·安装前请仔细阅读此安装说明书，以便准备和熟悉所需要
的安装工具、材料、安装步骤和注意事项，避免由于安装不
当导致的不必要的损失。
·安装前，卫生间墙、地砖应已完成施工，且预留了坑管和
给水管路。
·请核对您选购的产品坑距尺寸与预留坑距相符（本产品要
求墙面预留排污口中心离地高度180mm）
·如果有旧的坐便器，先关闭水源再拆除旧坐便器并清洁地
面。如果是新安装坐便器，请关闭供水并清洁地面。
注意：
·地面应平整，否则可能导致坐便器安装后开裂。
·在安装之前和过程中，请用干净的物品堵住地面排污口，
防止工具、水泥、油泥等杂物掉落坑管内，堵塞管路。
Checklist before Installation
·Please read these instructions carefully to familiarize
yourself with the required tools, materials, and installation
sequences. This will help you avoid costly mistakes.
·Final wall and Ceramic tiles are finished and the suggested
water supply and drain are reserved before installation.
·Ensure that the drain has the correct roughing-in dimension.
This product requires the wall height of the reserved sewage
outlet center to be 180mm above the ground.
·If the toilet is installed from scratch, turn off the water supply
and clean floor. If the toilet is to replace old toilet, turn off the
water supply and then remove the old toilet and clean floor.
Note:
·Ensure the floor is smooth, or it will cause toilet damage.
·Before and during the installation, block the drain with clean
objects, to prevent tools, cement, sludge and other debris
from falling into the pit pipe and blocking the pipe.

a. Cut the waste pipe according to actual size.
b. Use a rasp to smooth edges to prepare pipe for connecting.
c. Install a seal ring on the end of the waste pipe.

确认供水角阀及排污口预留尺寸
* Angle valve

* 供水角阀为自购件，不包含在马桶产品包装里。
* 排污口孔径请参考相关建筑标准，通常为
110mm。
* 排污管的高度应该为180mm，高度不符合将导
致密封失效甚至无法安装。

* Angle valve is self-purchased part, not included in
toilet product package.
* Drain pipe diameter need to comply with building
standard specification, which is 110mm generaly.
* The height of the sewage pipe should be 180mm. If
the height is not consistent, the seal will fail or even
be unable to be installed.

预安装
1. 用排污连接直管连接坐便器的排污孔，再与墙面
的排污管连接。
2. 整好坐便器的位置，用记号笔在安装孔的位置做
标记，并描出马桶底面轮廓。
Preinstallation
1. Connect the waste pipe with the drain hole of the
toilet, and then connect it with the drain pipe on the
wall.
2. Adjust the position of the toilet, mark the position of
installation hole with a marker, and trace the outline
of the toilet bottom.

安装排污连接直管，并将供水软管一端与进水阀连接
Connect the waste pipe, and connect supply hose to
inlet valve of toilet
安装塑料膨胀管，螺栓和螺帽。
Install expansion tubes, screw bolts, and screw caps.
*在密封圈上涂抹硅脂。
*Apply silicon grease
on seal ring.
螺丝切勿锁太紧，防止陶瓷开裂。
Do not overtighten the screws to prevent the
ceramic from cracking.
用电钻在安装孔的标记处钻孔。
警告：请佩戴防护镜并注意安全。确保钻孔的地方没有隐藏的
电缆或管路！
Drill hole according to the position of the installation hole
marked by the marker pen.
Warning: Please wear protective goggles. Make sure there is
no pipeline or cable buried in any position that needs to be
punched.

Notice: Clean the outside surfaces of your vitreous china
fixture with mild soap and warm water. Wipe the entire
surface completely dry with a clean and soft cloth. Do not use
those cleaners which contain harsh chemicals, such as
ammonia, which can damage the finish.
注意：用柔软的肥皂和温水清洗釉面陶瓷洁具的外表面。用一
块清洁软布将整个表面彻底擦干。许多清洁剂中含有较强化学
成份，诸如氨，这些物质会损坏釉面。不要使用这类清洁剂。
Water supply pressure is 0.02Mpa~0.8Mpa; The recommended
pressure is 0.05Mpa~0.5Mpa. A protection valve should be
equipped if the supply pressure exceeds 0.5Mpa.
可适用的供水压力范围为0.02Mpa～0.8Mpa；推荐工作供水水
压为0.05Mpa～0.5Mpa，如果水压超过0.5Mpa，请加装减压阀
。
如果你居住地方的水质是硬性，你必须保持冲水孔清洁，以确
保坐便器冲水正常。每星期应最少使用坐便器清洁剂清洁一次
。用长把手的刷子清洁冲水孔，并尽量伸入排污管洗刷，防止
矿物质聚集。
大多数坐便器清洁剂对坐便器表面是无害的。请认真遵循坐便
器清洁剂制造商的指引来操作。
警告：提防楼宇受损或损坏产品。请勿在水箱内使用冲
洗剂。这些长期使用于坐便器、水箱内的冲洗剂（通常
为蓝色固体）因含氯（次氯酸钙）会严重破坏水箱内的
配件（如：橡皮、镀铬），从而引起渗漏，或对楼宇结
构造成损坏。
警告：在安装本坐便器时切勿使用任何水泥。因为水
泥的热膨胀可能使坐便器的脚部挤破或损坏。我司对
所有因为水泥安装而引起的坐便器破裂恕不负责。
Moen shall not be responsible or liable for any damage to
these tank fittings caused by the use of cleaners containing
chlorine (calcium hypochlorite).
Heat expansion of the toilet may damage
the feet of the toilet. Moen will not e responsible for
any damage because of using cement.
Please do not use hard materials (like
scouring pad) to clean product surface,especially the
product logo.
请勿使用钢丝球等硬质材料擦洗产品表面，特别是产
品商标处。

