BEFORE THE FIRST USE
Unpack he appliance and accessories, hen wash and wipe hese
accessories.
Oven: I is normal if some smoke or smell emana es from he
appliance when using i for he firs ime. This is no harmful. In order
o elimina e any packing oil ha may remain af er produc ion, we
recommend opera ing he appliance for 10 minu es, pu ing he
func ion selec or on UP & DOWN posi ion.
Coffee maker: When you use your appliance for he firs ime, pour
fresh wa er in o he wa er ank (wi hou coffee) and swi ch on he
appliance. Once all he wa er has passed hrough, swi ch he
appliance off and le i cool down. Repea his process 3 imes.

HOW TO USE THE OVEN
• Before using he appliance, clean he surface of he rays wi h a
damp clo h and wipe dry. Pu some bu er or cooking oil in he
baking ray. The non-s ick coa ing of he frying ray makes he use
of bu er or oil op ional.
• Pu he frying ray in he opening foreseen on op of he oven.
• Pu he func ion selec or in OFF posi ion.
• Plug he uni in o he power supply socke .
• Turn he func ion selec or o he desired posi ion:
- DOWN: only he lower hea ing elemen hea s up o bake or
rehea a prepara ion wi hou roas ing i .
- UP & DOWN: bo h hea ing elemen s will hea up o bake and
roas he prepara ion.
- UP: only he upper hea ing elemen hea s up in order o roas
he prepara ion or o hea up he frying ray.
• Turn he imer knob o choose he required ime, indica ed in
minu es on he appliance. The pilo ligh will come on, indica ing
ha he oven is hea ing.
• Thanks o he hea resis an glass door, you can check he food
during use, which means you can adjus he cooking se ing and
ime if necessary according o your own apprecia ion.
• You can also pu food in he frying pan on op of he oven. To fry
he food, make sure he upper hea ing elemen is ac iva ed.
Even if you do not fry food in the tray, leave the tray on top of the
oven during use, otherwise the oven is open and heat might
escape through the top.
• If you wan o s op before he selec ed ime is over, urn he imer
o "0" and pu he func ion selec or in OFF posi ion.
• A sound will be heard when he cooking ime has elapsed. The
appliance will swi ch off au oma ically. As soon as he food is
ready, urn he func ion selec or o OFF.
• Carefully open he door, preferably using an oven glove.
• Be very careful no o ouch he rack or when removing he ray,
as hese migh be very ho and you migh ge burned.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Swi ch off he appliance by pu ing he knobs of he con rol panel in
OFF, LOW or "0" posi ion. Before cleaning, unplug he appliance from
ou le and allow i o cool down.
Inside cleaning
• Wipe rays wi h absorben paper oweling or a sof clo h. To
remove baked on food pour a li le cooking oil on he food and
allow o s and for five o en minu es. This should sof en he food
and allow i o be removed wi h absorben paper oweling or a
sof clo h.
• If he above me hod fails o remove he food we sugges wiping
he rays wi h damp clo h and a li le de ergen .
• For easy cleaning, you can remove he rack. To do so, lif he
fron par of he rack (Fig. 1). Once he fron par is released, ake
he rack ou of he oven cavi y. To pu he rack back in o
posi ion, inser he rear par of he rack on he rear bar in he
oven cavi y. Then swing he rack down and press i on he fron
bar (Fig. 2 and 3).
• Never use abrasive produc s. Never immerse he appliance in
wa er and make sure no wa er or damp pene ra es in o he
appliance.
• Make sure no wa er comes on he oven door when he la er is
s ill ho .

Outside cleaning
• Wipe clean wi h sof dry clo h or paper oweling
• Do no use s eel wool, scouring pads or abrasive cleaners.
Do not immerse in water or any other liquid.
HOW TO USE THE COFFEE MAKER
• Open he lid of he wa er ank and pour he desired volume of
wa er in i . The wa er level can be read off he wa er level
indica or on he wa er ank. Never exceed he maximum level
indica ed.
• Swing he fil er holder by pulling a i s handle, inser a paper fil er
or permanen fil er (depending on he model) in he fil er holder
and add he desired quan i y of ground coffee.
• Pu he fil er holder back in o i s ini ial posi ion and make sure i is
closed properly.
• Never forge o close he lid of he wa er ank before swi ching
on your coffee maker.
• Pu he glass jug wi h closed lid on he base of he appliance.
• Swi ch on he coffee maker. The pilo ligh of he swi ch will be
illumina ed, indica ing ha your appliance is opera ing. Thanks o
he keep warm func ion, your coffee is warmed up as long as he
appliance is swi ched on. No e ha he appliance will be
swi ched on as long as you do no swi ch i off manually.
However, we advise you no o le he appliance swi ched on
more han 2 hours and make sure ha you never le an emp y jug
on he appliance.
• When you remove he jug from he appliance, a non-drip valve
will au oma ically opera e o s op any drops of coffee dripping
on o he ho pla e. Replacemen of he carafe au oma ically
opens he non-drip valve and allows remaining coffee o fil er
rough in o he jug.
• When he wa er ank is emp y, wai a few addi ional minu es
before removing he jug.

DESCALING AND CLEANING
• Descaling he coffee maker prolongs i s life span. To descale your
coffee maker only use produc s especially made for his purpose
and read heir ins ruc ion manual carefully.
• To simplify cleaning, you can remove he swing fil er holder.
• Clean he jug and he fil er holder in soapy wa er and rinse hem
wi h clear wa er.
• For he o her par s of he appliance such as he ho pla e, use
sof damp clo h.
• Never use a dishwasher to clean any part of your coffee maker
PRACTICAL HINTS
When you no ice ha he coffee making process is longer han i
should be i is probably ime o descale he appliance. Do no wai
