BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄßER
GEBRAUCH
■Das Gerät ist zur Massage und zum
Stimulieren der Füße und Beinmusku-
latur bestimmt und dient der Ent-
spannung.
■Das Gerät ist nicht für medizinische
oder therapeutische Zwecke konzi-
piert.
■Das Gerät darf jeweils nur von einer
Person benutzt werden.
■Das Gerät ist ausschließlich für eine
Benutzung im Sitzen oder Liegen
geeignet.
■Vor dem Schlafengehen sollte das
Gerät nicht benutzt werden. Die
Massage hat eine stimulierende Wir-
kung, was ggf. zu Einschlafproblemen
führen kann.
■Das Gerät ist für den privaten Ge-
brauch, nicht für eine gewerbliche
Nutzung bestimmt.
■Das Gerät nur für den angegebenen
Zweck und nur wie in der Gebrauchs-
anleitung beschrieben nutzen. Jede
weitere Verwendung gilt als bestim-
mungswidrig.
■Von der Gewährleistung ausge-
schlossen sind alle Mängel, die
durch unsachgemäße Behandlung,
Beschädigung oder Reparaturversu-
che entstehen. Dies gilt auch für den
normalen Verschleiß.
WANN DARF DAS GERÄT
NICHT BENUTZT WERDEN?
■Das Gerät nicht verwenden bei
○frischen Knochenbrüchen;
○noch nicht verheilten Operations-
narben;
○Venenentzündungen, Thrombosen;
○Geschwülste oder akuten Entzün-
dungen.
■Folgende Personen dürfen das Gerät
nur nach Rücksprache mit einem Arzt
verwenden:
○Träger eines Herzschrittmachers
oder ähnlicher medizinischer Im-
plantate;
○Menschen mit Herzerkrankungen
oder Epileptiker;
○Menschen mit Erkrankungen im
Rücken oder Wirbelsäulenleiden;
○Menschen, die an Osteomyelitis,
Knochenentzündung (insbesondere
bei Schädigung der Wirbelsäule)
oder unter Osteoporose leiden;
○Schwangere oder frisch Entbundene;
○Menschen mit körperlichen Fehlbil-
dungen.
Die Verwendung sollte ggf. mit dem
Arzt abgesprochen werden.

versehen ist, beachten. Versäumnisse bei der Einhaltung
der Sicherheitshinweise und Anweisungen können elektri-
schen Schlag, Brand und/oder Verletzungen verursachen.
■Dieses Gerät kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren und darüber sowie
von Personen mit verringerten physischen, sensorischen oder

■Das Gerät ist bei Nichtbenutzung und vor dem Reinigen stets
vom Netz zu trennen.
■Das Gerät nur mit dem beiliegenden Netzteil verwenden. Das
Netzteil nicht mit einem anderen Gerät verwenden.
■Wenn die Anschlussleitung dieses Gerätes beschädigt wird,
muss sie durch eine für das Gerät zugelassene Anschlussleitung
ersetzt werden, die vom Hersteller oder seinem Kundendienst
erhältlich ist.
■Keine Veränderungen am Gerät vornehmen. Wenn das Gerät
beschädigt ist, muss es durch den Hersteller oder Kundenser-
vice oder eine ähnlich qualifizierte Person (z.B. Fachwerkstatt)
ersetzt werden, um Gefährdungen zu vermeiden.
GEFAHR – Stromschlaggefahr
■Das Gerät nur in geschlossenen Räu-
men verwenden und lagern.
■Das Gerät nicht in Räumen mit hoher
Luftfeuchtigkeit verwenden oder
lagern.
■Das Gerät und die Anschlussleitung
niemals in Wasser oder andere Flüs-
sigkeiten eintauchen und sicherstel-
len, dass diese Komponenten nicht
ins Wasser fallen oder nass werden
können.
■Sollte das Gerät ins Wasser fallen,
sofort die Stromzufuhr unterbrechen.
Nicht versuchen, das Gerät aus dem
Wasser zu ziehen, während es an das
Stromnetz angeschlossen ist!
■Das Gerät und die Anschlussleitung
niemals mit feuchten Händen berüh-
ren, wenn diese Komponenten an das
Stromnetz angeschlossen sind.
WARNUNG – Brandgefahr
■Das Gerät nicht in der Nähe von
brennbarem Material betreiben.
■Das Gerät während des Betriebes nicht
abdecken, um einen Gerätebrand zu
vermeiden.
■Nichts in die Lüftungsöffnungen des
Gerätes stecken und darauf achten,
dass diese nicht verstopft sind.

