COLIBRI Quick Reference Guide
• Open Door
• Insert Service Key
• Program button is located inside main door, right hand button.
• When pressing program button leave a two second gap between each press.

Reset Failures
• Press program button twice, (Present Failures)
• Press button 6 and faults will be displayed or press button 8 to reset faults.

Statistics
• Press the program button once, (Statistics).
• Press button 6 (Statistics Display)
• Press button 6 (button 1 P= 00000) Scroll between P=PAY G=GRATIS/FREE T=TEST

Set Prices
• Press the program button twice, (Present Faults) scroll to (Set Prices).
• Press button 6 (Price 1=0010) (if price one is set to 0000 the machine will be set to free
vend).
• Press change data (Price 1=0000 FLASHING).
• Press buttons 1or 5 to scroll to required price.
• Press button 6 to confirm price change.
SetPrice/Buttons
• Press button 6 (Set Price/Selection).
• Press button 6 (button 1=ON)
• Press button 6 (Price 1).
• Press button 7 (price 1 flashing) a price can now be selected (from 1-8) from the set prices
menu. `
In programming mode the Colibri buttons have the following functions:
1 Scroll up/increase data
1 5
2 Exit function/cancel change
5 Scroll Down/decrease data 2 6
6 Enter button/confirm change
3 7
7 Change data item
8 Reset Failures Button 4 8
To exit the program power the machine down

• To enter the program press the program button located on the inside of the main
door.

• Press enter, scroll to (display statistics).
• Press enter (Dis Sel Count).
• Press enter (Single count). Scroll to (Total count) and press enter.
• Press enter, scroll through each selection taking readings.

Failures
• Press the program button once.
• Press Exit button, (Failures).
• Press enter (Read Failures) Press enter to read.
• Then scroll to reset failures.
• Press enter to reset any failures.

Prices
• Press the program button once (Statistics).
• Press Exit (Present Failures) Scroll to (set parameters).
• Press enter (cash).
• Press enter scroll to (single price).
• Press enter (Price Band 0)(0= being the normal price band).
• Press enter price flashing.
• Change price and press enter to confirm change.
Press the program button to exit the program

• Program button located inside inner door next to cup dropper,(Button on bottom of
circuit board).
• When pressing the program button leave a two second gap between each press.
Present failures
• Press program button twice. (present failures).
• Press button 2 to read any faults,
• To reset any problems press button number 4

Set Prices
• Press the program button twice (Present Failures) press + (Set Prices).
• Press button 2 (Price 1=0010) (if price one is set to 0000 the machine will be set to free
vend).
• Press button 3 and select the correct price.
• Press button 2 to confirm change.
Set Price/Select
• Press the program button twice (Set Price/Selection).
• Press button 2 (Button 1= A)
• Press button 2 (price 1),
• Press Button 3 scroll to the required price (1-8).
• Press button 2.

• Use the + or - buttons to take the readings required.

• Press button Atwice in quick succession (Password and enter 1111)(Maintenance).
• Press button C(Programming)
• Press button E(Present Faults).
• Press button Eto read or reset button to clear.

• Scroll to Set Price/Selection.
• Press E(Button 1= ON)(Scroll 1-12).
• Press E(price 1=0010? Flashing)
• Scroll to price required, press E.
To exit the program power the machine down

The four pre-selection buttons (at the top of the selection panel) are used to activate the
menus and their options:

RETURN TO START OF MENU
Statistics
• Open the machine door (Total Count Menu)(NRES TOT: XXX = Non resetable)
(RES TOT:XXX = Resetable).
• To reset counters press the down button 4 times then step right once, press the Increase
button to reset the data.
• The display will then return to Total Counters.
Brewer Rinse
• Open main door (total sales).
• Press the step right button until the display shows Rinse down. Press down (brewer/Mixer.
• Press step right and close door.
• Press the +button and follow the instructions on the screen.
Set Prices
• Open the door (total sales).
• Press right until the (Basic Operation).
• Press down until (Price Info).
• Press step right button (Price Set).
• Press down button until the drink required is on the display then use the +or −buttons to
alter price.
• Then press the Jug button to exit the program and close the door.
To exit the program close the door and press the jug button
