Quick Start for Training
Screw the prongs onto the receiver-collar, plug the charger supplied into the DC port
of the receiver-collar and charge for up to 3 hours for the first few times.
When the charger is plugged into the DC port the receiver-collar will B-Beep and
Vibrate once to indicate that charging has started. At the same time the red LED
light will turn on. When it is fully charged the blue LED light will turn on. After the
charger is unplugged it will B-Beep and vibrate once and the blue LED light will go
off. The red LED light will stay on to remind the operator to synchronise the receiver-
collar with the transmitter as soon as possible. In order to ensure the submersible
feature, the waterproof rubber charging lid should be re-inserted tightly after
charging.
Select dog one or dog two on the transmitter. Press and hold on the On/Off button
on the receiver-collar for 3 seconds, the red LED light will turn on, at the same time
the receiver-collar will beep and vibrate once, then press any button on transmitter
and the receiver-collar will be synchronised with transmitter. The blue LED light will
flash every 10 seconds to indicate the receiver-collar is in working mode.
Press the On/Off button three times, the receiver-collar will do a self-test to check
whether beep, vibrate and shock functions are in working condition or not.
Thread the PVC collar through the collar loops on the sides of the receiver-collar,
adjust to an appropriate length then put it around your dog’s neck with the receiver
on the underside of the neck. You can then start to train your dog. The probes must
be touching your dog’s skin. An ideal collar tightness allows you to get one finger
down in between the collar and your dog’s neck.
Note: Fully charge the collars and transmitter if they have not been in use for
some time.
Transmitter Setting
A quick press of one of the 3 buttons will wake up your transmitter if there is power
remaining in the battery.
If there is no power remaining, plug the charger into the DC port of the transmitter
and it will start to charge. At the same time the power remaining icon will cycle from
low to high to indicate charging is in progress.
By pressing the M button you can choose dogs 0, 1 or 2 that you want to train.
Please note that 0 selects both dogs at the same time.

3
By pressing up or down the M button you can increase or reduce the beep, vibrate
and shock levels.
A quick press of the B-beep, Vibrate or Shock buttons will create a short B-Beep,
Vibrate or Shock at the collar selected. Pressing on for a longer time will create a
longer B-beep, Vibrate or Shock.
Training Tips:
This product is intended to support behavioural training and is not designed to be
used without necessary interaction. Always praise your dog for good behaviour.
Verbal commands combined with positive reinforcement will contribute to the
success of your training and will achieve the fastest, most desirable results possible.
The recommended age for training is a minimum of 6 months, provided that your dog
has the attention span and capability to learn basic commands. For example: sit,
stay etc..
Work with your dog on one behaviour issue at a time to avoid confusion and
frustration. Use as little stimulus as possible and only reinforce verbal commands
with the training collar when necessary. Do not over correct your dog.
Use verbal commands first, and supplement with a corrective stimulus only as
needed. Be consistent with your verbal commands, using the same words every
time.
Use the beep as a warning by pressing the B-beep button. The dog will become
conditioned to the beep preceding the corrective stimulus and will soon learn to
recognise the beep as a warning, along with your verbal command.
This system is not appropriate for correcting aggressive behaviour. Please consult a
professional trainer for advice.
Use the corrective stimulus along with your verbal command to deter the dog from
undesirable behaviour by administering the stimulus DURING THE ACTUAL
BEHAVIOUR. Using this device as a punishment after the fact is entirely useless
and may serve to confuse and frustrate the animal.
Do not rely on this product solely to train your dog. If your dog shows signs of
growling, snarling, biting or aggression while using the collar, discontinue use
immediately and contact a professional trainer.
Some dogs will not respond to this product. We cannot guarantee the effectiveness
of this or any other trainer on your particular dog.

4
This product is not recommended for aggressive or elderly animals in poor health or
animals otherwise unable to withstand the stimulus.
CAUTION: Any collar worn for extended periods can cause a condition similar
to bedsores, known as Pressure Necrosis.
To reduce the possibility, you must do the following:
Never leave the collar on the dog for more than 12 hours per day.
Examine the dog’s neck daily for any signs of a rash or a sore.
Supervise your dog during the first 2 days of training.
Check the collar fit to prevent excessive pressure. You should be able to insert one
finger between the collar strap and your dog’s skin.
Safety
To maximise the effectiveness of the MGG GT-211 remote training system and
safety of your dog, check the fit of the collar frequently and readjust the position of
the electrodes on the animal’s neck whilst checking for signs of irritation or
discomfort.
If signs of skin irritation are noticed, immediately discontinue use and apply antibiotic
ointment to help heal and sooth the area. If the condition persists beyond 48 hours,
please seek the advice of a veterinarian. Such side effects are extremely rare and
are generally caused by a more serious existing condition.
The collar is not intended to be left on a dog for an extended period of time without
supervision and doing so can lead to health problems. The conservative
recommended time limit without supervision is 12 hours.
Wash the dog’s neck area and the correction poles as often as needed to keep the
area and poles clean. Make sure the straps are clean for the best performance. The
straps can be removed for cleaning but must be re-fitted in the same position.
Common Problems & Solutions
When pressing the B-beep button NO BEEP
Make sure the receiver-collar is fully charged. A low charge will cause the receiver-
collar to work inconsistently.
Follow the instructions and synchronise the receiver-collar to the transmitter.
Make sure the transmitter battery is well charged. A low battery will disallow the
remote to emit a strong enough signal every time.
Make sure the transmitter is not set at the ZERO level.

5
Make sure the receiver-collar is NOT turned off by checking the signal icon on the
transmitter. If the receiver-collar is turned off, the transmitter will not be able to send
out a signal to it and the signal icon light will not flash accordingly.
Make sure the dog you need to train is correctly selected. For example, if the first
dog is currently selected, the second dog will not react to any commands you send
from the transmitter. You can only control one dog at a time if dogs 1 or 2 are
selected. To select both at the same time, select 0.
Re-programme the receiver-collar and intensity level and try again.
The receiver-collar does not seem to take a charge:
Make sure the charger is plugged into the mains supply tightly and that the charging
end is plugged into the charging hole fully. During charging the red LED light on the
receiver-collar should stay on.
My dog does not respond when I issue a correction:
Test the receiver-collar according to the instructions above to make sure each
stimulus is functioning.
Make sure the correction prongs are positioned properly and that both prongs are
making contact with the dog’s skin and that the collar is snug.
Increase the intensity level of the correction.
Safety Guidance
There are no user-serviceable parts so please do not open the shells of either the
collars or the transmitter. You could easily cause damage or harm the waterproof
feature. Tampering will also nullify the warranty.
In order to ensure the submersible feature, the waterproof rubber charging lid should
be plugged in tightly.
Only use the supplied NZ approved adaptor to charge the receiver-collar otherwise
damage could occur.
Do NOT to touch the metal prongs on the receiver-collar to test it. To test the shock
correction, please use the supplied testlight kit.
If there is water in the charging hole, please dry it before charging the receiver-collar.
