4. Re lace the lid

6. Set the desired tem erature as indicated by the table and the wanted time for a liance to turn on.

you can em ty the water from the a liance after sterilization rocess:
lace it near a sink and o en the ouring ta . Now you can remove the jars. In case of use to make
some mulled wine or sou , for exam le, lace a cu under the ouring ta and ress the lever,
when the desired amount of liquid is in the cu , sim ly release the lever.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
1. Always remove the ower lug before cleaning the a liance
2. Remove the grill and clean it se arately
3. Clean the interior and exterior with dam cloth
4. Periodically, dissolve the de osits of scale by ouring a glass of vinegar or food descaler into 2 liters
of water and boil, this is to avoid damage of a liance cause by the scale.
5. NEVER submerse the a liance in water or other liquids and ensure you that neither of the va or
nor some water enetrates inside.
6. The a liance must be never cleaned with a steam cleaner.
7. Do not use abrasive or aggressive cleaning materials. These could attack the u er surfaces and
