Einsatzmöglichkeiten
Das Elektret-Instrumentenmikrofon ECM-300W
ist für den Einsatz auf der Bühne vorgesehen
und eignet sich optimal für die Schallabnahme
von Blasinstrumenten. Über die Klemmhalte-
rung läßt es sich einfach am Schallaustrittskegel
des Instruments befestigen.
Das Mikrofon wird über das angeschlossene
Audiogerät gespeist, d.h. der Mikrofoneingang
amAudiogerät muß über eine Phantomspeisung
(9–48V ) verfügen. Für den Anschluß des
Mikrofons wird der optional erhältliche Phantom-
speisungsadapter EMA-300P aus dem Pro-
gramm von „img Stage Line“ benötigt.
Hinweise für den sicheren Gebrauch
Das Mikrofon entspricht der EMV-Richtlinie für
elektromagnetischeVerträglichkeit89/336/EWG.
●Das Mikrofon ist nur zur Verwendung im In-
nenbereich geeignet. Schützen Sie es vor
Feuchtigkeit und Hitze (zulässiger Einsatz-
temperaturbereich 0–40°C).
●Verwenden Sie für die Reinigung nur ein
trockenes, weiches Tuch, auf keinen Fall
Chemikalien oder Wasser.
●Wird das Mikrofon zweckentfremdet, falsch
angeschlossen oder nicht fachgerecht repa-
riert, kann für eventuelle Schäden keine Haf-
tung übernommen werden.
●Soll das Mikrofon endgültig aus dem Betrieb
genommen werden, übergeben Sie es zur
Entsorgungeinem örtlichen Recyclingbetrieb.
Inbetriebnahme
1) Die Mikrofonhalterung am Instrument fest-
klemmen, und den Schwanenhals des Mikro-
fons optimal ausrichten. Bei Bedarf den bei-
liegenden Windschutz aufstecken.
2) Für den Anschluß des Mikrofons an das
Audiogerät (z.B. Mischpult, Verstärker) wird
der Adapter EMA-300P aus dem Programm
von „img Stage Line“ benötigt.
Das Mikrofonkabel an den Mini-XLR-
Stecker des Adapters anschließen, und den
XLR-Stecker des Adapters mit einem sym-
metrischen XLR-Mikrofoneingang am Audio-
gerät verbinden. Der Mikrofoneingang muß
mit einer Phantomspeisung von 9–48V
ausgestattet sein, anderenfalls ist kein Mikro-
fonbetrieb möglich.

Applications
The electret instument microphone ECM-300W
is provided for stage applications and is ideally
suited for the sound pick-up of wind instruments.
Via the clamping support it can easily be fixed at
the sound exit cone of the instrument.
The microphone is supplied with power via
the connected audio unit, i.e. the microphone
input at the audio unit must be provided with a
phantom power (9–48V ). For the connection
of the microphone the phantom power adapter
EMA-300P of the “img Stage Line” range is
required which can be ordered separately.
Safety Notes
The microphone corresponds to the directive for
electromagnetic compatibility 89/336/EEC.
●Themicrophone isonlysuitable forindooruse.
Protect it against humidity and heat (admis-
sible ambient temperature range 0–40°C).
●For cleaning only use a dry, soft cloth, by no
means chemicals or water.
●If the microphone is used for purposes other
than originally intended, if it is not connected
correctly or not repaired in a qualified way, no
liability can be assumed for possible damage.
●If the microphone is to be put out of operation
definitively, it must be disposed of in a local
recycling plant.
Setting into Operation
1) Tightly clamp the microphone support at the
instrument, and align the gooseneck of the
microphone in an optimum way. If necessary,
mount the supplied windshield.
2) For the connection of the microphone to the
audio unit (e.g. mixer, amplifier) the adapter
EMA-300P of the “img Stage Line” range is
required.
Connect the microphone cable to the mini
XLR plug of the adapter, and connect the
XLR plug of the adapter to a balanced XLR
microphone input at the audio unit. The
microphone input must be provided with a
phantom power of 9–48V , otherwise no
microphone operation will be possible.

