1.1 Indications for Use
2
Thank you for purchasing the Mobile Stairlift Lite! We aim to provide the safest and most
adaptable mobility equipment on the market. Please read this manual in its entirety
before operating or maintaining this product. To ensure safe use, all operators of this
device should be properly trained. Although the Mobile Stairlift Lite can be easily
operated by one person, it is our recommendation that a second person act as a spotter
below the chair for maximum safety.
Improper usage of this device can cause injury to the rider or operator. The
stairlift must only be used as described in this manual. Do not modify
the stairlift or any of its components unless you are a certified Mobile Stairlift
Technician, as modifications can result in unpredictable performance and
result in injury to the rider or operator.
The Mobile Stairlift Lite is a manual transport device which transports the rider in a
seated, upright position up or down a flight of stairs. The stairlift is capable of moving
adult, adolescent, or child occupants who are able to remain seated while secured by the
safety belt. The Mobile Stairlift Lite is for residential and ambulate use with proper
training. This device can also be used routinely in a hospital environment or as a tool for
all types of medical personnel. The stairlift’s four wheels also allow the operator to
transport the occupant on flat surfaces when the tracks are in an upright and locked
position.
NOTE: This manual should remain with the Mobile Stairlift Lite at all times.
