AVVERTENZE

• NON utilizzare l’apparecchio per più di 5 minuti con-
secutivi: il motore potrebbe surriscaldarsi.
• Al primo utilizzo assicurarsi di rimuovere corretta-

PRIMA DEL PRIMO USO
- Pulire tutte le parti dell’impastatore prima del primo uso (fare riferimento al paragrafo: Pulizia).
- Srotolare il cavo dalla base e collegarlo alla presa di corrente.
UTILIZZO
1. Assembla l’accessorio selezionato al braccio motore (assicurandoti prima di e󰀨ettuare questa
operazione che l’apparecchio sia spento e scollegato dalla presa di corrente)
• Ruota la leva (5) in modo da sollevare il braccio verso l’alto.
• Rimuovi il coperchio
• Inserisci l’accessorio desiderato gancio a uncino (11) o frusta a lo (13) o frusta a foglia (12)>
al braccio motore e blocca in senso orario.
2. Prepara i tuoi ingredienti all’interno del recipiente come indicato dalla ricetta e posiziona il
coperchio
3. Posiziona il recipiente (4) riempito con i tuoi ingredienti sopra alla base quindi ruotalo in senso
orario.
4. Premi verso il basso il braccio motore (1) ruotando la leva (5) in senso orario
5. Collega la spina alla presa di corrente, seleziona le velocità e miscela i tuoi ingredienti.
MONTAGGIO DEGLI ACCESSORI
- Prima di montare il gancio impastatore, la frusta a foglia e la frusta a lo, assicurarsi che il coper-
chio paraspruzzi sia posizionato correttamente e che l’apparecchio non sia connesso alla presa.
- Sollevare la manopola così da poter alzare il braccio motore.
- Inserire il coperchio paraspruzzi (g. 1, n. 14).
- Agganciare uno degli accessori all’asse motore e girarli in senso orario nché non si bloccano in
posizione.
DIVERSE APPLICAZIONI
IMPASTARE
1. A seconda del tipo di impasto che stai preparando unisci farina e acqua in rapporto di 5: 3
2. Seleziona la velocità in modalità progressiva:
• Lavora a velocità 1 per 10 secondi,
• Aumenta a velocità 2 per 10 secondi,
• Impasta a velocità 3 per circa 3 minuti
Presta attenzione a questo passaggio: il passaggio graduale di velocità ti aiuterà a rendere com-
patto il tuo impasto.
NB: Assicurati che la capacità massima non venga superata.(max farina: 1500g)
MONTARE
1. Per montare gli albumi a neve seleziona la velocità 4 e aumenta gradualmente no a raggiun-
gere velocità 6, frustando gli albumi ininterrottamente per circa 5 minuti, secondo le dimensioni

delle uova, no a raggiungere un impasto solido e compatto.
NB: può sbattere no a 24 uova contemporaneamente. Si consiglia di utilizzare minimo 4 albumi.
2. Per montare la panna seleziona la velocità 4 e aumenta gradualmente no a raggiungere
velocità 6, frustando ininterrottamente per circa 5 minuti, no a raggiungere un impasto solido e
compatto.
NB: versa almeno 250ml nel recipiente, non riempire il recipiente eccessivamente.
MISCELARE
1. Miscelare gli ingredienti secondo la tua ricetta, selezionando la velocità da 1 a 6 per circa 5
minuti.
NB: Non riempire il recipiente eccessivamente
MANUTENZIONE E PULIZIA
1. Prima della pulizia, assicurati che la manopola sia in posizione “0” e che la spina sia stata
scollegata dalla presa.
2. Dopo l’uso, lasciare ra󰀨reddare il dispositivo prima di iniziare a pulirlo.
3. Per pulire l’esterno del dispositivo, utilizzare un panno umido e un detergente delicato. Non
immergerlo il corpo centrale in acqua.
4. La ciotola e la frusta a lo possono essere lavati in lavastoviglie, tutti gli altri accessori vanno
lavati esclusivamente a mano, non utilizzare pagliette o detersivi abrasivi.

