To follow the Primo Compact cleaning guide you will need the
following customer care kit.
FOR PRIMO COMPACT WITH FRESH MILK OPTION
•1 Litre Milk line cleaner (Acid based)
•1 Litre Milk Line Cleaning Jug
•500ml Milk Cleaning Jug (Vitlab 442081)
•Brewer cleaning tablets – 50 tablets
•Screen cleaner 100ml
•Microfibre Cloth

CLEANING BEFORE REFILL
Clean the milk cooler before every refill
Before you start:
•Wash your hands thoroughly or
wear gloves
•Carefully read the “Safety
instructions and environmental
information” provided with the
machine
1. Open the milk cooler
2. Remove the hose from the milk canister and clean
the hose with wipe
Empty the milk canister
Add cleaning solution to the milk canister
Important: Only use cleaning solution approved by
Westomatic

Clean the canister carefully with a dishwashing
brush
Rinse the milk canister with clean water
Clean the lid of the milk canister carefully with
cleaning solution and water
Dry all parts

Clean the inside and outside of the milk cooler
with a damp cloth
Place the clean parts back into the milk cooler
Close the door to the milk cooler

DAILY CLEANING AFTER USE
Clean the milk system daily after use. Cleaning
the milk system takes about 8 mins
For the cleaning process you will need:
•Milk cleaner solution
•(Important: Use a cleaning solution approved by
Westomatic)
•Measuring cups
•Fresh Water
•Cleaning wipe
Select the machine menu
Choose CLEAN MILK SYSTEM
Before you start:
•Wash your hands thoroughly or wera gloves
•Carefully read the “safety instructions and
environmental information” provided with the
machine.
•Follow the instructions on the screen

DAILY CLEANING AFTER USE
Open Milk cooler
1. Remove hose from the milk canister
2. Clean the hose wipe
3. Tap next (→) on the screen
Fill a measuring cup with 500ml of clean tap
water
1. Add the required amount of cleaning
agent according to instructions on the
packaging.
Caution: Only use cleaning agent
approved by Westomatic and follow the
protective instructions on the packaging
2. Tap next (→) on the screen
1. Place the hose in the cleaning solution
2. Tap next (→) on the screen
Place an empty container below the outlet

DAILY CLEANING AFTER USE
Caution: Hot steam/liquid comes out of the
outlet during the cleaning process.
1. Tap next (→) on the screen
Wait while the system cleans the milk system. This will take about 4 minutes
1. Remove the waste container
2. Tap next (→) on the screen
The cleaning process is stored in the HACCP cleaning
schedule.

DAILY CLEANING AFTER USE
1. Place milk cooler container with the hose in
the milk cooler
2. Close the milk cooler door
Clean the drip tray and the cover behind the cup tray.
The coffee machine is ready for use
