2. CAUTIONS
I. Flashing & Servicing must be undertaken by qualified personnel only.
II. Ensure all work is carried out at an anti-static workstation and that an anti-static wrist strap is worn.
III. Use only approved Tools & components as specified in the parts list.
IV. Ensure all components, modules, screws, and insulators are correctly re-fitted after servicing and
alignment.
V. Ensure all cables and wires are repositioned correctly if Handset disassembled.
VI. Electrostatic discharge can easily damage the sensitive components of electronic products. Therefore,
Service Centre must adhere the precautions which mentioned above.
3. Assembly Procedure
(1) Paste the EMI Gasket, get through the rear camera FPC from the back of PCBA to the front, and solder it;
solder the sidekey FPC, pay attention to aligning at the silk-screen.

(2) Solder the Motor/Speaker/MIC in turn, and the soldering direction as indicated by the arrows.
(3) Stick the rear camera and side key soldering joints Mylar on the back of PCBAas shown.

(4) Stick the Speaker gum on the back of PCBA(Aimed at silk-screen).
(5) Soldering LCD FPC, need to aim at silk-screens.

(6) Tear off the release paper of LCD gum, get through the LCD to the front side from the back of A
cover, and put LCD in A cover.

(7) Assemble the mainboard to A cover, lock the mainboard by 2pcs screws (ST1.4*2.5) to; assemble Speaker
(wrapping the wires five circles), arrange the wires close to speaker. Assemble MIC, side key FPC(Tear off the
release paper of gum),pay attention to align at the silk-screen of mainboard.
(8) Assemble CTP：Tear off the release paper and protective film of TP, tear off release paper ofAcover gum, get
through the CTP FPC from the hole of A cover roof, aim at the CTP groove and assemble it as shown.

(9) Tear off the back release paper of CTP IC, assemble CTP FPC to ZIF connector, and press it gently to
stick on mainboard.
(10) Stick the mylar on ZIF connector, wrap the motor wires for three circles. Tear off release paper of
motor, aim at silk-screen of mainboard, and stick on the shielding case.Assemble the sidekey.

(11) Assemble B cover, button up B cover to A cover, press the lock catch intoA cover.
(12) Push the six screws (ST1.6*4.5) as shown.

(13)Assemble the lens of rear camera, press it to the gum.
(14)Assemble the battery cover.