WARNINGS
• To avoid electric shocks, do not use this device in the
vicinity of water. Do not immerse the mains lead in
water or other liquid.
• Please read through the information and safety advi-
ce contained in these operating instructions carefully
and thoroughly before you use the stand mixer for
the rst time.
• Do not kink or clamp the mains lead. To avoid any
risk of stumbling ,do not allow the mains lead to hang
over the edge of a table or a counter.
• Make sure that the voltage shown on the rating plate
corresponds with that of the mains supply. The rating
plate can be found on the bottom of the motor block.
The stand mixer is only to be connected to an AC
supply (~). The motor must always be switching o󰀨
before the stand mixer is connected with the mains
supply. (Switch (7) in the “0” setting).
• Do not use outdoors. Only suitable for use indoors.
• This device should not be set up in close proximity to
a naked ame, easily ammable materials (curtains,
textiles, etc. ), a radiator, an oven or some other heat
source.
• Before use, place the device on a horizontal and at
surface.
• Place this device as close as possible to the power
source so that you can disconnect the plug quickly
and easily.
• The device must be operated with the type of power

specied on the rating plate. If you are unsure about
the details of the available power supply, ask your
dealer or the local power supply company.
• Do not attempt to repair the device yourself, since
you will be exposed to hazardous live components or
other hazards by opening and removing the covers.

kshop.
• This is not a toy! Keep away from children. The de-
vice should be used and stored out of the reach of
children.
• Careful supervision is required when the device is

BEFORE THE FIRST USE
- All parts of the stand mixer are to be thoroughly cleaned before being used for the rst time. (see
section: Cleaning).
- Take out the required length of cable from the base and connect the device to the mains supply.
HOW TO USE
1. First mix up the food as what the manufacturer indicates, then rise knob (5) in anti-clockwise
direction to open the housing head.
2. Assemble the agitator bowl (4) lled with ingredients, then twist it on in clockwise direction.
3. Insert the dough blade (11) or the eggs whisk (13) or the mixing blade (12) in the blade con-
nector then twist it on in clockwise direction.
4. Press the housing head (1) down by turning the rise knob (5) in clockwise direction.
INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS
Assembly of dough hook, mixing beater or egg whisk
• Before attaching the dough hooks,mixing beater and egg whisk, make sure the both safety
covers of mixer and grinder are placed on and the power cord is disconnected.
• Lift the rise knob up so as to move the swiveling arm upwards.
• Attach the dusty cover (Fig. 1, No.14).
• Insert the dough hooks,mixing beater and egg whisk on the driving shaft and lock clockwise
to the limit stop.
APPLICATION
To mix or knead dough:
1 Suggestion our and water at a ratio of 5 : 3.
2. First speed 1 to mix 10 seconds, then speed 2 to mix 10 seconds, afterwards speed 3 for about
3 minutes.
3. When lling the agitator bowl, please ensure that the maximum quantity is not exceeded.
4. Maximum quantity of our is 1500g.
5. The dough blade or mixing beater should be used.

Whipping egg whites or cream:
1. Switch on speed 4 to speed 6, whip the egg whites without stopping for about 5 minutes,
according to the size of the eggs, until sti󰀨.
2. Maximum quantity is 24 eggs.
3. For whipped cream, whip 250ml fresh cream at speed 4 to 6 for about 5 minutes.
4. When lling the agitator bowl with fresh milk, cream or other ingredients, please ensure that the
maximum quality is not exceeded.
5. The egg whisk should be used.
Mixing shakes, cocktails or other liquids:
1. Mix the ingredients according to the available recipe, from speed 1 to 6 for about 5 minutes.
2. Do not exceed the maximum quantity for the agitator bowl.
3. The mixing beater should be used.
CLEANING
1. Before cleaning, please ensure that the Switch knob is at the “0” position and that the plug has
been disconnected from the socket.
2. After use, allow the device to cool down before you start to clean it.
3. To clean the exterior of the device, use a moist cloth and a mild detergent.
4. The bowl and the balloon whisk are dishwasher safe, all the other attachments must be washed
by hand
5. To clean the device, never submerge it in water.
6. The bowl and the accessories must be hand washed. Do not use any abrasive detergents. Do
not use dishwasher.

