Ergonomisch sitzen ist gut. Dynamisch sitzen ist besser.
Nach dem Motto „Die beste Sitzposition ist immer die nächste” sollten
Sie Ihre Haltung möglichst häufig wechseln. Idealerweise ist der
Oberkörper dabei gerade und man nimmt abwechselnd die folgenden
Positionen ein:
1. leicht vorgebeugt
2. aufrecht und ausbalanciert
3. zurückgelehnt
