F値と合成焦点距離は実際にはフィールドスコープと接眼レンズの組合せにて変化します
が、カメラ本体のF値は「F6.3」に、焦点距離表示は「540mm」に固定されます。
フォーカス：
フィールドスコープ本体のピント合わせリングによる、マニュアルフォーカスのみ使用
できます。オートフォーカスは使えません。
暗い目標の場合、ピント合わせが難しくなります。必要に応じてNikon 1の液晶の設定
を変えてください。
レリーズ：
レリーズによって生じる振動を軽減するために、セルフタイマーやリモコンなどを使っ
て撮影してください。
撮影に使用する三脚は、ゆれが少ないしっかりした製品を使用してください。
その他：
スマートフォトセレクターモードは使えません。
モーションスナップショットモードは使えません。
静止画オートモードは使えません。(J2のみ)

カメラの設定について
露出モード：
［A 絞り優先オート］または［M マニュアル］を使えます。［おまかせシーン］、［P プログ
ラムオート］、［S シャッター優先オート］は使えません。
露出：
［測光モード］を［中央部重点測光］にすることをおすすめします。［マルチパターン測光］
または［スポット測光］にすると、適正露出を得られない場合があります。
デジスコーピングシステムは、カメラ用交換レンズとは光学特性が異なるため、露出レ
ベルはご使用のカメラによって異なることがあります。必要に応じて、露出補正のうえ
ご使用をお願い致します。

撮影上のご注意
取り付けるカメラの機種や接眼レンズなどの条件により、ケラレや影が生じることがあ
ります。ケラレや影は取りきれない場合もあります。
撮影時のピント合わせは、カメラの液晶モニターもしくはビューファインダーを見なが
ら、フィールドスコープのフォーカスリングの調節でピント出しを行ってください。
高倍率の撮影となりますので、被写界深度が浅くなります。ピント合わせは十分注意し
てください。
高倍率撮影のため、セルフタイマーやリモコンを使用してブレを防止してください。
カメラ操作で位置がずれることがあります。シャッターを押す前に確認してください。
撮影の際はフラッシュを使わないでください。
撮影条件により、画像上に線状のノイズが発生する場合があります。
Exifデータについて
画像データに記録される焦点距離（540mm）と絞り値（F6.3）は固定値で処理されます。

お手入れについて
水やお湯で洗わないでください。
本体（レンズを除く）の汚れは、柔らかい清潔な布で軽く拭いてください。
アルコール、ベンジン、シンナーなどの有機溶剤や、有機溶剤を含むクリーナーなどは
使わないでください。
レンズ面のホコリは、柔らかい油気のないハケで払うようにして落としてください。
レンズ面についた指紋などの汚れは、クリーニングペーパーもしくは、柔らかい清潔な
布に少量の無水アルコール（エタノール）または市販のレンズクリーナーを湿らせたも
ので、軽く拭き取ってください。

The lens surface may become cloudy if you carry the product into a warm room from cold out-
doors as a result of a radical temperature change.
Do not touch the interior of the mount.
A flare will result at the time of shooting if the lens in the mount becomes dirty.
Be sure to keep the CPU signal contacts and lens signal contacts clean.
Do not move the product mounted to the camera, or otherwise the product may drop off.
Do not use camera strap when the adapter is mounted. Otherwise, the adapter may not with-
stand the weight of the connected products and may cause the products to drop off.
The product consists of assembled metal parts. Pay sufficient attention to the handling of the
product so that that you will not pinch your fingers or receive an injury. Pay utmost attention if a
child uses the product.
This product is not of waterproof type.
Make sure that the product is free of raindrops, sprays of water, sand, or mud.

Camera settings
Exposure mode:
[A Aperture-priority auto] or [M Manual] is available. [Scene auto selector], [P Programmed auto],
or [S Shutter-priority auto] is not available.
Exposure:
It is recommended to set [Metering] to [Center-weighted]. Optimal exposure may not be ob-
tained if [Matrix] or [Spot] is set.
The Digiscoping System differs in optical properties from interchangeable lenses. Therefore, the
exposure level may vary with each camera. Make exposure compensation if necessary.

DSA-N1 dismounting method
1) Loosen the mounting screw for DS eyepiece, and pull out the adapter from the eyepiece.
2) Turn and pull out the adapter while pressing the lens release button on the front side of the
camera.

Shooting precautions
Viginetting or shadows may result depending on relevant physical conditions, such as the cam-
era model and the type of eyepiece to be attached. Viginetting or shadows may not be perfectly
eliminated.
At the time of shooting, make focus adjustments by turning the focus ring of the fieldscope
while seeing the object on the LCD monitor or viewfinder of the camera.
A shallow depth of field will result because of high-magnification shooting. Pay sufficient atten-
tion to focusing.
Use a self-timer or remote control to prevent vibration because of high-magnification shooting.
The shooting position may shift as a result of the operation of the camera. Check the position
before pressing the shutter release button.
Do not use the flash when shooting.
Noise in the form of lines may appear in pictures depending on the shooting condition.
Exif data
The focal length and F-number recorded on image data is fixed to 540 mm (21.3 in) and 6.3 respec-
tively.

