Product Description
Product Name: Knockdown Transfer Bench with Microban
Product SKUs: MDS86960KDMB and MDS86960KDMBH
Product Description: A transfer bench is ideal for those
with limited mobility and at risk for falls. The user can sit
down on the outside of the bathtub, swing their legs over
the tub wall and enter the tub by grasping the armrest
and sliding across the bench—then safely sit on the
bench while bathing. Weight capacity is 350 Ibs.

Top Issue # 1 –Missing Parts
Note: the color and style of some components might

Reference Figure 2 and the picture in the appendix on
page 3 for futher reference of the parts that should be
included with this product (Note: there are only two
suction cup legs). Please also reference the manual
during trouble shooting to eliminate any assembly
issues.
Top Issue # 2 –Disengaging the Suction Cup Tips
To disengage suction cup tip DO NOT pull leg up
with force –this will cause the tip to tear. Instead
grab ahold of two of the three small release tabs on the top
of the suction cup. Rotate clockwise until the suction cup
loses the grip of the tub. Repeat for the other suction cup.

Locating the Lot Number
Lot numbers are crucial for trending purporses
Reference Figure 3 for the location of the Lot number on the
package the product comes in (i.e. on the bottom of the
box).
The lot # is also found on the product. This sticker
will be located underneath the bench.