WARNUNG – Verletzungs-
gefahr
■Kinder und Tiere vom Verpackungs-
material fernhalten. Es besteht Ersti-
ckungsgefahr.
Verätzungsgefahr durch Batteriesäure!
○Batterien können bei Verschlucken
lebensgefährlich sein. Batterien und
Fernbedienung für Kinder und Tiere
unerreichbar aufbewahren. Wurde
eine Batterie verschluckt, muss so-
fort medizinische Hilfe in Anspruch
genommen werden.
○Sollte eine Batterie auslaufen,
Körperkontakt mit der Batteriesäu-
re vermeiden. Schutzhandschuhe
tragen. Bei Kontakt mit Batterie-
säure die betroffenen Stellen sofort
mit reichlich klarem Wasser spülen
und sofort medizinische Hilfe in
Anspruch nehmen.
■Darauf achten, dass die Anschlusslei-
tung keine Stolpergefahr darstellt.
HINWEIS – Risiko von Material- und
Sachschäden
■Das Gerät ausschalten und das Netz-
teil aus der Steckdose ziehen, wenn
während des Betriebes ein Fehler
auftritt, oder vor einem Gewitter.
■Beim Herausziehen aus der Steck-
dose immer am Netzteil und nie am
Netzkabel ziehen!
■Das Gerät niemals an der Anschluss-
leitung ziehen oder tragen.
■Nicht auf das Gerät stellen, um es
nicht zu beschädigen.
■Nur Original-Zubehörteile verwen-
den, um die Funktionsweise nicht
zu beeinträchtigen und Schäden zu
verhindern.
■Das Gerät vor Hitze, offenem Feuer,
Minustemperaturen, lang anhalten-
der Feuchtigkeit, Nässe, direkter
Sonneneinstrahlung und Stößen
schützen.
HINWEIS – Risiko von Material- und
Sachschäden durch Batterien
■Nur den in den technischen Daten
angegebenen Batterietyp verwenden.
■Die Batterie aus der Fernbedienung
herausnehmen, wenn diese verbraucht
ist oder das Gerät nicht benutzt wird.
So werden Schäden, die durch Auslau-
fen entstehen können, vermieden.
■Eine ausgelaufene Batterie sofort aus
der Fernbedienung nehmen.
■Die Batterie darf nicht geladen oder
mit anderen Mitteln reaktiviert, nicht
auseinander genommen, ins Feuer
geworfen, in Flüssigkeiten getaucht
oder kurzgeschlossen werden.
BATTERIE EINLEGEN /
WECHSELN

Bei Lieferung ist die Batterie in der
Fernbedienung gesichert: Den Iso-
lierstreifen aus dem Batteriefach
der Fernbedienung herausziehen,
um die Batterie zu aktivieren.
Vor dem Einlegen der Batterie prüfen,
ob die Kontakte in der Fernbedienung
und an der Batterie sauber sind, und
diese gegebenenfalls reinigen.
1. Das Batteriefach auf der Rückseite
der Fernbedienung öffnen: Mit einer
Münze oder einem ähnlichen Gegen-
stand den Batteriefachdeckel gegen
den Uhrzeigersinn drehen (Schloss-
symbol auf) und abnehmen.
2. Gegebenenfalls die verbrauchte
Batterie entnehmen und
eine neue
Batterie (3 V, CR2032 Knopfzelle) in
das Batteriefach einlegen. Der Plus-
pol muss dabei nach oben zeigen
.
3. Den Batteriefachdeckel einsetzen und
im Uhrzeigersinn festdrehen (Schloss-
symbol zu). Er muss spürbar einrasten.
Bei nachlassender Leistung der Fernbe-
dienung die Batterie ersetzen.

