PRE-ASSEMBLY PREPARATION
Before you start:
1.Choose a clean, level, spac ous assembly area. Avo d hard surfaces that may damage the
product
2.Take care when l ft ng. Product should be assembled as near as poss ble to the po nt of
use
3.Ensure that you have all requ red contents for complete assembly
4.Always read the assembly nstruct ons carefully before beg nn ng assembly.
5.Keep all hardware parts and packag ng out of reach of small ch ldren.
6.Do not over t ghten the screws and bolts as th s may damage the threads
7.Assembly s to be carr ed out by a competent adult(s) ONLY
8.Dur ng assembly, ch ldren should be kept away from the product due to poss ble r sk to
njury.
9.Do not use th s tem f any components are m ss ng or damaged.
10.Please keep the nstruct ons for future reference.

STEP 1:
•Prepare a protected surface w th a blanket or cardboard.
•Attach 2x head post(3) to the 2x head ra l(4) and 3x head bar(5),
as shown below. Use 7x bolt(D) per post. Fasten w th allen
key(H).
•Attach 3x head panel(1) to the 3x head bar(5), follow the wh te
mark on the panel, as shown below. Use 3x screw(F) per panel
and t ghten w th a screwdr ver.
•Attach the foot panel(2) to the footboard(6), as shown below.
Use 3x screw(F) and t ghten w th a screwdr ver.

STEP 2:
•Attach the 2x supports(12) to the left s dera l(7) and r ght
s dera l(8), as shown below. Use 2x bolt(E) per leg, threaded
from the top, and lock w th nut(G). Fasten w th allen key(H) and
hold the nut w th a pa r of pl ers.
•Connect a s de ra l to the head post and footboard. Secure w th
2x bolt(B) per corner. Fasten w th allen key(H).
•Repeat for the other s de ra l.

STEP 3:
•Attach the supports(14) to the 2x centre ra l(10), as shown below.
Use 2x bolt(A). Fasten w th allen key(H).
•Attach the 2x supports(13) to the centre ra l(10), as shown below.
Use bolt(C) per leg, threaded from the top. Fasten w th allen
key(H).
•Attach the cross ra l(9) near the head post and footboard, as
shown below. Thread bolt(D) from the top on every corner, and
lock w th nut(G). Fasten w th allen key(H) and hold the nut w th
a pa r of pl ers.
•Attach the centre ra l(10) to the cross ra l(9), as shown below.
Thread bolt(D) from the top, n the m ddle of each cross ra l(9),
and lock w th nut(G). Fasten w th allen key(H) and hold the nut
w th a pa r of pl ers.

STEP 4:
•Attach 2x the cross bar(11) one s de to the centre ra l(10), as
shown below. Use 2x bolt(C) and lock w th nut(G). Fasten w th
allen key(H) and hold the nut w th a pa r of pl ers.
•Attach the cross bar(11) the other s de to the s de ra l, as shown
below. Use 2x bolt(A) per s de. Fasten w th allen key(H).

STEP 5:
•Attach an end cap(16) onto every slat, 1 per slat(15).
•Take 2x slats and cup the non capped end nto e ther s de of
the m ddle cap(17). Form 12x slat pa rs.
•Attach the slat pa rs to the bed as shown below. Push the caps
nto the holes.

PRODUCT CARE:
FURNITURE / BED
1. When assembling your furniture / bed please ensure that you have
checked the contents for all relevant parts.
2. When tightening bolts make sure that they are fully tightened but not
forced.
3. When moving your fully assembled bed you must first remove the
mattress and lift the frame into position, take care when lifting and
always have two people handling the bed. PLEASE DO NOT DRAG THE
BED as this will cause damage to the rail.
4. It is advisable to use approved cleaning products when cleaning the
furniture and bed frame as certain chemical based cleaners could have
an adverse effect on the bed finish.
