Please check you have all hardware before assembling.
If you are missing any hardware, please contact the store of purchase.
Please ensure you have the name of the item, required hardware part and quantity.
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase to validate your warranty.
CAUTION
Do not tighten screws before all screws are in the right place.
Do not use this product unless all bolts, screws and knobs are firmly secured.
Check that all bolts, screws and knobs are securely tightened at least every 4 months.
WARNING
If parts are missing, broken, damaged or worn stop using the product until all repairs are
made using manufacturer authorised parts.
Failure to follow these warnings could result in serious injury.

DANGER – To prevent furniture from toppling attach, mount, bolt or otherwise secure to
walls and floors. Do not put heavy items on top shelves of the product. Do not place
unstable furniture near where children play.

HANGING RAIL ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
The hanging rails are assembled for foolscap suspension files. If you want to use A4 files,
please add the extra hanging rail or change the position for the hanging rails to fit A4 size.

Attention: Please carry the filing cabinet vertically. If the cabinet is carried horizontally or upside
down, the anti-tip safety locking mechanism may have activated preventing the cabinet from being
unlocked using the keys.
If you are unable to unlock the cabinet with the keys, follow the below steps to deactivate the anti-
tip mechanism.
