1. Follow the steps of the assembly nstruct ons carefully.
2. Use only or g nal parts as del vered.
3. Place th s exerc ser on an even, non-sl ppery surface. Because of poss ble corros on, the
usage of any exerc ser n mo st areas s not recommended.
4. Before assembly, check f del very s complete by us ng the ncluded parts-l st.
5. For assembly use only su table tools and ask for ass stance w th assembly f necessary.
6. Check before the f rst tra n ng and every 1-2 month that all connect ng elements are t ght f tt ng
and are n the correct cond t on.
7. Replace defect ve components mmed ately and/or keep t out of use unt l repa r.
8. For repa rs, use only or g nal spare parts.
9. In case of repa r please ask your dealer for adv ce.
10. Ensure that tra n ng starts only after correct assembly and nspect on.
11. For all adjustable parts be aware of the max mum pos t ons to wh ch they can be adjusted/
t ghtened to.

the superv s on of an adult.
13. Ensure that those present are aware of poss ble hazards, e. g. movable parts dur ng tra n ng.
