General Dimensions
Safety
Stages of the installaon may require the use of personal protecon
equipment.
When working at heights refer to HSE guidance.

Assembly will require at least two people.

Ground Fixing Detail
 It is the responsibility of the installer to ensure
that the foundaons are suitable for the ground
condions.
 The base plates supplied with the at roof
smoking shelter are drilled with Ø14.5mm holes.
 The installer should ensure that the ground
xings are sucient to secure the smoking
shelter to the foundaons.

Frame Assembly

Sit the support feet into the boom of
the shelter end frame secons. Do not
x the feet to the frame at this point.
Starng from the boom, bolt the 5no
horizontal rails in place between the end
secons using M10 x 70 socket dome
head screws.
Fit the vercal brace between the rear
rails using M10 x 70 dome head screws.
The sequence of images is not representave of assembly order, use as a
guide for bolt selecon only.

Frame Assembly

Before ghtening all bolts,
ensure that the framework is
square.
Fit the mid bracing to
the roof frame.
Use M10 x 70mm
socket dome head
screws to bolt to the
front and rear rails.
Use M10 x 80mm
socket buon head
screws to bolt through
the centre purlin.
Fit plasc caps to
the top four corners.

Front Panel Installaon

The front panel (V200 2627 99) is
supplied as an oponal extra.
Fit the front panel to the top rail at the front
of the shelter using 4no M10 x 70 socket
dome head screws.
Note that the top of the front panel is cut at
an angle to allow for the slope of the roof.
Ensure the front panel is installed so that it
sits squarely on the ground.

Before ng the sheet, IAE advise that the mid purlins are pre drilled using a drill screw.
Drill unl it starts to thread then remove and clean to remove all swarf.
When the shelter is
supplied without the front
panel, the side panels
occupy the full width of
the shelter.
When the shelter is
supplied with the front
panel, the side panels only
occupy the rear half of the
shelter.

·Pre drill ø10mm holes in sheet rst to match purlins.
·Fix the sheet to the mid purlins using 5.5x32mm drill screws.
