2. Do not place your hand or any part of your body in the staple clinching area.
3. Never point any operational driving tool at yourself or at any other person.
Do not pull the trigger when carrying or holding the tool.
4. At the workplace, always wear protective equipment such as safety glasses,
hearing protection and head protection.

Operating Instructions
Loading the Tool
Check Staple Leg Length
1. Pull pusher back until it stops on pusher pivots then rotate
pusher to position for loading staplers.
2. Insert 2 strips of the appropriate staples into the magazine
from the back. Let the strips slide forward to the front of the
magazine.
3. Pull pusher back to upright position and gently let the pusher
slide forward against the staples. Do not let the pusher slide
forward and strike the staples at high speed for this may
deform the staples or damage the tool.
1. Loosen set screw with 3mm hexagon wrench key.
2. Turn adjusting rod 180° with a screw driver to the desired
adjustment.
3. If you want to shoot long leg staples, position the “L” on
the adjusting rod facing up.
4. If you want to shoot short leg staples, position the “S” on
the adjusting rod facing up.
5. Tighten set screw.

Clinch Adjustment
Depth Adjustment
1. Loosen adjustment nut by turning adjustment screw
clockwise ﹙in﹚ to loosen clinch.
2. Tighten adjustment nut by turning adjustment screw
counter-clockwise ﹙out﹚ to tighten clinch.
3. After adjusting, tighten adjustment nut.
1. Loosen front screw with 4mm hexagon wrench key.
2. Push the body up and adjust to desired depth.

PROBLEM CAUSE REMEDY
Excessive Jams Teeth screws loose.
Staple size is wrong.
Tighten screws.
Use the proper size staple.
Uneven Clinch Wrong staple size Check for proper length
adjustment and clincher size.
Unclinched staple Teeth are loose.
Teeth are broken.
Tighten teeth.
Replace teeth.
Can’t clinch staples well Adjustment screw is
at wrong position.

Operating Instructions
Operating the Tool
1. Insert staples into your tool following the instructions on
page 4 of this manual.
2. Position the box in line with the desired staple location,
using the small projections on either side of the magazine
seat to aid in locating the position of the staple.
3. Hold the handle with your hand and press the handle
all the way down until it stops by the other hand.
Release the handle and move the stapler to the next
location.
4. To achieve the strongest closure, place staples near the end
of box, but check the packing requirements to find optimal
staple placement.
5. Test staple clinching in samples of the box board being
used. Make adjustments for depth of penetration and
tightness of clinch as needed.
WARNING: To prevent accidental injuries: never place a hand or any other part of body in
staple clinching area or adjustment window. Never point tool toward anyone else. Do not engage
in horseplay. Always handle the tool with care. Never press handle unless tool is in positioned over
carton. Protect your eyes and ears. Wear safety glasses with side shields. Wear hearing protection.
Employers and users are responsible for ensuring the user or anyone near the tool wears this safety
protection.
NOTE: Check and replace any damaged or worn components on the tool. The safety warning
labels on the tool must also be replaced if they are not legible.
WARNING: Stop using the tool immediately if any of the following problems occur. Serious
personal injury could occur. A qualified person or an authorized service center must do any repairs or
replacements.

Clearing a Jam from the Tool
1. Pull pusher back and rotate to locked position.
2. Remove staples from the magazine.
3. Remove the magazine unit with flat head screw driver,
then clear jam.
4. Reassemble the magazine unit.
Trouble Shooting
Teeth Replacement
1. Remove the magazine unit with flat head screw driver.
2. Loosen screw with 4mm hexagon wrench key.
3. Remove the magazine seat.
4. Loosen screws with 3mm hexagon wrench key.
5. Change teeth one at a time to prevent reversing the
direction of the teeth. Reassemble the tool.

Driver Replacement
1. Remove the magazine unit with flat head screw driver.
2. Loosen screws with 4mm hexagon wrench key.
3. Remove the magazine seat.
4. Loosen set screw with 3mm hexagon wrench key to unlock
adjustment rod.
5. Loosen pivot screw with flat screw driver. Remove handle
and linkage mechanism.
6. Remove spring pin with hammer and 5mm straight rod.
7. Loosen screws with 3mm hexagon wrench key. Take off the
spring pin with hammer and 6mm straight rod.
8. Reassemble the tool.

Pusher Spring Replacement
1. Remove the magazine unit with flat head screw driver.
2. Loosen screw and nut with 2.5mm hexagon wrench key and
7mm socket wrench.
3. Loosen rod with 6mm offset wrench remove pusher guides.
Remove pusher.
4. Remove spring pin with hammer and 4mm diameter
straight rod.
5. Reassemble the tool.

Limited One (1) Year Warranty for Staplers
Our products are designed and constructed using the highest standards of both material and workmanship. We
warrant to the original retail purchaser that their tools will be free from defects in material or workmanship for the
warranty period of one year.
During the warranty period (which begins on the purchase date), we will repair or replace, at our option and
expense, any product or part that is defective in materials or workmanship after examination by an Authorized
Warranty Service Center, subject to the exceptions, exclusions and limitations described below. Any replacement
product or part will carry a warranty for the balance of the warranty period applicable to the replaced product
or part. A DATED SALES RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE FROM THE ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASER IS
REQUIRED TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM. To make a warranty claim, you must return the product, with proper
receipt/proof of purchase and return transportation charges prepaid, to us (your dealer) or an Authorized Warranty
Service Center. We will perform our obligations under this warranty within a reasonable time after approval of the
warranty claim.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
The following warranty exclusions apply:
1. Normal wear parts are not covered under this warranty.
2. This warranty does not cover parts damaged due to normal wear, misapplication, misuse, accidents,
improper storage, or damage resulting during shipping.
3. Products used in production/industrial applications are excluded from this warranty.
4. Labor charges, maintenance, or loss, damage and repairs resulting from improper operation are not covered
by this warranty.
GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS
This warranty will be honored, only if:
1. No evidence of abuse, abnormal conditions, accident, neglect, misuse or improper modifications or storage
of the product exists; and
2. No deviations from following recommended operating instructions, specifications, and maintenance
schedules exist. (Read Operator Manual for use, specifications, and maintenance instructions).
This warranty is the only warranty for the product and we disclaim all other warranties. Any implied warranties
will be limited in duration to the applicable warranty period specified above. Some states do not allow limitations
on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Your remedies are solely and
exclusively as stated above. We shall in no event be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect or special dam-
ages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above
limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. In no event, whether as a result of a breach of contract, warranty,
tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall our liability exceed the price of the product that has given rise to
the claim or liability. Any liability connected with the use of this product shall terminate upon the expiration of the
warranty period specified above. No employee or representative of any distributor or dealer is authorized to make
any change or modification to this warranty.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to
state.
