BUT Before that please read the follow ng.
SAFETY FUNCTION
This exerciser is made for home use only, and tested up to a max body wei ht of 120k .
1. Follow the steps of the assembly nstruct ons carefully.
2. Use only or g nal parts as del vered.
3. Place th s exerc ser on an even, non-sl ppery surface. Because of poss ble corros on, the
usage of any exerc ser n mo st areas s not recommended.
4. Before assembly, check f del very s complete by us ng the ncluded parts-l st.
5. For assembly use only su table tools and ask for ass stance w th assembly f necessary.
6. Check before the f rst tra n ng and every 1-2 month that all connect ng elements are t ght f tt ng
and are n the correct cond t on.
7. Replace defect ve components mmed ately and/or keep t out of use unt l repa r.
8. For repa rs, use only or g nal spare parts.
9. In case of repa r please ask your dealer for adv ce.
10. Ensure that tra n ng starts only after correct assembly and nspect on.
11. For all adjustable parts be aware of the max mum pos t ons to wh ch they can be adjusted/
t ghtened to.
12. Th s exerc ser s des gned for adults. Please ensure that ch ldren use the exerc ser only under
the superv s on of an adult.
13. Ensure that those present are aware of poss ble hazards, e. g. movable parts dur ng tra n ng.
14. Warn ng: ncorrect/excess ve tra n ng can cause health njur es.
15. Please follow the adv ce for correct tra n ng as deta led n tra n ng nstruct ons.

ASSEMBLY
Carefully unpack each component, check ng aga nst the parts l st that you have all the necessary parts
to complete the assembly of your product.
PLEASE NOTE that some of the parts may be pre-f tted to major components, so please check
carefully before contact ng our CUSTOMER SUPPORT team.
STEP 1:
Attach the Front and Rear Stab l zer (5 & 6) to the Ma n Frame (3) w th 4 x M8 x 75mm Carr age Bolts
(38), 4 x M8 Curved Washers (41), 4 x M8 Spr ng Washers (42) and 4 x M8 Dome Nuts (40).

Note: Do NOT FULLY TIGHTEN any Bolts, Nuts or F tt ngs at th s stage unless spec f cally nstructed
to do so.
STEP 2:
Assemble the Pedals (Left and R ght) (21L & 21R) to the Pedal Crank (7) (see note). Both Pedals
MUST be t ghtened securely otherw se damage may occur to the Crank. F t the Pedal Straps (Marked
L and R) ensur ng a snug, but not t ght f t w th your normal footwear.
Note: One Pedal s suppl ed w th a RIGHT HAND THREAD for the RIGHT HAND SIDE of the cycle
and must be f tted by turn ng CLOCKWISE. The other Pedal s suppl ed w th a LEFT HAND THREAD
for the LEFT HAND SIDE and must be f tted by turn ng ANTI-CLOCKWISE.

STEP 3.
Remove the 3 x M8 Nylon Locknuts (36) and 3 x M8 Flat Washers (43) from the unders de of the
Saddle (16).
Attach the Saddle (16) to the Saddle Stem (4) then loosely ref t the 3 x M8 Flat Washers (43) and 3 x
M8 Nylon Locknuts (36).

STEP 4:
Sl de the assembled Saddle Stem (4) nto the Ma n Frame (3), select the des red he ght to allow for a
knee bend at the bottom of the pedal ng act on and secure n place w th the Saddle Adjustment Knob
(18).
Al gn the Saddle and t ghten the 3 x M8 Nylon Locknuts (36) securely.
Unlock the Saddle Adjustment Knob (18) and change the saddle he ght f necessary. Select des red
saddle he ght and t ghten Saddle Adjustment Knob (18).
Do not exceed the “MAX” mark ng on tube.
