REMOTE CONTROL
NOTE:
1.Turnontheplayer,insertthebatteriesintotheremotecontrol, anddirecttheremote
controlattheremotesensoronthefrontpanel.
2. Remotecontrolfunctionsatthedistanceof7m(notmore)fromtheplayer.
3. IftheremotecontrolsensororIR-radiatorisclosed, theremotecontrolwillnot
operateortherewillbeaninterference.
4. Interference fromthehightensionappliances, generatinghighfrequencysignalcan
stronglyinfluence theworkoftheremotecontrol.

CONNECTTOTHETV-SET
1. IfyourTV-sethasAVinput, usetheAVcabletoconnecttheplayertotheTV-set.
Afteryoumakesuretheconnectionisright, giveAVstatus totheTV-setinthesettings.
2. IfyourTV-sethasS-videoinput, useS-videocabletoconnecttheplayertotheTV-set.
Thistypeofconnectionprovidethebestqualityofpicture.
3. IfyourTV-sethasPb/Cb,Y, Pr/Crinput, usesixheadedjackcabletoconnectthe
playertotheTV-set.Thistypeofconnectionmakethepicturemorenatural.
4.ThisunithasanoutputinterfaceforScartoutput, whichcandirectlybeconnected
withTV-set.
NOTES:
1. Before connecting the player to the TV-set, turn off and unplug the both units.
2. During playing a disc we recommend to change settings of the player in order to make
it compatible with the TV-set.
3. You can connect the player the TV-set in different ways. Choose only one of them.
Multiple connections negatively influent the source and picture quality.
4. Do not turn ON/OFF the player very often. The interval must be min. 3 seconds.
5. Do not use digital coaxial or optical output of the player and analogue output at the
same time.

Digitalaudiooutputsetting
Connectcoaxialoropticaloutputoftheplayertothecorrespondinginputsofthe
amplifier. Duringplaying adiscorstop,press theSETUPbuttonontheremotecontrol
toopentheDVD menupage. UsedirectionbuttonstomovetotheAudiosetup page
Also, movethecursordownwardstoDigitalaudiosetup byusing thedirection
buttons;thenusetheRightdirectionbuttonagaintomovetoSPDIFsetup.Selectthe
digitaloutputandsetSPDIF/RAWorSPDIF/PCM.Thenpress thePLAY/ENTER
buttontosavetheselectedvalue. Finally, press theSETUPbuttonagaintoexitthe
setup menu.

Preparation
1) Beforeturnontheunit,checkifalltheconnectionsarerightandsafelymade.InsertThe
plug inthecorrespondingpowersocket.
2) Press thePOWER buttononthefrontpanelofthis unit.
3) Press theEJECT buttononfrontpanelofthisunit,thenputthedisconthedischolderand
press thisbuttonagain.Theplayerwillstartplaying.
Mutebutton
Ifyoupress theMUTE buttonduringplaying,soundsignalwillnotbeheard,butthepicturewill
remain.Press theMUTE buttonagainortheVOL+/-buttontoresumethepreviousvolume
level.
Stateindication
Whileplaying adisc,presstheDisplaybutton,thefollowinginformationwillappearOnthe
display:
VCD/CDitems:TR(trackremain),totalelapsed, DR(directoryremain), singleelapsed.
DVD items:titleelapsed, titleremain, chapterelapsed, chapterremain, displayoff.
Selectchannel/language
Whileplaying VCDdisc,press theLANG/(L/R) buttontoselectoneoftheplaying modes:
MonoL, MonoR, Mix-MonoandStereo.Press thisbuttontoswitchchannelmodesonebyone.
Whileplaying DVD-disc,usetheLANG/(L/R) buttontoselectsoundlanguageprovides.(Ifthe
DVD supports thisfunction.)
FastForwardand Rewind
Whileplaying adisc, press theTU+orTU-buttontofastforwardand
fast
rewind. Thespeedchangesinthefollowing way:
FastForward:2timesfaster, 4timesfaster,8timesfaster, 16 timesfaster,32 timesfaster, play.
BackRewind :2timesfaster, 4timesfaster,8timesfaster, 16timesfaster,32 timesfaster, play.

