A Message to Our Customers
We appreciate the confidence placed in us by your purchase of this machine.
Before this machine was brought to market, countless hours were spent designing
and testing to ensure that its performance would be at the highest level. To achieve
maximum performance, it is imperative this machine be operated in accordance
with the procedures outlined in this manual.
Information in this manual is divided into sections. These sections are identified at
the top of each page. Specific information within each section is organized into
modules. These modules are encased in boxes with principle modules identified
with a heading at the top left side of the box. Two-part page numbers identify both
the section and page of that section.
By reviewing this manual often, one will quickly learn which section to go to for
specific information. For instance, machine adjustments would be found in the
Operating Machine section, lubrication intervals in the Lubrication section, opener
maintenance in the Service section, etc. A detailed Table of Contents is found
immediately behind this page, and an Index is provided at the back of the manual.
Thanks again for purchasing this machine.

INSTRUCTIONS
Instructions to use the implement
To check the fastener are properly inspected and properly tight according to
suitable torque.
Draft control used suitable HP tractor for operation and during taking turn
always lift implement. Proper use of tractors DC & PC lever.
The field is ploughed in runs parallel to each other.
It starts at one boundary of the field and ends at the opposite with turns
being made on the headlands.
It is usually the most field efficient system and if equipment is correctly
setup and operated should not leave furrows in the field.
Three point linkage is suitable for category 1 type implements failure to turn
of the tractor and implements power and to wait for the machine to stop
moving
Completely before repairing or adjusting the machine. You risk the
possibility of getting hands or clothing caught in or on the PTO or in a
moving disk, belt or chain while attempting to work on a machine while it is
running. Likewise, bystanders or others working on the machine can get
entangled in it.
Failing to block raised implement when working on them. Rider on the
implement. Rider can be thrown from or slip off. They can be either run over
by the implement or fall in to it.
Not paying attention when working with machine. operators needs to react
to changing conditions as the implement does it work.
Make sure all equipment is in good working order if required.
When parking equipment, block the wheels so that the machine will not roll.
Hydraulically raised equipment should be lowered and should have the
transport lock engaged when parked or blocked.

PRECAUTIONS
Keep all safety shields in place and in good repair. Rotating shafts cause
severe injury in a matter of seconds by entangling loose or dangling
clothing. Keep a safe distance from all cutting or moving parts. Do not allow
anyone to lean, push or stand on diggers to aid in penetration.
When repairing or working on an implement, make sure it is lowered to the
ground. It should be blocked securely if you have to work on it in the raised
position, don’t depend on hydraulic cylinders to support the implement
alone.
Always turn off power source and wait for all moving parts to stop before
working on the implement.
Make sure the operator knows how to operate the machine
Cutting equipment should handle properly.
Integral ploughs are transported completely raised and all weight is carried
by the tractor 3 point hitch. Adequate tractor front-end weights are required
to offset the plough weight.
When the transporting on a road or highway, always display SMV emblem
and use lights and reflectors as required by state and local regulations.
Semi-integral plough are quite long and caution must be used when turning
to prevent swinging the plough in to fences or irrigation ditches.
Reduce speed when transporting over rough ground and avoid quick, sharp
turns at high speeds.
When transporting semi-integral or drawn plough, always Install cylinder
locks to prevent accidental lowering of the plough. Relieve the load on
hydraulic cylinders before starting to transport.
Lower the plough to the ground or install hydraulic cylinder locks when the
plough is not in use.
Watch for other people when raising, lowering or indexing the plough.
Never permit anyone to ride on the plough and allow only the driver on the
tractor. Do not permit children to play on or near the plough either when
parked or in operation.
Lower the parking stand and securely pin it in place before detaching
integral or semi-integral plough on the tractor.

