Battery Replacement
Batteries included are for demonstration purposes only. Toy
includes 3 replaceable AA batteries. Replace batteries when
sound becomes distorted or low.
To replace batteries, use a Phillips head screwdriver (not
included) to open battery door. Remove and set aside. Insert
3 replaceable AA alkaline batteries as shown. Use
either AA batteries or
equivalent. Replace battery
cover and screw closed.
For longer life use only
alkaline batteries.
BATTERY SAFETY INFORMATION
In exceptional circumstances batteries may leak
fluids that can cause a chemical burn injury or ruin
your toy. To avoid battery leakage:
• Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be
recharged.
• Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the
toy before being charged.
• Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged
under adult supervision.
• Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or
rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries.
• Do not mix old and new batteries.
• Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as
recommended are to be used.
• Batteries are to be inserted with the correct
polarity.
• Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the
toy.
• The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.
• Dispose of batteries safely.
• Do not dispose of this toy in a fire. The batteries
inside may explode or leak.

Real TalkinÕ Bubba
™
can be
bounced on your knee, tickled
on his furry belly or turned
upside down for more fun.
Real Talkin’ Bubba™ will automatically go
to sleep after 2 minutes or less of inactivity.
Real Talkin’ Bubba™ makes sounds, then
after 120 seconds or less of inactivity, he
goes into sleep mode. Press either hand
switch to wake up Real Talkin’ Bubba™.
There is a slight battery drain when
Real Talkin’ Bubba™ is in sleep mode.
If toy is not performing, turn the switch off
and then on again.
Place either foot under ear or on
chin. or best results, place
within activation areas.
If I ask you something, speak
to me and I will talk back.
Place either hand under ear
or on chin. Hand needs to be
facing inward to ear or chin.
Activation areas.
NOTE: The cheek area directly under the ear on
both sides of the doll’s head have activation areas.
Press one of my hands to
start me talkinÕ!
PRESS within the circle on my left hand to stop my routine and I make a
humorous comment.
PRESS within the circle on my right hand to change to another talkin’ routine.
Note: change to a new routine is not immediate.
For fastest change of routine, press left hand, then right hand.