The F-number and synthetic focal length varies, in fact, with the combination of the fieldscope
and eyepiece but the F-number and displayed focal length of the camera is fixed to 6.3 and 540
mm (0.1 in), respectively.
Focus:
Only manual focus is available with the lens focus ring of the fieldscope used. Autofocus is not
available.
If the object is dark, it will be difficult to make focus adjustments. Make LCD setting changes for
Nikon 1 if necessary.
Shutter release:
Use a self-timer or remote control to shoot objects in order to reduce the vibration caused by
the shutter release.
Use a sturdy tripod to minimize shaking when taking photos.
Others:
Smart Photo Selector Mode is not available.
Motion Snapshot Mode is not available.
Auto Photo Mode is not available. (J2 only)
Only P, S, A, and M scene settings are available in Creative Mode. (J2 only)

Storage and cleaning
Do not wash the product with cold or hot water.
Gently wipe off dirt from the product (except for the lens) by using a soft, clean cloth.
Do not use organic solvents, such as alcohol, benzine, or paint thinner, or cleaning solution that
contains any organic solvents.
Remove dust from the surface of the lens with a soft, non-oily brush.
Remove fingerprints, etc., from the lens surface by gently wiping them with cleaning paper or
soft cleaning cloth that has been dampened with a small amount of anhydrous alcohol (ethanol)
or commercially available lens cleaner.

Exposición:
Se recomienda configurar [Medición] en [Ponderada central]. Es posible que no se obtenga una
exposición óptima si se configura [Matricial] o [Puntual].
El sistema Digiscoping presenta diferencias en cuanto a las propiedades ópticas de los objetivos
intercambiables. Por lo tanto, el nivel de exposición puede variar según la cámara. Aplique una
compensación de exposición, si fuera necesario.

De hecho, el número F y la distancia focal efectiva varían con la combinación del fieldscope y el
ocular, pero el número F y la distancia focal mostrada de la cámara se fijan en 6,3 y 540 mm, res-
pectivamente.
Enfoque:
Solo se encuentra disponible el enfoque manual con el anillo de enfoque del objetivo del field-
scope utilizado. El autofoco no se encuentra disponible.
Si el objeto es oscuro, será difícil aplicar ajustes de enfoque. Aplique cambios en la configura-
ción de la pantalla LCD para Nikon 1, si lo estima necesario.
Disparador:
Utilice un disparador automático o control remoto para fotografiar objetos con el fin de reducir
la vibración ocasionada por el disparador.
Utilice un trípode resistente para minimizar las sacudidas al tomar fotografías.
Otros:
El modo Selector de foto inteligente no se encuentra disponible.
El modo Instantánea de movimiento no se encuentra disponible.

Precauciones relativas al disparo
El efecto de viñeteado o las sombras pueden resultar adecuados en función de las condiciones
físicas, como el modelo de cámara y tipo de ocular que se vaya a incorporar. Es posible que no
se pueda eliminar totalmente el efecto de viñeteado o las sombras.
En el momento del disparo, aplique ajustes de enfoque girando el anillo de enfoque del field-
scope mientras visualiza el objeto en la pantalla LCD o en el visor de la cámara.
Se obtendrá una profundidad de campo debido a un disparo de gran aumento. Preste especial
atención al enfoque.
Utilice un disparador automático o control remoto para evitar las vibraciones ocasionadas por el
disparo de gran aumento.
La posición de disparo puede cambiar como resultado de la acción de la cámara. Compruebe la
posición antes de pulsar el disparador.
No utilice el flash al disparar.
Puede aparecer ruido en forma de líneas en las imágenes en función de la condición de disparo.
Datos Exif
La distancia focal y el número F registrados en los datos de la imagen se fijan en 540 mm y 6,3, res-
pectivamente.

Almacenamiento y limpieza
No lave el producto con agua fría o caliente.
Limpie suavemente la suciedad del producto (salvo el objetivo) utilizando un paño suave y lim-
pio.
No utilice disolventes orgánicos, como alcohol, bencina, disolvente de pintura o una solución de
limpieza que contenga disolventes orgánicos.
Elimine el polvo de la superficie del objetivo con un cepillo suave que no contenga grasa.
Elimine las huellas dactilares, etc., de la superficie del objetivo limpiándolas suavemente con un
papel de limpieza o paño de limpieza suave que haya sido humedecido con una pequeña canti-
dad de alcohol anhidro (etanol) o limpiador de objetivos disponible en tiendas.
