UTILIZZO DELLA CIOTOLA PER IMPASTARE
1. Ruotare in senso orario la leva di sblocco (2) per sollevare il braccio
orientabile (FIG.1).
2. Fissare il paraschizzi al perno centrale (FIG.2).
3. Montare la ciotola per impastare sulla base (Step 1) e ruotarla in senso

orario nché non si blocca in posizione (Step 2) (FIG.3).
4. Per inserire l’accessorio appropriato (gancio per impastare, frusta a foglia,
frusta a lo), incastrarlo nell’albero motore spingendolo verso l’alto, ruotarlo in
senso antiorario nché non si blocca in posizione (FIG.4 e FIG.5).
5. Inserire gli ingredienti. Non riempire eccessivamente la ciotola: la quantità
massima di ingredienti è di 1,5 kg.
6. Premere la leva di sblocco (2) e abbassare il braccio orientabile (FIG.6).
7. Inserire la spina in una presa di alimentazione da 220-240V 50-60 Hz
correttamente installata.
8. Selezionare la velocità di funzionamento desiderata (da 1 a 10,
corrispondente al tipo di impasto) tramite la manopola di regolazione della
velocità.
9. Per la funzione PULSE (che impasta a brevi intervalli), portare la manopola
di regolazione della velocità su “PULSE”. L’interruttore deve essere tenuto in
questa posizione per tutto il tempo in cui si vuole usare questa funzione. Una
volta rilasciato l’interruttore, quest’ultimo torna automaticamente in posizione
“0”.
10. Una volta impastato gli ingredienti (l’impasto avrà assunto la forma di una
palla), riportare la manopola di regolazione della velocità (3) in posizione “0”.
Poi staccare la spina.
11. Spingere verso il basso la leva di sblocco (2) per sollevare il braccio
orientabile.
12. Rimuovere l’impasto dalla ciotola aiutandosi se necessario con una
spatola.
13. Rimuovere la ciotola per impastare dall’apparecchio.
14. Pulire accuratamente gli accessori come descritto nella sezione “Pulizia”.

USING THE MIXING BOWL
1. Turn clockwise the release lever (2) to lift the mixer head (FIG. 1).
2. Fix the splash lid to the output shaft (FIG. 2).
3. Fix the mixing bowl on the base (Step 1) and turn it clockwise until it locks
into place (Step 2) (FIG. 3).
4. Choose the right attachment (dough hook, at beater or wire whisk), push it
into the shaft then rotate counterclockwise until it locks into place (FIG. 4 and

5. Put the ingredients. Do not overll the mixing bowl: the maximum capacity
is 1.5 kg.
6. Press the release lever (2) and lower the mixer head (FIG. 6).
7. Insert the mains plug into a properly installed 220-240V 50-60 Hz safety
power socket.
8. Switch the machine using the speed knob to a speed between 1 and 10
(corresponding to the mixture).
9. For pulse operation (kneading at short intervals), turn the switch to the
“PULSE” position. The switch has to be held in this position according to the
desired interval length. When the switch is released it returns automatically to
the “0” position.
10. After mixing ingredients, turn the speed knob (3) back to the “0” position as
soon as the mixture has formed a ball. Then remove the mains plug.
11. Push the release lever (2) downwards to lift up the mixer head.
12. Remove the mixture from the bowl using a spatula if necessary.
13. Remove the mixing bowl from the appliance.
14. Thoroughly clean the attachments as described in section “Cleaning”.

CLEANING

Clean the outside of the motor housing with a damp cloth.
MIXING BOWL AND MIXING ACCESSORIES
CAUTION! The accessories such as the dough hook and the at beater
are not dishwasher safe. If exposed to heat or caustic cleaners, they might
become misshapen or discolored.
Components that came into contact with food can be cleaned in soapy water.
Allow the parts to dry thoroughly before reassembling the device.