Whileinplaying mode, press theA-BREPbuttontosetthesectionforrepeating.
1. Press theA-BREP buttononce atthebeginning ofthesection(A).
2.Press theA-BREP buttonattheendofthesection(B).ThenitwillautomaticallyRepeat
sectionAB.
3. Press thebuttonagaintoexitA-Brepeat.
Standbymode
Toswitchon(orswitchoff )thestandbymode,press theSTANDBY buttonontheremote
control. (Makesuretheunitisconnectedtothepowersource).
Title
IftheDVD disccontainsdirectoryvolume,press theTITLE buttontodisplaythelistoftitlesin
thisdisc.Usethedirectionbuttontomovethecursorordigitalbuttonstoselecttheitemsthat
youwanttoplay.
Volumesetting
Press theVOL.+/- buttonstoturnthevolumeup ordown.
Subtitle
IftheDVD-discsupportssubtitlelanguages, usetheSUB buttontoselectoneofthe
languages:English, French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Czech, HungarianandOthers.
Loudness
Press theLOUD buttontosettheloudness onoroff.
Stop
Inplaying mode, press theSTOP buttononce,theplayerwillstoptheplaying;thestop
pointwillbememorized. Press thePLAY/ENTER button,theplaying discwillbe
continuefromthestoppoint.
Ifyoupress theSTOP buttontwice,thestop pointwillnotbememorized,press the
PLAY/ENTER button,theplaying willstartfromthebeginning.

Angleviewselection
Inplaying mode, press theANGLE buttontoswitchangleview(ifadiscsupports thisfuncti).
Digitalbuttons
Whileplaying audiofiles, press theDIGITAL buttontoinputthenumberoftherequiredtrack.
Ifthenumberofthetrackconsistsoftwodigits,press the10+button, theninputtheseconddigit
ofthenumber. Forexample,input16,press the10+buttonandthenpress the6button.
Sound field
Press theDSP buttontoselectdifferentfields:Dance, Classic, Jazz, Rock,Pop,Off.
Tone
Whileplaying adisc, press TONE buttonontheremotecontroltoswitchtoBass or
Trebleadjustingmode;press VOL+/- buttontoadjusttheeffectofBass orTreble.
Directionbuttons
Press thedirectionbuttons tomovethecursor.
Play/Enter
Press thePLAY/ENTER buttontoenabletheselecteditems.
DVD, FM, Tapeand Audio-in
Press theDVD buttonontheremotecontroloronthefrontpanelofthisunittoenterDVD
mode.

Zoom
Inplaying status,press ZOOM buttontheTVscreendisplaywillbezoomedin2times,3times,
4times, 1/2time, 1/3time, 1/4time.
Shortcut
Whenplaying DVD discs, press theSHORTCUT buttontoskiptheinitialtitle,menuor
warnings(Ifthediscsupports thisfunction).
Reset
InNoDiscstatus, pressingRESET buttoncanreturntotheoriginalsetup orthedefaultvalue.
Clear
Press theCLEAR buttontocancelthedatayouhaveentered. Forexample, thesetting
ofprogrammedsongs.
Program
InplayVCD/CD, press PROGRAM
button,theTVscreenshows:
In play DVD, press PROGRAM
button, the TV screen shows:
1. If the player is in the PBC ON status, while playing the programmed songs this operation will
result in PBC turning off.
2. Input the number that you want at the place of the cursor; move the cursor to``Start``; press the
PLAY/ENTER button. The songs will play in thespecified order.
3. While programming, press the CLEAR button to eliminate the digitals that you input.
4.Tocancelprogrammedplay:Press thePROGRAM buttonagain,thecursorwillmoveto
``Stop``
automatically; press PLAY/ENTER button, the cursor move to ``Exit`` automatically;
press
PLAY/ENTER again to cancel programmed play.
NOTE: CDprogramperformsCDprogramrepeatallfunction.Whenuserdisablerepeat
function, programmedsongwillbecancelledafteronecycleofplaying isfinished.
Timeselection
Inplaying mode, press theT/Fbutton,theTVscreenwill displaythedataofplaying
disc, suchas:

Youcanpress thedirectionkeytomovethecursortothesettingoptionaccordingtothe
above-mentionedscreensuggestions, thenpress PLAY/ENTER toconfirmanduse
numberkeystoinputthecorrespondingtimenumbers, afteritisdone, DVD playerwill
starttoplayaccordingtothesettingtime.Whenpress theDowndirectionbutton, you
cansee thenextitemintheabovescreen.
1) There are 5 items in VCD screen: Track, Disc time, Track time, Repeat, Time DISP (Display);
2) There are 9 items in DVD screen: Title, Chapter, Audio, Subtitle, Angle, TT(Total) time,
CH(Chapter) time, Repeat, Time DISP(Display).
Note: The optional time range depends on the volume of discs.

