
2. The system will restore the factory default settings.
Notes:
• After the reset, all the information is removed (including administrator).
• The password will return to its default '1234567890'.
• Please add a new administrator immediately.
Self-locking
If the password is entered incorrectly 5 times continuously, the system will be locked for 180
seconds, but the fingerprint or card unlock can reverse this.
If the fingerprint is entered incorrectly for 8 times continuously, the system will be locked for 180
seconds, but the card unlock can reverse this.
Low Power Warning
When the battery power is lower than 4.8V, the lock will prompt 'The battery is used up, please
replace it'. Please replace with 4 new AA batteries in time.
Virtual Password
Enter virtual password before or after the real password, it can be unlocked.
Volume Adjustment
Press '3"3"3"#' to switch (Mute, Low, Medium, High).
Add Device
1. Click ‘Add Device’ on home page or ‘+’ at top
right corner.
2. Choose category ‘Security’. Find ‘Door Lock’
and select.
3. Press ‘3’ and ‘#’. After verifying the
administrator the lock will prompt “Please
connect the Wi-Fi by the phone”. When the
number ‘8’ starts flickering, click the button on
the phone to configure and complete
connection
Remote Control Functions
1. Alarm: check warnings
2. Records: check records
3. Remote unlock: press ‘4’ + ‘#’ on lock pad. Click
confirm on door lock icon to open remotely.
4. Dynamic password: Click phone screen to get 5
minute password. Enter onto code followed by
‘#’ to unlock.
5. Temporary password: click on bottom right and
‘Add’ to set temporary password.
Notes:
• This APP only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
• The Wi-Fi connected to the APP and mobile
phone must be the same.
