• Make sure that the bath and the finished wall material are
completely and correctly installed prior to installing your
shower door. Prepare waterproof layer to wall and floor of
the showering area. It is not allowed for any presence of
electric switches and sockets. Make sure the floor drain
runs smoothly.
• Before starting the door installation, lay out and identify all
the parts. Use the exploded view illustrated on page 2 for
reference.
• For the installation method of customized shower with
different dimensions, please refer to this instructions.
• The product complies with QB 2584-2007.

过程中，小心确保玻璃边、角部位不受撞击，以防爆裂
伤人。
建议：将本产品安装在科勒淋浴盆或挡水条上（需另行购买）。
如自备挡水条，建议顶面宽度尺寸大于 80mm。
重要事项：淋浴房需要安装在平坦垂直的墙面上。墙面的垂直度
推荐在正负 3mm/m 以内。如果超出此范围，科勒公司将不保证
淋浴房的完美使用。
CAUTION: Risk of injury or product damage.
Tempered glass cannot be cut, drilled or knocked by
hard object. Make sure corner area of the glass
refraining from knocking so as to cause personal injury
due to broken glass.
ATTENTION: Please install this door on Kohler receptors or
curbs(Not included). If the curb is not Kohler-branded, please
note its top width should be more than 80mm.
IMPORTANT: The shower door requires a flat vertical
finished wall. The squareness of the wall is recommended no
more than 3 mm/m. KOHLER Company won't take
responsibility of the installation quality.

Mark the wall 10mm in from the front edge of the tray.
从挡水条边缘向内偏10mm。
1. Drill screw holes in the wall according to the figure below.
2. Fix the wall jambs at two sides onto the wall.
1. 参考下图钻好墙部螺钉孔位。
2. 将两侧墙材与墙面固定。
1. Screw the hinge mount onto the top decorative cap.
2. Install the top decorative cap onto the top frame.
3. Screw the hinge mount onto the bottom frame.
4. Screw the bottom decorative cap onto the bottom frame.
1. 将铰链座与上装饰盖用螺钉固定。
2. 将上装饰盖装入上横梁。
3. 将铰链座与下横梁用螺钉固定。
4. 将下装饰盖用螺钉与下横梁固定。
1. Install the middle post.
2.
Drill the screw holes in the post according to the top frame. Screw the top frame onto the post.
3. Cooperatively drill hole on bottom rail by referring to the hole position on the lower side
of the brace and fasten the bottom rail and brace with screws.
4. With reference to the hole positions on the side frame, drill the bottom hole in the wall
material, fix the side frame with the wall material and assemble the screw cap.
1. 安装中间支撑柱。
2. 参考上横梁配钻支撑柱上的螺钉孔，用螺钉将上横梁与立柱固定。
3. 参考支撑柱下部孔位配钻下横梁螺钉孔，用螺钉将支撑柱与下横梁固定。
4. 参考竖材上的孔位，配钻墙材底孔，用螺钉将竖材与墙材固定，装上螺钉盖帽。
1. Lock the adjusting screws into screw adjusting plates of the wall jambs.
2. Place the bottom rail on the curbs.
3. First, insert the frame at one side into the adjusting screws from top to bottom so as to
be assembled with the wall jambs and the bottom rail, and adjust the adjusting screws
to reserve a position for installation at the other side; and then install the frame at the
other side by inserting the frame into the adjustment screws from top to bottom so as to
be assembled with the wall jambs and the bottom rail.
4. Erect the top rail on the left and right frames, and adjust the adjusting screws to adjust
the position of the top rail and side frames (centered).
1. 将调节螺钉，锁入墙材螺钉调节板。
2. 将下横梁放在挡水条上。
3. 先将一侧边框，从上至下卡入调节螺钉，与墙材和下横梁组装好，调整调节螺钉，以便
给另一侧安装留位置；然后安装另一侧边框。从上至下卡入调节螺钉，与墙材和下横梁
组装好。
4. 将上横梁架在左右两侧边框上，调整调节螺钉，调整好上横梁与左右边框的位置（居中）。
Install the screw adjusting plate.
安装螺钉调节板。

Install the screw adjusting plate
from one end of the wall jamb.
将螺钉调节板从墙材端部装入。
Install the screw adjusting plate.
安装螺钉调节板。 Assemble (wet and dry separation cover)
by referring to the view below.
参考下面的图组装好
(干湿分离上下装饰盖)
1. First fasten top hinge holder and top rail
decorative cover with screws.
2. Install top rail decorative cover into top rail.
1. 先将上铰链座与上横梁装饰盖用螺钉固定。
2. 将上横梁装饰盖装入上横梁。
1. First fasten bottom hinge holder and
decorative cover with screws.
2. Fasten bottom decorative cover and
bottom rail.
1. 先将下铰链座与装饰盖用螺钉固定。
2. 将下装饰盖与下横梁固定。
Lock the adjusting

1. Install the bumper blocks (6 pcs) at the left and the right.
2. Install the internal and external door glass.
1. 安装左右共六个防撞块。
2. 安装内外两块门玻。
1. Install the decorative caps at both sides of the top frame.
2. Install the hinge below the glass shelf.
3. Install the glass shelf together with the hinge in the bathroom.
4. Install the hinge on the top of the glass shelf.
1. 安装上横梁两侧装饰盖。
2. 装好置物架玻璃的下部铰链。
3. 将装好下铰链的置物架玻璃装入淋浴房。
4. 安装置物架玻璃上部铰链。
1. Install inner/outer dry-wet separated hooks.
2.
Install inner/outer storage boxes (with the small storage box installed on the outer side of the
shower and big storage box installed at the inner side of the shower).
3. Mount the handle.
1. 安装干湿分离内外挂钩。
2. 安装内外置物盒（小置物盒安装在淋浴房外侧，大置物盒安装在淋浴房内侧）。
3. 安装好把手。
Apply waterproof silicone sealant to the inner/outer sides of the water bar and wall jamb parts.
挡水条及墙材配件内外两侧涂一层防水胶。