While playing CD, MP3 or MP4, press T/F button to switch between the ``Time
Selection (current song/chapter)`` and ``Song/Charpter Selection``; then input the
digital you want. The system begins playing from the specified time/song/charpter.
MP3 disc playing function
1. Press the EJECT
button on the top panel to open the disc slot. Inset the Mp3 dis and close it.
Thesystem will read the disc and the TV will display the following picture:

Tochangedirectoriesduringplaying, press theleftdirectionbuttontomovetheicontothe
directorysymbol, press theUp/Downdirectionbuttontoselectotherdirectories, thenpressthe
PLAY/ENTER button.
MPEG4/JPEG-discplaying
1. PutaMPEG4/JPEG-discintheslot,afterloading thedisc,theTVwilldisplayfollowing
picture:
2. Press the Up/Down direction
button to select the required directory. To view it keep pressing
the PLAY/ENTER
button till the required picture is found.
3. To view a picture input its number using the number buttons or PREV./NEXT buttons.
4. JPEG picture may be distort at the edge of someTV sets .This is caused by theTV and not
yoursystem.
5. Thissystem can play digital JPEG-file photo discs, and also support photos created by
photoshop.
6. To repeat viewing a picture, pressing the REPEAT button.
7. During playing, press the STOP or MENU button to return to the main menu, and you can also
use such options as fast forward and rewind, pause, ect.

USB/CARD
ThisislatestfunctionrealizedonlyinnewgenerationmultimediaDVD-players.
ConnectingtheUSBorCarddevicewhileplaying adiscdoesnotinfluence thequality
ofplaying.Inordertoviewthecontents oftheUSBdevice, thefollowing stepsneedtobe
performed.
1. ConnecttheUSBorCarddevicetotheunit. Press theUSB/CARD buttonontheremote
control. Theplayerwillautomaticallydetectthedevice. Ifthedevice isfound, theplayer
willplaythecontentordisplayscreenmenuofthedevice.
2. Ifthereisnodiscinthediscslot, connecttheUSBorCarddevice totheunit. Theplayer
willplaythecontentormenuofthedevice automatically.
3. ToexisttheUSBorCardmode:Press theUSB/CARD buttonagain. (Note:Innodiscor
nocardstatus, press USB/CARDbuttontoexisttheUSBmodeanddisconnecttheUSB
device, otherwisetheplayerwillstartplayingtheUSBdevice again.）
NOTE:IfyouareusingaUSBextensioncable, thiscableshouldbelimitedtomax. 0.5m.
DVD titlemenu selection
DVD discswithmorethanonemovie, backgrounddata, and/orsongsaregiventhe
nameTITLE, whilemoresectionsaredisplayedundereachTITLE, calledChapters.
Chaptercancontainmusicalorvideoclips.Whileplaying DVD disc, press theTITLE
Button, andtheTITLE menuappearsontheTVscreen. (AvailableforDVDsthat
containmorethanonetitlemenu.)
Press thedirectionbuttons tomovethecursortothedesiredtitlemenu, thenpress the
PLAY/ENTER buttontoplayit. Ifthetitlemenuisrepresentedbynumbers, thenpress
thenumberbuttons toselectitdirectly.

Whenplaying DVD discs, theplayerwillautomaticallyplaythebuilt-inlanguageof
thedisc. Thisunitcouldplaysuchlanguagesas:English, French, German, Spanish,
Dutch, Italian, Czech, HungarianandOthers.
3. Subtitle(Language)
Whenplaying DVD discs, theplayerwillautomaticallyplaythebuilt-insubtitle
languageofthedisc. Thisunitcouldplaysuchbuilt-inlanguagesas:English, French,
German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Czech, Hungarian, OffandOthers. Youcanselectany
oneasthebuilt-insubtitleorclosethesubtitle.
4. DiscMenu(Language)
Thisunithassuchmenulanguagesavailable:English, French, German, Spanish, Dutch,

Thisoptionisusedtosetthevideooutputmode:S-video,YPbPr, RGB.
Note:Makesurethatyousettheplayertothecorrectvideomode.
2. TVDisplay(4:3PS, 4:3LB,16:9)
1)Nomatterwhichformatyouselect, ifthescreenis4:3display, theimageis
displayedin4:3.
2)TheDVD screenformatischangeable.
3)Whenthescreendisplaysin4:3, thedisplayformatofDVD is16:9,theimagewillbe
compressedhorizontally.
3. TVType
Thissystemsupports thefollowing formats:PAL, MUL, NTSC.
4. ColorSetting
Youcanadjustthevideooutputofsharpness, brightness, contrast,gamma,
hue, saturation,lumadelayaccordingtoyourfavor.
Theadjustablerangeofsharpness is:High, MediumandLow.
Theadjustablerangeofbrightnessis:+/-20 (defaultis0).
Theadjustablerangeofcontrastis:+/-16 (defaultis0).
Theadjustablerangeofhueandsaturationare:+/-9(defaultis0).
Theadjustablerangeofgammais:High, Medium,LowandNone.
5. TVMode
Thisoptionisusedtoselectthescanmodes:Progressive, Interlace.

SPDIF/RAWformat.Meanwhiletheconnectedamplifiermustbeabletodecodethe

ThedisccontentisnotrememberedwhentheOFFoptionisselected.
Note:ItisonlyavailableforVCD/DVD disc.

Thisoptionisusedtodisplaythemodelofthisunit.