PREPARATION ON TRACTOR
2.1 Fuel and Lubrication
Fuel oil should be checked in the fuel tank. If it is not adequate, fuel oil
should be added to the tank.
Transmission oil should and Lubricating oil should be checked by a dipstick
and if necessary it should be topped up.
Greasing point should be checked, to see whether they have been greased or
not.
2.2 Cooling System and Air Cleaner
Water in the radiator should be checked, if necessary it should be topped up.
Air cleaner should be checked to see whether it is clean or blocked. If
blocked, it should be cleaned.
2.3 Tyres
The air pressure must be identical, particularly on the rear tyres under
difficult conditions, addition wheel weight should be used or the tyres topped up
evenly with water. See operating instruction of the tractor manufacturer
2.4 Fan Belt and Important Nut Bolts
Fan belts and Important Nuts and bolts should be adjusted, if any of them is
too tight or loosened
2.5 Lifting Roads
The lifting rods should be adjusted so they are as short as possible and if
equal length. See operating instruction of the tractor manufacturer

2.6 Top Link
Where there are alternative fitting positions at the tractor for the top link, fit
the top link tractor-sided as high as possible.
2.7 Chain and stabilizer of the three-way linkage
The chain or stabilizers must be adjusted so that they ensure adequate lateral
moments at the lower link of the tractors during work
They must be laterally locked if the lower links are raised and are in the
transport position.
Some makes of tractor equipped with automatic side structs, it must be
specially adjusted.
If the tractor suddenly pulls to one side implement works with different
widths on the right and left, this may cause by the side struts not having
been released. The function of the locking device of the automatic side
should be checked and readjusted if necessary. See the operating manual
provided by the tractor manufacturer.
2.8 Hydraulic
For work the tractor hydraulic must be set to draft or mixed control. See
manufacturer instruction.
2.9 Hydraulic Equipment Required
The implement is supplied at standard with separate hydraulic coupling for
each consumer. The protecting caps on the hydraulic couplings are colored and the
hydraulic couplings themselves are marked alphanumerically.
In order to operate the hydraulic devices, the tractor must be equipped with a
double acting spool valve.

Operating MB Plough
Field Operation
Before field operation:
Apply grease at all the greasing points
Make sure nut bolts for discs; scraper and coulter wheels are properly
tightened.
Lift MB Plough and remove the stand and fix the stand at upper position.
Operating Instructions:
Attach the MB Plough as per instructions given. See section “Attaching and
detaching MB Plough”
Maintain the forward speed of 3 to 5 kmph and rated ERPM to get the
optimum output.
Lift the plow while turning the tractor and engage again once the turn is
completed.
Do not make sharp turns or attempt to back up while MB Plough is in the
ground.
Periodically check the weeds or soil or trash is blocked in between the
scrapers and remove them after stopping the tractor and removing ignition
key.
Before starting plowing, select one of the tillage patterns and follow the
same to get the field leveled.
Operating the hydraulic controls
I. Position Control (PC) Lever: Position control lever (A) controls the lifting
and lowering of implement.
Make sure that all the discs of the plow are touching the ground and
parallel to ground surface. This will help in getting uniform depth of
plowing.
Adjust the hydraulic depth control lever to get the desired depth of plowing.
Make sure the current position of the coulter so get plowing in straight line.
This lever should be used for transport of implement, turn around at the end
of the field and constant depth of operation. Before setting PC lever to get
constant depth, move the Draft Control (DC) lever to its most forward
position. Place the PC lever at desired depth.
II. Draft Control (DC) Lever: This lever is moved forward to deepen the
implement and rearward to shallow it. This lever is used for keeping the

draft on the implement constant and is useful while using it on leveled field
with constant soil texture. Please refer tractor Operator manual for using the
position and draft control levers.
Do not transport or attach equipment when the hydraulic system is in Draft
control. Always lower the implement to ground level before stopping the
tractor. Do not use Draft control lever to lift implement to its uppermost
position.
Adjustments for MB Plough
Adjusting the Width of Cut
This adjustment should be used for
increasing or decreasing the width of
cut. If the tractor is working under
high load condition, decrease the
width of cut.
1. Loosen the bolt (A) and four bolts
of Bolt (2 on either side B).
2. Rotate the hinge bar (C), so that
the bolt A should fix to the next
screw seat on the shaft.
3. For decreasing the width of cut
(by 25 cm) the plow rotate the
hinge bar / shaft (C) in clock wise
direction as shown above.
4. For increasing the width of cut
(by 25 cm) the plow rotate the
hinge bar / shaft (C) in counter
clock wise direction.

Adjustments for deeper ploughing:
The depth of the plough can be obtained by the position and draft control
levers of the tractor hydraulic system. However more depth can be obtained by:
a. Adding extra weight to the plough.
b. Reducing the tilt angle. A correctly tilted plough tends to penetrate
better.
c. If the ground is covered with trash, set the Plough in almost vertical
position and add weight to the plough. In such soils notched Plough gives
better results.