AUFSTELLEN UND
ANSCHLIEßEN
Beachten!
■Das Gerät nur an eine vorschrifts-
mäßig installierte Steckdose, die mit
den technischen Daten des Gerätes
übereinstimmt, anschließen. Die
Steckdose muss auch nach dem An-
schließen gut zugänglich sein, damit
die Netzverbindung schnell getrennt
werden kann.
■Die Anschlussleitung so verlegen,
dass sie nicht gequetscht oder
geknickt wird und nicht mit heißen
Flächen in Berührung kommt.
• Das Gerät auf einen trockenen, ebe-
nen und festen Untergrund stellen.
Wenn das Gerät auf einem Teppich
verwendet wird, sicherstellen, dass
die Lüftungsöffnungen auf der Unter-
seite des Gerätes frei bleiben.
 Empfindliche Bodenbeläge, auf
denen das Gerät steht, ggf. mit
einer Unterlage schützen.
• Darauf achten, dass die Silikon-
pads(2) korrekt angebracht sind.
• Die Anschlussleitung zuerst an die
Anschlussbuchse (5) des Gerätes
und danach an eine vorschriftsmäßig
installierte, gut zugängliche Steckdo-
se anschließen. Die Kontrollleuchte
im Netzteil leuchtet. Die Anzeigen (8,
12) im Bedienfeld (1) leuchten auf und
es erklingt ein Signalton. Das Gerät
ist bereit.
PROGRAMME
P1 – Vibration
Vibrationsstufe: 1 – 15 (einstellbar)
Dauer: 1 – 10 Minuten (einstellbar)
P2 – Vibration und Massage
Vibrationsstufe: 1 – 15 (einstellbar)
Dauer: 1 – 10 Minuten (einstellbar)
P3 – Automatisches Programm mit ab-
wechselnd 1 Minute Vibration, 1 Minute
Vibration und Massage. Die Vibrations-
stufe verstellt sich dabei automatisch.
Dauer: 10 Minuten
BENUTZUNG
Beachten!
■Ein Kribbelgefühl / Juckreiz während
oder nach der Massage ist aufgrund
der durchblutungsfördernden Wir-
kung normal.
■Während das Gerät in Betrieb ist,
die Hände und Füße niemals zwi-
schen Rahmen und Vibrationsplatte /
Massageköpfe stecken. Es besteht
Quetschgefahr!
■Nicht auf den Vibrationsplat-
ten / Massageköpfen stellen, knien,
stampfen oder springen, um Ver-
letzungen und Beschädigung des
Gerätes zu vermeiden.
■Das Gerät nicht länger als 15 Minuten
ohne Unterbrechung nutzen.
 Mit der langsamsten Vibrations-
stufe beginnen und nach und
nach die Intensität steigern.
Das Gerät kann sowohl mit als auch ohne
Fernbedienung gesteuert werden. Für
eine bequemere Handhabung empfeh-
len wir die Fernbedienung zu benutzen.
Diese muss auf den Empfänger (10) des
Gerätes gerichtet werden.

