• Installation and removal of the device may only be carried out by qualified personnel.
• Do not operate the device if it is visibly damaged.

The electrical power supply must be connected by a qualified electrician who has demonstrated skill and
knowledge related to the construction and operation of electrical equipment and installations, and who
is familiar with the applicable regulations of the country in which the equipment is to be installed and/or
used, and has received safety training to identify and avoid the hazards involved.
6 Intended use
The display is intended to control N-BUS or CI-BUS devices and to monitor energy parameters while driving.
The display is intended to be used as an optional device with the following N-BUS or CI-BUS devices:
• Batteries
• Chargers
• Inverters
• Solar panels

The display is suitable for:
• Installation in recreational vehicles
• Installation on boats or yachts
• Stationary or mobile use
• Indoor use
The display not suitable for:
• Mains operation
• Outdoor use
This product is only suitable for the intended purpose and application in accordance with these instructions.
This manual provides information that is necessary for proper installation and/or operation of the product. Poor in-
stallation and/or improper operating or maintenance will result in unsatisfactory performance and a possible failure.

Mounting the display
NOTICE! Damage hazard
• Using the wrong cables can lead to excessive overheating of the cables, high voltage drops and pos-
sible failures. Only use cables with a suitable cross-section and that can withstand the current.
• To avoid radio interference, do not install the display near metal parts or in an area with high levels of
electrical automation and high-frequency devices.

2. Place the fastening frame on the wall chosen for installation and marks the locations of the holes for the fixing
screws (diameter 3 mm) and hole for the communication cable pass through (minimum diameter 7.2 mm)
3. Drill the holes and screw the fastening frame to the wall, using the screws provided. Ensure that they do not pro-
trude once screwed in.

Connecting the display
1. Feed the communication cable (white connector) through the hole previously made and insert it onto the elec-
tronic board of the display.

3. Connect the display to an N-BUS or CI-BUS device.
4. Slide the display cover on the fastening frame.
Initially setting up the display
The display allows you to set up and control all networked N-BUS or CI-BUS devices. When the display is started for
the first time, it searches for all connected devices and displays the setup menus of all devices in succession. After the
start-up, set the required data by moving through the various screens with the selection buttons. The setup can also
be completed later.

9 Operation
Using the device
When starting the display, only the menus for the connected devices are shown in succession.
When operating the device, the display illumination is switched on and remains activated for 3 minutes. If there is
no further operation within this time, the lighting switches off automatically. The display continues to show the same
content as before with lighting. Pressing any button activates the display illumination. Only the second press of a but-
ton performs the actual function of the button.

Making settings
1. On the home screen, press the symbol to enter the settings screen.

2. Tick the field next to Bluetooth to activate the bluetooth connection.
3. Tick the field next to Silent Mode to activate the silent mode.

4. Press the Display button to enter the display screen for setting the brightness, the stand-by time and the audio
feedback of the display.

10 Configuration
Setting language, time and date
1. Tick the field next to the desired language to set the language.
The display supports the following languages:
• English
• Italian
• German
• French
• Spanish
• Dutch

3. Select the desired values by pressing the + button or – button to set the date.

7. Tick the desired battery type and select its capacity by pressing the + button or – button to set the battery.
Advanced settings on the battery can be made in the charging profile screen (see Setting the charging profile on
page16).
After finishing the configuration the home screen will be displayed.
Setting the charging profile
1. Choose the battery type by pressing the number of the charging profile.

2. Press the arrow icon to access the profile detail screen for more information on the charging data.
3. For a custom profile further settings have to be made.
11 Cleaning
The device is maintenance-free.
Occasionally clean the product with a damp cloth.
12 Troubleshooting

13 Disposal
Place the packaging material in the appropriate recycling waste bins wherever possible. Consult a local
recycling center or specialist dealer for details about how to dispose of the product in accordance with
the applicable disposal regulations. The product can be disposed free of charge.
14 Warranty
The statutory warranty period applies. If the product is defective, please contact the manufacturer's branch in your
country (see dometic.com/dealer) or your retailer.
For repair and warranty processing, please include the following documents when you send in the device:
• A copy of the receipt with purchasing date
• A reason for the claim or description of the fault
Note that self-repair or nonprofessional repair can have safety consequences and might void the warranty.
