JABLOTRON Mercury
Thank you for purchasing a JABLOTRON Mercury system. This user manual will guide you and
explain everything you need to operate the system.
PEACE OF MIND AND SAFETY
If the alarm is to truly assure protection, it must be connected to an alarm receiving centre (ARC) to
ensure professional intervention in the event of danger. If you do not utilize an ARC service, please
contact your Installation Partner.
HOW TO ARM AND DISARM THE SYSTEM
Fire, flooding and tampering detection is permanent, intrusion detectors monitor only if the
system is armed.
The garage door and entrance gate may be controlled by the alarm system through the means of
additional output modules.
The doorbell function is available if the system has a doorbell button enrolled during configuration.
Depending on your system setup, use:
REMOTE CONTROL
Subject to how the alarm system is configured, the remote control allows the user to arm and/or
disarm the entire alarm system or its sections.
KEYPAD WITHOUT A DISPLAY
Depending on how the alarm system was configured during installation, the keypad arms or
disarms the entire alarm system or its part.
AUTHORIZATION: You must always enter your valid access code or use an RFID tag/card on the
keypad before using the ARM or DISARM buttons. The validity of the authorization is indicated by
the green flashing of the indication light bar.

MyJABLOTRON APP
The smartphone app allows you to control and monitor your alarm, open
your garage door and entrance gate. It contains a history of events and,
and if motion detectors with photo-verification cameras are installed,
displays alarm photos in the Gallery tab. It also reports selected event
types. The alarm administrator can set different permissions for individual
users. Depending on the type of phone, the user is authorized by a numeric
code, fingerprint or facial recognition.
The MyJABLOTRON app can be downloaded for both iOS and Android.
The access account for the alarm administrator is set by the Installation
Partner. You will receive the login details for the app on the email address
you provide to the JABLOTRON Installation Partner. The alarm administrator
then may set access to the app for other users.
The best way to familiarize yourself with the app is to browse through the options one by one.
ALARM MAINTENANCE
For reliable alarm system operation, we recommend that you arrange regular annual inspections
of your system with your JABLOTRON Installation Partner. Please contact your JABLOTRON
Installation Partner if the alarm reports a malfunction.
Warning:
1. Do not attempt to open or disassemble any component of the alarm system. A tamper alarm will
occur.
2. When cleaning, prevent damaging the alarm system components. We suggest cleaning dust
buildup from the detectors with a fine fiber duster.
3. Use a damp cloth to clean the keypad. Make sure to avoid using organic solvents as their use could
potentially damage the keypad.
4. Battery replacement is to be carried out solely by your JABLOTRON Installation Partner.
Theaverage battery lifetime is approximately 2 years. The battery lifetime of a wireless keypad may
be significantly shorter if the keypad is used more than twice a day.