1. Mit der Taste (6 oder 19) auf dem
Bedienfeld (1) oder der Fernbedie-
nung das Gerät einschalten.
2. Das Gerät kann entweder im Sitzen
oder Liegen genutzt werden:
○Im Sitzen: Vor das Gerät auf einen
Stuhl, Sessel o. Ä. setzen. Die
Füße (ohne Schuhe) auf die Vibra-
tionsplatten (4) stellen.
○Im Liegen: So vor das Gerät legen,
dass die Waden auf den Vibrations-
platten abgelegt werden können.
3. Das gewünschte Programm auswäh-
len (siehe Kapitel „Programme“), in-
dem die Taste P(7oder 21) auf dem
Bedienfeld oder der Fernbedienung
mehrfach gedrückt wird.
4. Bei P1 oder P2 nach Wunsch die
Dauer mit den Tasten +(13) oder –
(14) auf dem Bedienfeld oder 
+(20)
oder 
–(16) auf der Fernbedienung
anpassen.
5. Zum Starten des Gerätes die 
START Taste (9) auf dem Bedienfeld
oder die ITaste (18) auf der Fernbe-
dienung drücken. Daraufhin beginnt
das Gerät mit dem Programm.
6. Bei P1 oder P2 kann während der
Massage die Vibrationsstufe mit den
Tasten +oder –auf dem Bedienfeld
oder ▲(15) oder ▼(17) auf der Fern-
bedienung angepasst werden.
7. Nach Ablauf der voreingestellten Zeit
stoppt das Gerät automatisch. Es
kann jedoch jederzeit mit den
Tasten
Iauf der Fernbedienung bzw. ■(11)
auf dem Gerät manuell gestoppt
werden.
8. Nach der Massage das Netzteil aus
der Steckdose und den Hohlstecker
aus dem Gerät ziehen.
REINIGUNG UND
AUFBEWAHRUNG
Beachten!
■Zum Reinigen keine scharfen oder
scheuernden Reinigungsmittel oder
Reinigungspads verwenden. Diese
können die Oberflächen beschädigen.
• Das Gerät mit einem feuchten,
weichen Tuch und ggf. etwas mildem
Reinigungsmittel abwischen. An-
schließend gründlich nachtrocknen.
• Bei Bedarf können die Silikonpads(2)
abgenommen und unter fließendem
Wasser gereinigt werden. Darauf ach-
ten, dass sie vollständig getrocknet
sind, bevor sie wieder auf die Vibrati-
onsplatten (4) aufgesetzt werden.
• Das Gerät an einem frostfreien, trocke-
nen, vor direkter Sonneneinstrahlung
geschützten und für Kinder sowie Tie-
re unzugänglichen Ort aufbewahren.
PROBLEMBEHEBUNG
Sollte das Gerät nicht ordnungsgemäß
funktionieren, überprüfen, ob ein Prob-
lem selbst behoben werden kann. Lässt
sich mit den nachfolgenden Schritten
das Problem nicht lösen, den Kundenser-
vice kontaktieren.
Nicht versuchen, ein elektrisches
Gerät selbst zu reparieren!
Das Gerät funktioniert nicht.
Die Anschlussleitung ist nicht korrekt mit
dem Gerät oder der Steckdose verbunden.
►Den Sitz der beiden Stecker korrigieren.
Die Steckdose ist defekt.
►Eine andere Steckdose
ausprobieren.
Es ist keine Netzspannung vorhanden.
►Die Sicherung des Netzanschlusses
überprüfen.

Das Gerät schaltet sich aus, bevor
die eingestellte Dauer abgelaufen ist.
Das Gerät wurde überlastet.
►Die Belastung verringern und das
Programm neu starten.
Das Gerät reagiert nicht auf die
Fernbedienung.
Die Batterie der Fernbedienung ist zu
schwach.
►Die Batterie der Fernbedienung
ersetzen.
Es befinden sich Hindernisse zwischen
Gerät und Fernbedienung (kein Sicht-
kontakt).
►Mit der Fernbedienung genau auf
das Gerät zielen.
ENTSORGUNG
Das Verpackungsmaterial um-
weltgerecht entsorgen und der
Wertstoffsammlung zuführen.
Die Batterie ist vor der Entsor-
gung der Fernbedienung zu ent-
nehmen und getrennt vom Gerät
an entsprechenden Sammelstel-
len zu entsorgen.
Dieses Gerät unterliegt der euro-
päischen Richtlinie 2012/19/EU für
Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräte
(WEEE). Dieses Gerät nicht als
normalen Hausmüll, sondern um-
weltgerecht über einen behördlich
zugelassenen Entsorgungsbetrieb

