This lamp is for indoor use only.
The supply cord cannot be replaced. If the cord is damaged, the table lamp should be
destroyed in order to avoid a safety hazard.
The bulb is not included with this lamp. Please visit your local store to purchase
the bulb prior to assembly.

Carefully unpack the carton, making sure all parts are
included before assembly. Place lamp parts on a flat
surface.
Screw pole (B) clockwise into base (A) until tight.

Screw pole (C) clockwise onto pole (B) until tight.

DDScrew pole (D) clockwise onto pole (C) until tight.

Screw socket cup & shades (E) clockwise into pole
(D) until tight.
Then pull excess power cord out carefully through
the point(F).
Untie the tie securing cable before use.
Note: Turn lamp on and off with the foot switch.