BEDIENUNGSANLEITUNG
Bevor Sie das Zubehör mit dem Antrieb anschließen, stellen Sie sicher, dass das Gerät ausge-
schaltet ist und vom Stromnetz getrennt ist.
• Drehen Sie den Entriegelungshebel (5), um die Antriebseinheit nach oben zu heben
• Entfernen Sie den Deckel
• Schließen Sie das gewünschte Zubehör d.h. Knethaken (11), Rührquirl (12), Schneebesen
(13) mit der Antriebseinheit an und verriegeln Sie durch Rechtsdrehen.
2. Bereiten Sie alle Zutaten in die Rührschüssel nach Ihrem Rezept und decken Sie sie mit dem
Deckel.
3. Geben Sie alle Zutaten in die Rührschüssel (4). Verriegeln Sie die Rührschüssel auf der Unter-
lage durch Rechtsdrehen.
4. Drücken Sie die Antriebseinheit (1) nach unten, indem Sie den Hebel in Uhrzeigesinn drehen.
5. Stecken Sie das Netzkabel in die Steckdose. Wählen Sie die gewünschte Mischgeschwindi-
gkeit, um Ihre Zutaten zu mischen.
APPLIKATIONEN
KNETEN
1. Bereiten Sie Mehl und Wasser im Verhältnis 5 zu 3 nach der Teigzusammensetzung auf.
2. Erhöhen Sie die Mischgeschwindigkeit schrittweise:
• Geschwindigkeittstufe 1 für 10 Sekunden
• Geschwindigkeittstufe 2 für 10 Sekunden
• Geschwindigkeittstufe 3 für 3 Minuten
Es ist wesentlich, die Mischgeschwindigkeit schrittweise zu erhöhen, um einen kompakten Teig zu
erhalten.
Hinweis: Höchstmenge von Mehl (max. 1500 gr) nicht überschreiten.
RÜHREN
1. Um Eiweiße zu Schnee schlagen, wählen Sie Geschwindigkeitsstufe 4 und erhöhen Sie die
Mischgeschwindigkeit schrittweise bis zur 6en Stufe. Schlagen Sie die Eiweiße für 5 Minuten
ununterbrochen. Achten Sie auf die Größe der Eier, um einen kompakten Teig zu erhalten.
Hinweis: man kann bis zu 24 Eiern zu Schnee schlagen
2. Um Sahne zu schlagen, wählen Sie Geschwindigkeitsstufe 4 und erhöhen Sie die Mischge-
schwindigkeit schrittweise bis zur 6en Stufe. Schlagen Sie die Eiweiße für 5 Minuten ununterbro-
chen, um eine kompakte Sahne zu erhalten.
Hinweis: Füllen Sie zumindest. 250 ml in die Rührschüssel. Die Rührschüssel nicht überfüllen
MIXEN
1. Mixen Sie die Zutaten nach Ihrem Rezept. Wählen Sie die gewünschte Geschwindigkeitsstufe
(von 1 bis 6) für 5 Minuten.
Hinweis: Die Rührschüssel nicht überfüllen.

REINIGEN UND PFLEGEN
1. Vor der Reinigung stellen Sie sicher, dass Drehregler auf “0” gestellt ist und das Netzkabel aus
der Steckdose gesteckt wurde.
2. Lassen Sie das Gerät abkühlen, bevor Sie es mit der Reinigung anfangen.
3. Bei der Reinigung des Äußeren des Gerätes können trockene oder nasse Lappen und ein we-
nig Waschmittel verwendet werden. Tauchen Sie die Maschine nicht zum Reinigen in das Wasser
ein.
4. Reinigen Sie die Rührschüssel und da Zubehör von Hand. Benutzen Sie keinen Schleif-
schwämme oder Scheuermittel. Reinigen Sie es nicht in der Spülmaschine.