You can now use this to relax and invigorate your feet & legs in two ways - at the touch
of a button! To do this, place your feet on the vibrating plate and use the remote
control to start your massage break while sitting down in comfort. What is good for
your feet does of course also benefit your calves, which can also be accommodated

■The device is intended for massaging
and stimulating your feet and leg
muscles and is used for relaxation.
■The device is not designed for medi-
cal or therapeutic purposes.
■The device may only be used by one
person at a time.
■The device is only suitable for use
when sitting or lying down.
■The device should not be used before
going to sleep. The massage has a
stimulating effect, which may lead to
problems getting to sleep.
■The device is for personal use only
and is not intended for commercial
applications.
■Use the device only for the specified
purpose and as described in the
operating instructions. Any other use
is deemed to be improper.
■The warranty does not cover faults
caused by incorrect handling, damage
or attempted repairs. The same ap-
plies to normal wear and tear.
WHEN MAY THE DEVICE
NOT BE USED?
■Do not use the device if you have
○recent bone fractures;
○operation scars that have not yet
healed;
○vein inflammation, thromboses;
○swellings or acute inflammation.
■The following people may use the
device only following consultation
with a doctor:
○people who are fitted with a pace-
maker or similar medical implants;

Danger of burns from battery acid!
○Batteries can be deadly if swal-
lowed. Batteries and the remote
control should be kept out of the
reach of children and animals. If a
battery is swallowed, immediate
medical attention must be sought.
○If a battery leaks, avoid physical
contact with the battery acid. Wear
protective gloves. If you touch bat-
tery acid, rinse the affected areas
with abundant clear water straight
away and seek medical assistance
immediately.
■Make sure that the connecting cable
does not present a trip hazard.

■Switch off the device and pull the
mains adapter out of the plug socket
if an error occurs during operation or
before a thunderstorm.
■When you pull the mains adapter out
of the plug socket, always pull on the
mains adapter and never the mains
cable!
■Never pull or carry the device by the
connecting cable.
■Do not stand on the device so that it
is not damaged.
■Use only original accessories so that
you do not interfere with the way the
device works and to avoid possible
damage.
■Protect the device from heat, naked
flames, sub-zero temperatures, persis-
tent moisture, wet conditions, direct
sunlight and impacts.
NOTICE – Risk of Damage to
Material and Property from Batteries
■Use only the battery type specified in
the technical data.
■Take the battery out of the remote
control when it is dead or if you will
not be using the device for a pro-
longed period. This will prevent any
damage that might occur if a battery
leaks.
■Remove a dead battery from the
remote control immediately.
■The battery must not be charged or
reactivated in any way, disassembled,
thrown into a fire, immersed in liquids
or short-circuited.
INSERTING / CHANGING
THE BATTERY
 The battery is secured in the
remote control when the device is
supplied: Pull the insulation strip
out of the battery compartment
of the remote control to activate
the battery.
Before inserting the battery, check wheth-
er the contacts in the remote control and
on the battery are clean, and clean them
if necessary.
1. Open the battery compartment on
the back of the remote control: Use
a coin or a similar object to twist the
battery compartment cover anticlock-
wise (open lock symbol) and take it
off.
2. If necessary remove any used battery
and insert
a new battery (3 V, CR2032
button cell) into the battery com-
partment. The positive pole must be
facing upwards
.
3. Insert the battery compartment cover
and twist it clockwise to fix it (closed
lock symbol). You must feel it engage.
Replace the battery if the power of the
remote control starts to wane.
SET-UP AND CONNECtION
Please Note!
■Only connect the device to a plug
socket that is properly installed and
matches the technical data of the
device. The plug socket must also be
readily accessible after connection so
that the connection to the mains can
quickly be isolated.
■Lay the connecting cable in such
a way that it does not become
squashed or bent and does not come
into contact with hot surfaces.

