When removing the unit from the shipping crate, be
cautious of some crate boards going through the unit
chassis.
Use a
Crow Bar
to
to
Dismantle
crates.

Remove the Control Valve from
it’s shipping position (on the
chassis just above the filter).
Move it around to the
front of the unit

Connect the Bypass Hose from the control valve
to the top of the main tank.

Select the height of the sprayer
boom by attaching the center
boom support section to the

the
corresponding bolt holes on
the rear of the chassis.
Attach the
center support
section using
the four (4) 3/8

and nuts, which

Route the two (2) chemical hoses from the control
valve across the top of the tank, and connect to each
respective half of the chemical circuit on the center

section. Tighten each with the hose clamp provided.

Each boom will be labeled Left or Right

Position each boom onto the post of the center
section and attach using the following configuration
