Saw
Prior to installation, unpack the new lavatory and inspect it for
damage. Return the lavatory to its protective carton until you are ready
to install it.
Inspect the drain and supply tubing. Replace if necessary.
Do not substitute another sealant if one is supplied with this lavatory.
Use the template supplied with the lavatory.
CAUTION: Risk of personal injury or product damage. Handle
with care. Vitreous china can break or chip if the product is
handled carelessly.
Observe all local plumbing and building codes.

Install the water supplies and drain piping according to the
roughing-in information.
Determine which template cut line corresponds with the lavatory
model to be installed.
Cut along the inside of the cutting line.
Position the template on the countertop.
NOTE: Be sure to provide sufficient spout overhang into the lavatory basin.
See the roughing-in notes for minimum spout length information.
Check for adequate clearance between the backsplash and lavatory.
Trace the template on the countertop with a pencil.

2. Install the Lavatory
Cut out the opening by carefully following the pencil line traced
from the template.
CAUTION: Risk of personal injury or product damage. Handle
with care. Vitreous china can break or chip if the product is
handled carelessly.
Temporarily set the lavatory into the countertop cutout to check for fit.
Remove the lavatory from the countertop cutout.
Install the tall single-control faucet according to the manufacturer’s
instructions.
NOTE: Do not substitute another sealant for the one provided.
The supplied sealant is required to permanently bond the lavatory to the
countertop.
Apply 1/8” (3mm) beads of sealant around the edge of countertop.
(see illustration)
Set the lavatory into the countertop cutout. Use care to avoid smearing
the sealant beads.
Immediately wipe away any excess sealant, and fill any voids as needed.
Verify that the lavatory has not moved out of position.
Allow the sealant to cure for at least 30 minutes before proceeding.
Connect and tighten the trap to the drain, and complete the water
supply connections to the faucet according to the instructions packed
with the faucet.
Run water into the lavatory and check for leaks.
Clean up with a non-abrasive cleaner.
Care and Cleaning
DO NOT USE ABRASIVES on this product, as they will scratch and ruin
the surface. Remove stubborn stains, paint, or tar with turpentine or
paint thinner.
Clean the outside surface of your vitreous china product with mild soap
and warm water. Wipe the entire surface completely dry with a clean,
soft cloth.
If the surface of your vitreous china product becomes excessively dirty,
you can use a general purpose cleaner.

ตรวจสอบระบบท่อน้ำและกฎหมายควบคุมอาคาร

1. เตรียมการติดตั้ง

กำหนดกระดาษแม่แบบบนเคาน์เตอร์
ข้อสังเกต ให้มั่นใจว่า หัวก๊อกน้ำยื่นเข้ามาในอ่างล้างหน้าได้พอดี โดยอ้างอิงจากค่าระยะ
ติดตั้งที่น้อยที่สุดของหัวก๊อกน้ำ
ตรวจสอบระยะพื้นที่ระหว่างกำแพงถึงอ่างล้างหน้าให้เหมาะสม

2. การติดตั้งอ่างล้างหน้า
ตัดรูเจาะตามเส้นรอยตัดที่กำหนดไว้บนเคาน์เตอร์อย่างระมัดระวัง
ข้อควรระวัง การติดตั้งมีความเสี่ยง อาจทำให้ได้รับบาดเจ็บหรือสุขภัณฑ์
เสียหาย
เน่ื่องจากสุขภัณฑ์มีโอกาสแตกหรือผิวกระเทาะได้ง่าย
ลองจัดตำแหน่งอ่างล้างหน้าบนเคาน์เตอร์ เพื่อตรวจสอบให้พอดี
ยกอ่างล้างหน้าออกจากรูเจาะเคาน์เตอร์
ติดตั้งก๊อกน้ำตามคำแนะนำวิธีการติดตั้งของผู้ผลิต
ข้อแนะนำ ห้ามใช้กาวชนิดอื่นทดแทน ต้องใช้กาวที่ทำให้อ่างล้างหน้ายึดติดกับ
เคาน์เตอร์อย่างถาวร
ยาซิลิโคนรอบขอบเคาน์เตอร์ประมาณ 1/8 นิ้ว (3 มม.) (ดูจากภาพประกอบ)
ตั้งอ่างล้างหน้าบนเคาน์เตอร์ ระวังอย่าให้เปื้อนซิลิโคน
เช็ดซิลิโคนส่วนที่เกินออกทันที และทาเพิ่มในช่องว่างตามความต้องการ
ตรวจสอบว่าอ่างล้างหน้าไม่เคลื่อนจากตำแหน่งที่กำหนด
ปล่อยให้ซิลิโคนแห้ง 30 นาที ก่อนดำเนินการขั้นตอนต่อไป
ต่อท่อระบายน้ำเข้ากับท่อน้ำทิ้ง แล้วขันให้แน่น จากนั้นจึงต่อท่อน้ำเข้ากับก๊อกน้ำ
ตามคำแนะนำวิธีการติดตั้งในคู่มือก๊อกน้ำ
เปิดก๊อกน้ำอ่างล้างหน้า แล้วจึงตรวจสอบรอยรั่วซึม
ทำความสะอาดผลิตภัณฑ์ด้วยน้ำยาทำความสะอาดที่ไม่มีส่วนผสมของสารกัดกร่อน
การดูแลรักษาและการทำความสะอาด
ห้ามใช้กระดาษทรายขัดผิวสุขภัณฑ์ เนื่องจากจะทำให้เกิดรอยขีดข่วนได้ หากเกิด
คราบติดแน่น, สี หรือคราบน้ำมันให้ทำความสะอาดด้วยยางสนหรือทินเนอร์
การทำความสะอาดสุขภัณฑ์ ใช้น้ำสบู่เจือจางและน้ำอุ่น จากนั้นจึงเช็ดให้แห้งด้วย
ผ้านุ่ม
ถ้าสุขภัณฑ์สกปรกมาก ให้ทำความสะอาดโดยใช้น้ำยาทำความสะอาดสุขภัณฑ์