• Place the device on a dry, flat and sol-
id surface. If the device is used on a
carpet, make sure that the ventilation
openings on the bottom of the device
remain clear.
 Protect sensitive floor coverings
on which the device is placed
with a mat if necessary.
• Make sure that the silicone pads(2)
are attached correctly.
• First connect the connecting cable to
the connecting socket (5) of the de-
vice and then to a properly installed,
easily accessible plug socket. The
control lamp in the mains adapt-
erlights up. The displays (8, 12) on
the control panel (1) light up and a
beep is heard. The device is ready.

P1 – Vibration
Vibration level: 1 – 15 (adjustable)

P2 – Vibration and massage
Vibration level: 1 – 15 (adjustable)
Duration: 1 – 10 minutes (adjustable)
P3 – Automatic programme alternates
between 1 minute of vibration and 1
minute of vibration and massage. The
vibration level is adjusted automatically.
Duration: 10 minutes
USE
Please Note!
■A tingling sensation / itching during
or after the massage is normal due to
the circulation-boosting effect.
■Never place your hands and feet be-
tween the frame and vibrating plate/
massage heads while the device is
in operation. There is a danger of
crushing!
■Do not stand, kneel, stamp or jump
on the vibrating plates / massage
heads to prevent injuries and damage
to the device.
■Do not use the device for longer than
15 minutes without a break.
 Start with the slowest vibration
level and gradually increase the
level of intensity.
The device can be controlled both with
and without the remote control. To make
it easier to operate, we recommend using
the remote control. It must be directed
towards the receiver (10) of the device.
1. Switch on the device using the but-
ton (6 or 19) on the control panel (1) or
the remote control.
2. The device can be used either while
sitting or lying down:
○Sitting down: Sit down on a chair,
armchair or similar place in front of
the device. Place your feet (without
shoes on) on the vibrating plates (4).
○Lying down: Lie down in front of
the device in such a way that your
calves can be placed on the vibrat-
ing plates.
3. Select the programme you want
(see the “Programmes” chapter) by
pressing the button P(7or 21) on the
control panel or the remote control
several times.

4. With P1 or P2, if you wish adjust the
duration using the buttons +(13) or –
(14) on the control panel or 
+(20) or

–(16) on the remote control.
5. To start the device, press the 
START button (9) on the control panel
or the Ibutton (18) on the remote
control. The device then starts with
the programme.
6. With P1 or P2, it is possible during
the massage to adjust the vibration
level using the buttons +or –on the
control panel or ▲(15) or ▼(17) on the
remote control.
7. The device stops automatically after
the preset time has elapsed. How-
ever, it can be stopped manually at
any time using the
buttons Ion the
remote control or ■(11) on the device.
8. After the massage, pull the mains
adapter out of the plug socket and
the barrel connector out of the de-
vice.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
Please Note!
■Do not use any sharp or abrasive
cleaning agents or cleaning pads to
clean the device. These may damage
the surfaces.
• Wipe down the device with a damp,
soft cloth and a little mild cleaning
agent if required. Then dry it thor-
oughly.
• If necessary, the silicone pads(2)
can be taken off and cleaned under
running water. Make sure that they are
completely dry before they are placed
back on the vibrating plates (4).
• Store the device in a dry, frost-free
place that is protected from direct
sunlight and cannot be accessed by
children or animals.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If the device does not work properly,
check whether you are able to rectify the
problem yourself. If the problem cannot
be solved with the steps below, contact
the customer service department.
Do not attempt to repair an elec-
trical device yourself!
The device does not work.
The connecting cable is not connected to
the device or the plug socket correctly.
►Correct the fit of the two plugs.
The plug socket is defective.
►Try another plug socket.
There is no mains voltage.
►Check the fuse of the mains connec-
tion.
The device switches off before the
set time has elapsed.
The device has been overloaded.
►Reduce the load and restart the
programme.
The device does not react to the
remote control.
The battery of the remote control is too
weak.
►Replace the battery of the remote
control.
There are obstructions between the
device and remote control (no visual
contact).
►Point the remote control directly at
the device.

Dispose of the packaging material
in an environmentally friendly man-
ner so that it can be recycled.
The battery should be removed
before disposing of the remote
control and disposed of separately
from the device at suitable collec-