Microphone électret
pour instruments
Possibilités d’utilisation
Le microphone électret pour instruments ECM-
300W est spécialement conçu pour une utilisa-
tion sur scène et est idéal pour la prise de son
d’instruments à vent. Grâce à la fixation par pin-
ce, il peut être facilement fixé sur le cône de sor-
tie de son de l’instrument.
Le micro est alimenté via l’appareil audio relié:
l’entrée micro sur l’appareil audio doit disposer
d’unealimentationfantôme(9–48V ).Pourcon-
necter le micro, il est nécessaire d’utiliser l’adap-
tateur d’alimentation fantôme EMA-300P disponi-
ble en option de la gamme “img Stage Line”.
Conseils de sécurité
Le microphone ECM-300W répond à la norme
européenne 89/336/CEE relative à la compati-
bilité électromagnétique.
●Le microphone n’est conçu que pour une uti-
lisation en intérieur; protégez-le de l’humidité
et de la chaleur (température d’utilisation ad-
missible 0–40 °C).
●Pour le nettoyer, utilisez un chiffon sec et
doux, en aucun cas de produits chimiques ou
d’eau.
●Nous déclinons toute responsabilité si le
micro est utilisé dans un but autre que celui
pour lequel il a été conçu, s’il n’est pas cor-
rectement branché ou n’est pas réparé d’une
manière appropriée.
●Lorsque le micro est définitivement retiré du
service, vous devez le déposer dans une usi-
ne de recyclage adaptée.
Fonctionnement
1) Fixez le support du micro sur l’instrument et
orientez le col de cygne du micro de manière
optimale. Si besoin, placez la bonnette anti-
vent livrée.
2) Pour brancher le micro à l’appareil audio
(p.ex. table de mixage, amplificateur), l’adap-
tateur EMA-300P de la gamme “img Stage
Line” est nécessaire.
Reliez le cordon micro à la mini fiche XLR
de l’adaptateur, et la fiche XLR de l’adapta-
teur à une entrée micro XLR symétrique sur
l’appareil audio. L’entrée micro doit être équi-
pée d’une alimentation fantôme de 9–48V
sinon le micro ne fonctionne pas.

Possibilità d’impiego
Ilmicrofono ECM-300W per strumenti musicaliè
previsto per l’impiego professionale ed è parti-
colarmente adatto per la riproduzione di stru-
menti a fiato. Con la molla può essere fissato
comodamente sullo strumento.
La tensione di alimentazione viene dall’appa-
recchio audio collegato; ciò significa che l’in-
gressomicrofono dell’apparecchio audiodev’es-
sere equipaggiato con alimentazione phantom
(9–48V ). Per il collegamento del microfono è
richiesto l’adattatore per alimentazione phantom
EMA-300P disponibile come accessorio nel pro-
gramma “img Stage Line”.
Avvertenze di sicurezza
Questo microfono corrisponde alla direttiva CE
89/336/CEE sulla compatibilità elettromagne-
tica.
●Lo strumento è previsto solo per l’uso all’in-
terno di locali. Proteggerlo dall’umidità e dal
calore (temperatura d’impiego ammessa fra
0°C e 40°C).
●Per la pulizia usare solo un panno morbido,
asciutto; non impiegare in nessun caso pro-
dotti chimici o acqua.
●Nelcaso d’usoimproprio,dicollegamenti sba-
gliati o di riparazione scorretta non si assume
nessuna responsabilità per eventuali danni.
●Se si desidera eliminare il microfono definiti-
vamente, consegnarlo per lo smaltimento ad
un’istituzione locale per il riciclaggio.
Messa in funzione
1) Fissare il supporto sullo strumento ed orien-
tareilcollodicigno del microfono in modo otti-
male. Se è necessario montare la spugna
antivento, in dotazione.
2) Per il collegamento del microfono con l’appa-
recchio audio (p.es. mixer, amplificatore) è
richiesto l’adattatore per alimentazione phan-
tom EMA-300P disponibile come accessorio
nel programma “img Stage Line”.
Inserire il cavo del microfono nella presa
mini-XLR dell’adattatore e collegare la presa
XLRdell’adattatore conun ingressomicrofono
XLR simmetrico sull’apparecchio audio. L’in-
gresso microfono deve essere equipaggiato
con un’alimentazione phantom 9–48V , al-
trimenti il microfono non può funzionare.