Important Consumer Information
If the water in the place where you live is hard, keep the flush
hole clean to ensure that the toilet flushes normally. Use toilet
cleaner at least once a week. Use a brush with a long handle to
clean the flushing hole, and extend it into the drain pipe as
much as possible to prevent mineral accumulation.
Most toilet cleaners are harmless to the surface of the toilet.
Please follow the instructions provided by the cleaner manufac-
turer carefully.
请勿使用磨蚀性清洁剂或溶剂。

General Troubleshooting

of toilet water efficiency and water efficiency grade”. For
the specific water consumption and water efficiency
grades, please refer to the water efficiency label on the
product. The water efficiency grade classification are
shown in the table below.

We offer limited warranty and lifetime maintenance
for Moen products, which are all manufactured with
high standards of workmanship.
The period of warranty shall start from the date of
purchase of the product (according to the invoice or
receipt issued by Moen distributors) and shall cover
a period of the following: the warranty period for
ceramic parts is 5 years, non-ceramic parts, such as
water fittings, flush valve, toilet seat, etc. is 3 years.
This warranty is your coverage against material
and workmanship malfunction or defects in Moen
products or components (Pipe kit etc.). During the
warranty period, we offer free maintenance and
changing of malfunctioned products or product
components. Moen’s after sales service liability is
limited to the maintenance of faulty items and does
not cover your other losses caused by product
malfunction, except for otherwise stipulated by law.
Cosmetic damages (scratches, dents, etc.) and
malfunction or defects caused by abuse or improper
maintenance is not covered by this warranty.
Although the warranty period remains valid, in case
of the following conditions (1) - (5), the maintenance
cost (material cost and labor cost) shall still be
charged as the case may be:
1. Corresponding warranty card and valid invoice
cannot be presented;
2. Faults were caused by the incompliance with
the instructions and precautions provided in the
user’s manual;
3. Damages and faults were caused by self-actuated
dismantling, repair and refit;
4. Faults and damages were caused by external
factors such as force majeure;
5. Damages were caused by transportation,
unloading and extrusion, etc.
This warranty is valid for the original consumers
only (including hotel use), and excludes industrial
and commercial use of the product (except for hotel
use). This card is only responsible for product
maintenance rather than any other liabilities.
In the event that the product requires maintenance
but exceeds the warranty period, or that the product
is not covered by this warranty, labor cost and
material cost shall be charged as the case may be.

免费保修范围为产品及产品配件（落水以及溢水等）由于
材质及工艺原因而造成的故障或损坏。免费保修期内，我
们将无偿为您提供修理服务及更换发生故障的产品或产品
配件。摩恩的售后服务责任仅限于对故障产品的修理，而
不延及您因产品故障而发生的其他损失，法律另有规定的
除外。
您需了解：产品外观碰伤、刻划痕迹，以及滥用及不正当
保养所导致的故障或损坏，均不属于免费保修范围。即使
在免费保修期内，属下列（1）-（5）情况之一的，需酌
情收取修理费用：
1. 不能出示相符的保修卡和有效购买凭证情况的，
2. 未按使用说明书告知的使用方法和注意事项造成的故
障，
3. 自行拆卸、维修、改装所造成的故障和损坏，
4. 由于不可抗力等外部原因引起的故障和损坏，
5. 由于运输、搬卸、挤压等造成的损坏。
对于保修期外或不在保修范围内的产品，如需维修，摩恩
将酌情收取上门费、人工费及材料费。
本保修条款仅对原始消费者和酒店行业的购买者有效，并
不适用于本产品在工业，商业，贸易和非酒店行业的使
用。
