TO EMOVE D AWE S:
The ball bearing slides have black retaining
clips. To remove the drawer, the retaining clips
need to be released by pushing the lever up
(right hand side of the drawer) and down (left
hand side of the drawer) simultaneously and
pulling the drawer out. ee Fig. 1
TO EINSTALL D AWE S:
Pull the slides out and insert a slide on to each
side of the drawer. Push the drawer gently in
until it is completely inserted. The retaining clips
will now be in place. Pull the drawer fully out to
check that it will be held.
CASTO S:
The roller cabinet is fitted with four heavy duty
castors consisting of two swivel castors with
brakes and two fixed castors. If you need to
replace a castor, the bottom drawer will need to
be removed t o e n able the scr e w a nd nut
assembly to be assembled.
SIDE HANDLE:
The side handle can be fitted either side of the
cabinet but must be fixed on the same side as
the swivel castors.
ASSEMBLY/MAIN ENANCE
• Read, study and understand all warnings and operating instructions before use.
•DO NOT alter the product in any way.
•DO NOT weld lock bars or dollies onto the unit.
•DO NOT mount the roller cabinet or tool chest onto any moving object such as a
truck, van or lorry etc.
LOADING:
•DO NOT load from the top drawer first.
•DO NOT drop tools into the drawers.
•DO NOT completely fill only one drawer.
•DO NOT load a drawer from the front.
• The maximum product weight, including contents must
not exceed 400kg.
USE:
•DO NOT open more than one loaded drawer at a time.
• Apply brakes on swivel castors when not moving unit.
•DO NOT stand on this product.
•DO NOT slam the drawers shut.
MOVEMENT:
• Close the lid and lock drawers before moving.
• DO NOT pull. Push to move.
• Keep the product on a level surface.
•DO NOT tow with power equipment.

LUB ICATION:
Lubricate the top and the bottom channels of
the drawer slides at least twice a year with oil.
