Electrical Safety

Double Insulatedtoolsareequipped witha polarizedplug(onebladeiswider
than the other.) This plug will
fit
in
a polarized outlet only one way.
If
the
plug does not
fit
fully
in
the outlet, reverse the plug. If
it
still does not
fit,
contact a qualified electrician to install a polarized outlet. Do not change
the plug
in
any way. Double insulation eliminates the need for the three
wire grounded power cord and grounded power supply system.

Avoid body contact withgrounded surfaces such as pipes, radiators, ranges
and refrigerators. There is an increased risk of electric shock if your body is
grounded.

Do notexpose powertools torain or wet conditions. Water entering a power
tool will increase the risk of electric shock.

ASSEMBLY
Replacement
of
blades
CAUTION:
*Always be sure that the tool is switched off and unplugged before replacement
of
the
blades.
Never removethe bladeswith bare hands.Wear gloves. Otherwiseitcan cause injury.
Removingcutting head
Use the hex wrench to loosen the three
screwswhich secure the cutting head. Pull
the cutting head straight out to remove
it
with turning it left and rightalternately.
Removingshear blades
Remove the three screws which hold the
cutting head. When removing the second
screw, be careful not to fall the sleeve.
Then the blades can be removed easily.
When removingthe blades, holdthe blades
and the sleeve
so
that they do notfall from
the cuttinghead.
Installing shear blades
Install the sleeve and tighten th. three
screws after inserting the center blade,
